Location, cleanliness, and hotel amenities were perfect for our needs. As a diver, I loved having the dive shop on site. What could improve in our opinion is the service. Staff are constantly on their cell phones. The swim-up bar is never serviced because the staff are standing in the upper corner on their phones.

The rooms were in excellent shape with a coffee maker and a minibar. Beds superconfortable. Quiet, Clean bathrooms. Nice helpful staff. Except for a few hiccups with the reception girl upon arrival. Later everything went fabulous.

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach and pools were also very nice and well maintained. The room was very nice and well kept. Aesthetically, I would give it 5 stars. Our main complaint was the food. It was not great and in some instances I would even say it was bad. We did not go to any of the shows, but we could definitely hear them at night. We go to bed early and the shows were very loud and kept us awake. However, to be fair, the shows usually ended by 10PM and were not every night. When the show ended, it was very quiet and peaceful. Because of the food, we give it 3 stars.

Got food poisoning here left the first day of my 5 days I had booked. Food is absolutely terrible. Only allowed to visit a restaurant once per 3 days you stay here and first night doesn’t count. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

The resort was great, the beach was beautiful and the food was fine. If you can't find something to eat that you like, then you are too picky. I didn't like everything that they served, but I never went hungry! My only complaint is that there are no shade structures on the beach, only palm trees. Not enough palm trees for everyone.
