Hat alles super geklappt! Personal Empfang spitze! Hotel auch top! Waren wegen Weinachtsmarkt dort einen Tag eine Nacht! Direkt vor der Tür! Parkplätze war jetzt nicht so prickelnd bei so einem großen Hotel keine eigenen zu haben direkt vor der Tür nur bezahlbar mit 6€ Tagesticket ! Und alles total belegt weil Hinz und Kunz dort parken kann !

The train station was within walking distance even with luggage. Parking was convenient. Staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was an option and they offered a sack lunch as an option. Shopping and restaurants were located right outside the hotel. I did make a request by email before our trip and the email went unanswered, but not answering is an answer, so we made do. I would stay here again.

Very convenient location, right at the centre close to parking spots (of the hotel and other parking providers), with the added benefit of bicycle storage space behind the hotel. The staff is polite and the overall stay has added to our positive experience in Dresden. The breakfast buffet has got broad options, including beverages. The Ibis Dresden Zentrum is a 3-star hotel, with value for money for sure and at a central location with proximity to churches, shopping malls, cafes and sightseeing spots.

Parkplätze: ich war für mit den E-Bike. Überdachter abgeschlossener Raum. Das Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend. Konnte mein Gepäck und E-Bike nach dem Check-out noch 2 Stunden dort lassen. Ansprechendes Frühstück bis auf den Kaffee. Trotz stärkster Brühstufe schmeckte der wie Wasser. Man sollte auch überlegen, eine Gabel zum Frühstück einzudecken.

Biggest issue was that AC could not keep up with the outside temperature. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Parking is definitely limited - if you need it I'd suggest reserving it ahead of time. That said, it is close to public transport and easy to get around.

Großer Parkplatz für 6€ am für 24 Std. Oder für 15€ vom Hotel aus einen der begrenzten Parkplätze buchen. Super Zentral. Außer das ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht schlecht wäre und das Bad etwas sauberer sein könnte hat es für einen Kurztrip gereicht. Das Zimmer ist recht klein und hat keinen großen Schrank. Wir waren zu zweit und war okay. Für eine Person also perfekt.

Easy walking distance from Dresden main station but still quiet location due to pedestrien area. The room had not been cleaned properly with the previous occupant's rubisch still in the bin. The drain in the shower was blocked. The issues were fixed in a timely manner after my complaint but no apologies were offered or a gesture like a coffe on the house. They clearly don't value their customers nor the confidential feedback.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Die Ausstattung ist eher in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider war es stellenweise dreckig, besonders Teppich und Vorhänge waren wirklich eklig. Staub und anderes auf zb Fensterbank und anderswo. Auch ausserhalb des Zimmers war das Haus nicht besonders sauber. Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs war praktisch. Für eine Nacht okey, aber eigentlich zu teuer für Austattung und Sauberkeit.

Hotel sehr zentrumsnah zum Bahnhof und Geschäften. Frühstück war total ausreichend. Leider war das Bad bzw Klo nicht sauber geputzt. Auch der dreckige Teppichboden sollte rausgerissen werden. Unhygienisch hoch drei!

Frühstück sehr gut, große Auswahl ! Sehr nettes Personal! Betten geht so, nur ein kleines Kissen, man liegt sehr flach. Bad muss dringend überholt werden, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Beauty case. Handtuch bei 2 Personen nur 2 Badetücher. Kein Händehandtuch vorhanden. Der Teppich ist auch in die Jahre gekommen….. leider! Viel zu teuer für diese Ausstattung. Es war Kaisermania, deshalb die hohen Preise! Ich bin gern bereit mehr zu zahlen, aber nicht wegen Herrn Kaiser, sondern für die Unterkunft!

Sehr großes Innenstadthotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Ibis eben. Wir fanden sauber und ruhige Zimmer. Frühstück war qualitativ o.k.. Alle ausgegangenen Speisen wurden sofort ersetzt. Duch die Hotelgröße und bei relativer Auslastung war die Frühstückshalle sehr laut. Preis Leistung war i. O. Würden auch wiederkommen.

Bedrövligt. Små rum, dåliga faciliteter och smutsigt. Det enda som är bra är närheten till tågstationen och fotbollsarenan. Dresden är en trevlig stad men undvik detta hotell till varje pris. De håller inte heller vad de lovar. Jag hade betalat extra för en dubbelsäng men fick två extremt smala enkelsängar. När jag påtalade detta för personalen ryckte de bara oförstående på axlarna.

El hotel está dividido en 2 edificios, en el segundo cuando subes más allá del segundo piso se pierde la señal del wifi. Por el precio no debería fallar. El desayuno bien en variedad pero eramos tantos los huéspedes que el personal estaba malhumorado. Hotel se ve viejo, quizás sea precaída del muro (edificio).

Very clean rooms; well serviced. Would have loved a kettle in the room and/or little fridge. Sumptuous breakfast! So delicious with good variety. Fantastic location!!!!!! Overall I recommend this as a place to stay in Dresden.

The location is amazing and walkable to everythinG. Honestly, the hotel is huge but the reception operate with just 2 staffs so be prepared to stand in a que for 1 hr just waiting everytime you want to speak with a receptionist. Additionally, room is very basic and the pillows gave us neck aches and back aches they are like sheets rather than pillows. At checkout, we asked for a 1 hr late checkout but they wanted us to pay for it. We asked for directions for certain sightseeing, we got a wrong answer too. Its convenient for cheap stays but dont expect much

Sehr freundliches Hotel, tolle zentrale Lage und ein großartiges Frühstück. Zimmer einfach, sauber und ruhig. Leider nur 1 Handtuch pro Person im Zimmer, Kopfkissen sehr flach und weich. Parkplätze in direkter Umgebung reichlich vorhanden, aber zur Weihnachtsmarktzeit etwas schwierig einen freien Platz zu finden. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.

A pretty standard Ibis. Good Location, cleanliness, cost, efficiency: all good and what we expect at any ibis Wfi: too weak in our room and so I went to the lobby to work on my devices . Staff: as I entered the lobby, I stopped to report this issue to the front desk. I was sharply told that the problem is not the wifi but my iPhone,’which was then taken by the attendant, who went flipping through my phone, the screen out of my view. Then he returned it. I showed a screen shot of the 1 bar of reception in my room, and the device was grabbed again. When I asked to see my screen as he flipped through it, he tossed it on the counter and retorted, lIm not a technician” and turned away. Wow. All I wanted to do was report the weak signal.

Tolles Hotel direkt auf der Prager Str. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch super das man ein Wasserkocher ausleihen kann für 10€ Werde ich wieder buchen.

Ibis Zentrum Dresden was clean and really close to the Dresden Hbf making it easily accessible. It backs onto a pedestrian area full of shopping, dining options, and a place to spend time on a nice day. We had a great stay.

Der Empfang und Parkplatz organisieren verlief toll. Die Standartzimmer sind zweckmäßig und für einen kurzen Tripp vollkommen ausreichend. Super Lage - direkt in der City. Hotel bom, próximo a diversos pontos turísticos. Único problema foi o ar condicionado, que não funcionou muito bem. Bom café da manhã, o que não gostei foi do suco, não era natural e da salada de frutas, que também não era de frutas frescas. Do resto ok. Voltaria a me hospedar nele.

Sehr freundliches Hotel, tolle zentrale Lage und ein großartiges Frühstück. Zimmer einfach, sauber und ruhig. Leider nur 1 Handtuch pro Person im Zimmer, Kopfkissen sehr flach und weich. Parkplätze in direkter Umgebung reichlich vorhanden, aber zur Weihnachtsmarktzeit etwas schwierig einen freien Platz zu finden. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.
