Definitely becoming a fan of the NH collection of hotels. Focus on sustainability, if you don’t need housekeeping service for the day, they give you vouchers for a free house wine/beer/soft drink. Nice touches like welcome fruit candies and strawberry water or mint cucumber water. Both NH hotels also have relaxation chairs, small sauna and steam room. Lovely experience, reminds me of the Ancient Aire philosophy of life.

Nicht gefallen: Ausfahrt aus dem Parkbereich des Hotels. Kompliziert und umständlich. Bar hat Atmosphäre einer Kantine und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. E-Bikes müssen an der Station neben der Frauenkirche angemietet werden. Sehr umständlich. Im Hotel wäre besser. Frühstück sehr gut. Sekt zum Frühstück wäre schön. Zimmer sehr schön. Lage super.

Avevo forse aspettative troppo alte ma non è al livello di un 4 stelle. Ho riscontrato diversi problemi: pulizia delle stanze e condizioni della camera. C'era muffa sul soffitto, un asciugamano aveva una macchia e la carta igienica non era stata cambiata. Poi un altro aspetto che ho trovato poco intelligente è che per prenotare un massaggio bisognava chiamare un numero di telefono tedesco, mentre in altri hotel potevi prenotare direttamente dalla reception. Salvo la colazione buona, i receptionists, l'acqua data ogni sera nella camera e la birra e succhi a disposizione nella lobby. La posizione è ottimale. GIUDIZIO FINALE 6 PECCATO POTEVA ESSERE UN 8

In diesem Hotel hat wirklich alles gepasst: Topp Lage am Altmarkt, sämtliche in der Altstadt befindlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Einkaufszentrum „Altmarkt Galerie“ gleich um die Ecke. Modern ausgestattetes, helles und makellos sauberes Superior-Zimmer mit fabelhaftem Ausblick, super Schall isolierte Fenster, traumhafte Matratzen (auf Reisen selten so gut geschlafen), schönes und gut ausgestattetes Bad mit erfreulicherweise reibungslos funktionierendem Föhn. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent Ich habe mich im „NH Collection Dresden Altmarkt“ äußerst wohlgefühlt und werde daher sehr gerne wiederkommen :)

Im Prinzip alles ok und wie man es für ein 4 Sterne Superior-Haus erwarten darf. Auf dem Zimmer stand ein Flasche Wasser mit einer Banderole, die mit vielen blumigen Worten beschrieb, dass dieses Wasser kostenfrei sei. Ein schönes Geschenk, da der Kühlschrank der Minibar (wie heute leider Standard) leer war. Nur leider war diese Flasche bereits geöffnet und halbleer. Ich hatte zwar großen Durst, aber da ich schon im Pyjama war, keine Lust, das mit der Rezeption zu klären. Der Wasserhahn ging da auch. Trotzdem habe ich dem Hotel per E-Mail über diesen kleinen Faux pas informiert. Eigentlich nur, damit sie das Hauskeeping besser instruieren und sowas nicht noch einmal passiert. Und jetzt kam der Punkt, über den ich mich wirklich ärgere: Null Reaktion! Das ist nicht mehr 4 Sterne Superior Standard. Das ist armselig!

I think the location and the service of the front desk staff are very good. My wife and I stayed for 7 nights, but there was only one cup for drinking water in the room. We reported this to the front desk, but the problem was not fixed until the last day. Also, on the last day, the cups had not been cleaned, and toilet paper had not been flushed down the toilet, probably because it had been used to clean the toilet. Apart from this, I would recommend this hotel.

Ab 5:00 Uhr morgens, brummte der leere Kühlschrank in meinem Zimmer, konnte kaum noch schlafen. Beim Check-out wurde mir gesagt: „Das wissen wir, die Gäste sagen uns dann Bescheid, und wir schalten den Kühlschrank aus. Diese Info müsste man den Gästen entweder beim einchecken sagen, oder einen Aufkleber auf dem Kühlschrank kleben oder einfach eine nicht Brumm den Kühlschrank installieren!

Es war an sich ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hatte für jeden was dabei. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top Lage alles zu Fuß erreichbar und direkt an den Straßenbahnen. Absolut ruhig kein Lärm nichts. Allerdings gab es drei technische Defekte. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht getan, es war dauerhaft stickig. Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht gekühlt. Und der Dunstabzug im Bad war auch nicht in Betrieb.

This is a 3 people friends trip. The description of the room showed on Hotels.com is 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed. When we arrived, that was a bund bed not even sofa bed in room. They only prepared 2 people sets instead of 3 which I was disappointed. But hotel location was excellent to everywhere.

Freundlicher Service und ausgezeichnete Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Für einen Early Check in musste ich 60 Euro zusätzlich zahlen, was ich erstens nicht verstehe und zweitens sehr übertrieben finde. Für das Hotel entstehen dadurch keinerlei Zusatzkisten. In guten Hotels wird eine solche Leistung nie zusätzlich berechnet.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel boasts an amazing location, which was a major highlight. If you plan to visit the local markets, I highly recommend requesting a room with a view—it is well worth the extra cost. Furthermore, including breakfast is definitely worthwhile. I would definitely stay here again. PS if visiting the Christmas Markets make sure you bring cash.

This hotel is a -2 star hotel with horrible beds and service. I had to switch rooms because of the bed. The horrible 7th floor is reserved for Expedia users, it is the worst, is where all the trash is. The church next to the hotel is beautiful but the bells will NOT let you sleep. Staff had no idea of what features and bed type a room had. They messed up everything. And they even tried to charge me for parking when I checked out and I did not have a car. Horrible experience, I will never book this crappy hotel again.

Ich war erstmals im NH Collection Dresden Altmarkt und war damit sehr zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist die Lage des Hotels sehr günstig, so dass ich alle meine geplanten Aktivitäten zu Fuß erreichen konnte bzw. die nächste Straßenbahn-Station nicht weit entfernt ist.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service was efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was made up every morning when we had breakfast. The room amenities were excellent land much appreciated😆. There were a free bottle of water, a Nespresso machine and in the lobby fruit juice, water, bonbons and fruit to take as much as you wanted to. I have one complaint and that is that breakfast could be fresher. The croissants and pastries were a bit stale, the sausages were inedibly tough, the scrambled eggs a bit too chewy. It felt as if everything was left over from teo days before. The rooms are quiet, extremely clean, well appointed and spacious. The hotel cannot be better situated - wonderfully near the main tourist attractions.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im NH Collection und waren wieder begeistert. Das Hotel ist super zentral; alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und auch sonst bietet das Zimmer alles was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super nette Rezeption! Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl mit frisch gepresstem Saft, gutem Kaffee und sogar extra zubereiteten Eiern und Pancakes.
