Everything was lovely. The staff were friendly, and the view from our suite was beautiful. However, the bathroom could benefit from some modernization.

Big hotel, great location in Neustadt (very close to the bridge). Nice staff and service. We did not take the breakfast as it was expensive (29€). The pool is also an extra. They are currently renovating the lobby, but it did not cause any problems. Nice terrasse with a view.

The location is great, but that is it. This is a large, poorly managed establishment. They forgot to clean our room half the days, The Wifi is semifunctional at best, they charge for access to the mini gym. The yellow building on the photos is not even the entrance to the hotel, which is from the main road to a grey concrete slab. The window in our room would not close, breakfast was with very limited options and the staff was generally not very helpful. I am sure you can find better hotels in Dresden!!!!
