we came in late, the parking lot still had spaces. room was newer and clean. plenty of pillows on beds and plenty of towels in the room. the breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage patties, fruit, yogurt, cereals and toast.

I would describe this as a "modern" hotel, no carpet in the room (keeps it cleaner and prevents allergens from sticking around), no dresser, no built-in closet. Beds were too firm for my taste but had lots of pillows to prop up and rest my back. At arrival, the fridge was already very cold. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking lot is rather small and some inconsiderate people use two spaces. Knowing this, I'd like to see the hotel expand the lot a bit. Breakfast was average. Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful. Not far from downtown Nashville. Fish tank in lobby is a nice touch.

Very nice facility. I was a little nervous about my vehicle as I had read other reviews about vehicles being broken into while at the hotel. I made sure I parked out towards the street and under a light. When I was checking out the next morning there was a gentleman who had his vehicle parked on the side of the hotel that was broken into and things were taken. They need a little better security

This inn is great for a quick stay but for a longer trip I’d recommend spending more to have access to more amenities. The gym was good but no pool and the options for breakfast were limited and the same each day. Customer service is good as well. We had an issue with our air condition not working. The first night it worked after a while, the second night it stopped working again so we shared our issues with the front desk and we were switched into another room for our last two nights. The property is new and we were on a tight budget so that’s why we gave it a try. Overall the stay was okay.

The property is only 3 months old. The owners are very attentive, and helpful. Great little gym with 5- 50 lb barbels, a bench, a True Bike, a walking device, and excellent new laundry machines all available 24 hours. Great stay!

This hotel is extremely nice and brand new. However, there was NO PARKING. By the end of the night, I had no where to park and was told to park my car in an area that it would have gotten hit. I refused and I was then told to park under the welcome awning. This was extremely inconvenient. If you plan on staying there, make sure you don’t move your car because there is no parking what so ever. I would’ve rated this hotel perfectly but the no parking is unacceptable.

I’m not one to complain, but our room was not cleaned very well. The shower was dirty, the floors were dirty, the hotel in general had a very strong musty smell. Also, someone was smoking in the hallway right next to the lobby. But around 4am it literally sounded like someone was going to come through the ceiling and was rearranging the rooms. This went on for hours.

Very new hotel the room was very nice and new it smelled like a soured mop and the floor was sticky. The breakfast was ok eggs not hot sausage greasy but good coffee and juice also had waffles and boiled eggs and toast I would stay again just a little pricey for where it’s located

1. properrty was further from downtown than expected. 2. there were roaches in our room. 3. when i told them they acted as of it was no big deal. If i wanted to sleep with roaches I definitely wouldnt have paid $319 to do so. I could have found a cheaper rate that actually fits the name of a roach motel. The staff didnt seem to care. said people bring them in. When i asked for them to spray while we were out they said no that they have a service that comes and sprays every 2 months. At the very least they should have offered a discounted rate for having to share space with roaches and having to go through all of our belongings before leaving to ensure we didn't bring any home with us. 10 out of 10 will NOT stay again!

Breakfast had lots of items out. The walls are paper thin. Our neighbor got up at 5am and just his walking around the room and closing his bathroom door was so loud. I finally pounded on the wall and they got quieter… that isn’t on the hotel, but sound traveled a lot through the rooms. Clean, but wouldn’t stay again due to how loud it was early in the morning.

This seemed to be a fairly new hotel, off the beaten path, but still close to Nashville and it's attractions. The room was one of the biggest and cleanest I've stayed in. Even nicer than a very pricey Marriott I stayed in years ago. Hotel staff were pleasant, and quick to check us in. Our only complaint was a family with 4 young children came in late and the kids were loud and rowdy until after 11pm, but this was not the hotel's fault. EXCELLENT HOTEL!!

We purposely chose a place away from the cities. We had a event in Clarksville and did not like any of the hotels within the city limits. So we stumbled upon this one and the reviews were awesome so it was a no-brainer. We had a queen suite with 2 beds and a pull out couch. The bathroom was huge. What got me was a loud bump. Sounded so close I asked the boys if it was one of them. They said no. That evening we all went to bed around 10:30. By 12:30ish I could hear banging on the other side of the wall. Sounded like someone was bumping into the nightstand and causing it to hit the wall. It also sounded like stomping. This went on till almost 4am. I didn't want to call the front desk because I would have woken up everyone else in the room to complain. So I chose to deal with it until it finally stopped. Needless to say I was pretty grouchy when I got. Besides the walls being super thin all else was great. An over abundance of hot water in the shower, and super spacious bathroom and room, and an pretty decent breakfast. The only thing missing was a pool. I'm not sure if we would visit again. I just don't want to run the risk of not being able to sleep.

It did cool down rather quickly, which was nice.

Very small rooms with little room to walk around. Loud at night. It was clean, which I appreciate. Do not bother with travel insurance when booking here, as the hotel does not honor it. We tried to cancel our room for our return trip a week in advance and were told we couldn’t even though we purchased the insurance.

Not sure when this hotel opened, but we were thrilled with how clean and safe the non smoking property was. It has the highest ceilings of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend. I rated lower for service only because the front desk charged us an early check-in fee because we were checking in a few hours prior to check in time. After driving all day and wanting to settle and unpack, we just bit the bullet and paid it which I thought was kind of lame for them to request since the room was available.

I had to cancel my reservation and called every number the hotel had listed and the employees would let it ring and then hang up the phone. I even tried to send emails with no response. I didn’t receive a refund and never stayed not one night. I will never return to this place.

Besides the obvious fact that this is a brand new hotel...it is a truly rare gem in the universe of substandard hotels. If youre headed south on I-24, Joelton is positioned so you can get up early (skip the included breakfast?) and zip through Nashville before it gets too crazy. Great staff, a walk in shower, absolutely spotless with comfy beds. Stay here...you wont be sorry !! Seriously....its a 10 out of 10 stars !!

The stay at the property was very nice. I rate it 4 stars. The only complaint was the breakfast. The young man running the front desk was also the person running the breakfast area. Therefore, at one time there were no cups and no sausage and customers had to wait while he dealt with customers at the front desk. Also, the juice machine was out of order so there was nothing but coffee to drink at breakfast. My daughter asked for something cold to drink and the man suggested there was a vending machine for her to purchase something since the juice machine was out of order. The vending machine only had soda. If free breakfast is included, you should not have to purchase something cold to drink. The hotel should have an alternate option to provide cold drinks. No discount or any other type of compensationwas offered for the inconvenience. The inconvenience at breakfast is what dropped the rating from 5 to 4 stars.

Brand new hotel three months old, excellent facility. What disappointed was the breakfast - it was bare minimum and the same thing every day...dry scrambled eggs, round flat over-cooked sausage, biscuits, and do-it-your-self waffle. Better going to local McDonalds or Family Restaurant down the street.

It is a very new property so the rooms were very clean and had a glass doors shower, instead of shower curtains. The coffee was not very good and the breakfast perhaps below average but I would still recommend this hotel for a stay and short distance into Nasville.
