the room was in good condition but for it being a family room, the main bed consists of 2 single beds where the kids have been sleeping and the parents have to share a sofa bed which was not overly comfortable. the hotel had advertised a comfy bed but that was not true for the family room.Car parking was freely available in the underground garage but at 15€ per day quite expensive. The breakfast was ok, but for the price charged not really worth it

Etwas ab vom Schuss, aber mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Da das Hotel etwas erhöht liegt ist der Rückweg aus der Innenstadt mit dem Rad etwas anstrengend. Das Schlafsofa in unserem 4-Bett-Zimmer war gerade so ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene. Die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang wirkte für mich etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. In der Tiefgarage gibt es einen abgeschlossen Käfig, um Fahrräder abzustellen.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut. Das man den Fittness-/Wellnessbereich nutzen kann, ist auch sehr gut. Die Geräte sind allerdings teilweise beschädigt und es gibt nur bestimmte Geräte.

Ein Fahrstuhl war nicht voll funktionsfähig (Taste in die TG ging nicht), Schranke Parkplatz defekt, wurde nicht nach Dauerpark-Karte gefragt, wodurch ich täglich und immer wenn ich ausfahren wollte zur Rezeption gehen musste. Frühstück war eintönig, wenig abwechslungsreich und mittelmäßig. Lautstärke der Zimmer Richtung Innenhof ist eine Frechheit! Die Architektur sorgt für starken Widerhall, Gäste stehen rauchend und lautstark sprechend bis Nachts vor der Tür. Zimmer sind ohne Kühlschrank, ohne Safe und ohne Klima ausgestattet. Wird leider mein erster und letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Vi bodde 2 nätter på hotellet. Det var rymligt och sköna sängar. Vi använde parkeringen och betalade 12 euro per natt för det. Det var smidigt att ta buss in till centrum, bussen går precis utanför. Vi fick tidtabell och information från receptionen. Det var en bit att gå till café för att är frukost. Hotellet ligger i ett villaområde. Vi var i spa-delen båda kvällarna. Det finns ett litet gym och relax samt fotbad och bubbelbad. Det kunde behövas en uppfräschning där. Jag saknade aircon, men vi fick låna en fläkt i receptionen.

Clean spacious hotel rooms with good breakfast and easy parking. Friendly staff on site and close to autobahn. We had a short stay here and although it is quite out of the city we drove 15-20 mins to the Joynext Arena where there is loads of free parking. Then it's a lovely walk along the river to the centre in just 2k (20 mins) we wanted to use the ice arena at the Joynext arena anyway so worked out really well for us. No tea or coffee machine in room which was a bit disappointing but the bar/restaurant downstairs has good coffee so not the end of the world. We unfortunately didn't have time to try the spa but we would stay again at this hotel.

Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenpflichtig, jedoch findet man in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen innerhalb von 5–10 Minuten ausreichend kostenlose Alternativen. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt in Ordnung und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, dafür Wasserkocher und Instant-Kaffee. Kritisch zu bewerten ist der Service: Die Zimmerreinigung muss bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalten extra „bestellt“ werden und scheint nach 12 Uhr nicht mehr stattzufinden. Besonders negativ war eine Feueralarm-Übung um 07:30 Uhr, über die die Gäste nicht informiert wurden – entsprechend wurde man von lauten Sirenen geweckt und musste das Zimmer umgehend verlassen. Als ich anschließend nach einem Kaffee fragte, wurde mir dieser trotz der Situation zum vollen Preis von 3,50 Euro berechnet. Eine kleine Geste des Entgegenkommens wäre hier angemessen gewesen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich es mir zweimal überlegen hier erneut in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Die Hälfte der Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf Dresden und das Elbtal .Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich gegenüber dem Hotels .Leider kann nur auf dem Ge- lände des Hotels geparkt werden .Kosten für den Hotelgast 12 -bis 15 Euro ! Personal an der Rezeption z.T. unfreundlich .Die Zimmer (hatte Superior-Zimmer gebucht ) recht klein ;18 qm .Sauber .Das Frühstück kostet 15 Euro extra, grosse Auswahl aber nur einfache Produckte , z.B. Rührei Fertigmaterial .Alles recht sauber. Das Personal hier und in der Bar freundlich und flink .Leider hohe Extrakosten , sonst i.O.

Nice hotel. We had a very good stay as a family. Clean, good breakfast, spacious room. Drawback is a bit distinct location from the center. Perhaps slightly aging state of the hotel might be an issue for someone.

Frühstück wird in der eigenen Restaurantküche gemacht. Sehr gut für 4 Sterne. Haben da schon Anderes erlebt. Säfte schmecken sehr gut. Die Betten sind zwar weich aber viel zu schmal. Kühlschrank der Minibar ist zum Teil nicht vorhanden!!! Wir bestanden deshalb auf einen sofortigen Zimmerwechsel.

The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all enjoyed our stay!

Clean spacious hotel rooms with good breakfast and easy parking. Friendly staff on site and close to autobahn. We had a short stay here and although it is quite out of the city we drove 15-20 mins to the Joynext Arena where there is loads of free parking. Then it's a lovely walk along the river to the centre in just 2k (20 mins) we wanted to use the ice arena at the Joynext arena anyway so worked out really well for us. No tea or coffee machine in room which was a bit disappointing but the bar/restaurant downstairs has good coffee so not the end of the world. We unfortunately didn't have time to try the spa but we would stay again at this hotel.

Vi bodde 2 nätter på hotellet. Det var rymligt och sköna sängar. Vi använde parkeringen och betalade 12 euro per natt för det. Det var smidigt att ta buss in till centrum, bussen går precis utanför. Vi fick tidtabell och information från receptionen. Det var en bit att gå till café för att är frukost. Hotellet ligger i ett villaområde. Vi var i spa-delen båda kvällarna. Det finns ett litet gym och relax samt fotbad och bubbelbad. Det kunde behövas en uppfräschning där. Jag saknade aircon, men vi fick låna en fläkt i receptionen.

Die Hälfte der Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf Dresden und das Elbtal .Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich gegenüber dem Hotels .Leider kann nur auf dem Ge- lände des Hotels geparkt werden .Kosten für den Hotelgast 12 -bis 15 Euro ! The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all enjoyed our stay!

Overall a good and clean hotel if a bit old. Location is not central so won't be good for people to go out in Dresden. However it is perfect for Sächsicher Schweiz trips. There was an additional city tax to pay at the hotel which was not clear from Expedia description.

Frühstück wird in der eigenen Restaurantküche gemacht. Sehr gut für 4 Sterne. Haben da schon Anderes erlebt. Säfte schmecken sehr gut. Die Betten sind zwar weich aber viel zu schmal. Kühlschrank der Minibar ist zum Teil nicht vorhanden!!! Wir bestanden deshalb auf einen sofortigen Zimmerwechsel.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr groß. Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße genug man kann aber auch für 12€ ein Parkplatz buchen. Die Bar mit Restaurant ist auch sehr gut vor allem das Essen. Frühstück alles was man braucht und meistens noch viel mehr. Was mich noch gefreut hätte wäre im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, ist aber kein Problem gewesen, den Wasserkocher kann man an der Rezeption bekommen und Eis an der Bar😉

the room was in good condition but for it being a family room, the main bed consists of 2 single beds where the kids have been sleeping and the parents have to share a sofa bed which was not overly comfortable. the hotel had advertised a comfy bed but that was not true for the family room.Car parking was freely available in the underground garage but at 15€ per day quite expensive. The breakfast was ok, but for the price charged not really worth it
