Mit allem ziemlich zufrieden. Nur dass der 2. Fahrstuhl immer wieder ausgestellt wurde, man dadurch oft ziemlich lange an dem einen steht, dafür gibt es einen Abzugpunkt. Alles in allem kommen wir gern wieder

Leider war die Piano Bar (Sommerferien) geschlossen, was zum Buchungszeitpunkt nicht ersichtlich war, für mich war die Bar ein wichtiges Kriterium das Hotel zu wählen. Die Terrasse schloss dann auch schon um 23:00! Sonst war das Hotel OK

I have stayed several times at this hotel. I had less interaction with staff this time. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The views were lovely. The pool was slightly too cold but indeed refreshing.

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Waren damit sehr zufrieden Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzigste was nicht sehr gut war, ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es handelt sich hier nicht um die Qualität, sondern um die sehr langsame Auffüllung der leeren Behälter. Es waren immer zu wenig Brötchen da oder sogar die Wurst war teilweise fast immer vergriffen, gekochte Eier und Rührei haben sehr oft gefehlt. Hier sollte man wirklich überdenken, dass man etwas mehr Personal dafür ein plant. Das Personal, was vor Ort war, hatte alle Hände voll zu tun und war komplett ausgelastet, trotzdem hatte dieses Personal immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht sollte man überdenken, in dieser Hotelkategorie zwei Frühstücksbuffet aufzubauen, um allen Gästen gerecht zu werden, denn viele von denen haben sich ganz schön negativ dazu geäußert.

Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Die Rezeption war unprofessionell mit der Bearbeitung der Hotelpauschale, die bar bezahlt wurde aber nicht verbucht und abgerechnet wurde, die dadurch entstandenen Diskussion beim aus checken und drauf folgenden Entschuldigung wurde nicht mit einem Nachlass der ziemlich teuren Parkgebühren Rechnung getragen. Alles in allem hatte ich mit einem besseren Aufenthalt gerechnet.

Auf den 1. Blick ein tolles Hotel, im Detail waren doch einige No Gos. Das Bad war nicht sauber und in der Dusche war Schimmel und ein komplett verdreckter und verkalkter Duschkopf. Die "Tür" zur Toilette ließ stets einen Freiraum von ca. 10 cm. Unsere Pfandflaschen wurden vom Personal einfach vom Tisch weggenommen.

We didn’t like this hotel: very bad musty smell in the room, our bathroom sink soap wasn’t refilled, the bed was uncomfortable, the staff isn’t friendly, and the area around the hotel smells like sewage. They charge 24 euro for parking while there’s a good safe public garage only 4 minutes away where you can park for 6 euro a day. Breakfast was good but the orange juice was awful. They have only 2 coffee machines that were always missing milk or coffee beans, and had a long line. Nobody came to our table to offer coffee.

Da sich das Zimmer auf der neunten Etage, mit Dachschrägen befand, war es in L- Form angeordnet. Links zwei Sessel, kleiner Tisch, kleiner Schreibtisch mit kleinem Kühlschrank und großem Fernseher. Dazu ein kleines Fenster mit Elbeblick. Beim Blick geradeaus war rechts davon das Bad. Waschtisch, Badewanne, sehr kleine Dusche und Toilette. Alles in einer sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung. Auf der rechten Seite stand das große Doppelbett mit zwei tollen Matratzen. Dem Bett gegenüber stand ein Tisch mit einem kleineren Fernseher. Rechts daneben das große schräge Dachfenster mit einer kleinen Treppe davor. Beide Fenster konnte man öffnen und verdunkeln. Alles war sehr sauber sodass wir keine Reinigung in den vier Tagen benötigten. Als Dankeschön bekam man jeden Morgen ein kleines Geschenk. Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Parkhaus an der Semperoper für 6 €/Tag ist zu empfehlen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück reichlich mit großer Auswahl. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer über der Piano-Bar ( Musik bis 1:00 Uhr) und haben dadurch sehr schlecht geschlafen. Das Zimmer liegt gleichzeitig über dem Haupteingang, also zusätzlicher Lärm und permanenter Zigarettenrauch, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Lüften war nicht möglich.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück reichlich mit großer Auswahl. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer über der Piano-Bar ( Musik bis 1:00 Uhr) und haben dadurch sehr schlecht geschlafen. Das Zimmer liegt gleichzeitig über dem Haupteingang, also zusätzlicher Lärm und permanenter Zigarettenrauch, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Lüften war nicht möglich.

The initial booking was a mistake, and correcting the date would unfortunately cost as much as the initial reservation. My partner and I decided to bite the bullet, and visited anyway. The reception depended a lot on who was on at the day. Sometimes a bit dismissive, others really kind and welcoming. We dined at the hotels restaurant, and despite being really well taken care of overall, we felt like we were being kicked out, as one hour away from closing, everything was being removed from the buffet, and despite the room being almost empty, we weren't the only couple. The room itself was quite large, clean, comfortable to work from, good temperature control, comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom. What made it less comfortable, was the pounding of whoever was walking upstairs, or on the hallway (we never managed to figure it out). It was disconcerting and surprising that a hotel of this caliber would be so poorly sound proofed. Waking up with people walking at 7am to go for early breakfast was a really unpleasant experience, and I would advise against anyone in need of real rest to stay over. The sauna facilities were very pleasant, and the hotel kindly provided us with towels, bathrobes and slippers. I wish there was more seating in that area, but understand that there isn't so much space. It was very nice to have 2 saunas and one hamam to choose from, that is rare!

Walking up was a little hesitant but once inside it’s beautiful! Our room was the size of an apartment! Huge! Living room two bathrooms dining room and large bedroom. Walk out the back door and walk along the river to see the sights. We didn’t have breakfast there but it looked fantastic. Short distance to the tram which will bring you right to the train station.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Semperoper ist quasi nebenan. Parkgebühren sind recht hoch, aber 100 meter weiter kann man sehr preiswert in der Tiefgarage der Semperoper parken. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

The initial booking was a mistake, and correcting the date would unfortunately cost as much as the initial reservation. My partner and I decided to bite the bullet, and visited anyway. The reception depended a lot on who was on at the day. Sometimes a bit dismissive, others really kind and welcoming. We dined at the hotels restaurant, and despite being really well taken care of overall, we felt like we were being kicked out, as one hour away from closing, everything was being removed from the buffet, and despite the room being almost empty, we weren't the only couple. The room itself was quite large, clean, comfortable to work from, good temperature control, comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom. What made it less comfortable, was the pounding of whoever was walking upstairs, or on the hallway (we never managed to figure it out). It was disconcerting and surprising that a hotel of this caliber would be so poorly sound proofed. Waking up with people walking at 7am to go for early breakfast was a really unpleasant experience, and I would advise against anyone in need of real rest to stay over. The sauna facilities were very pleasant, and the hotel kindly provided us with towels, bathrobes and slippers. I wish there was more seating in that area, but understand that there isn't so much space. It was very nice to have 2 saunas and one hamam to choose from, that is rare!

An absolutely brilliant stay. In town for the Dresden HM the hotel was the perfect location for race day and a bit of sightseeing. We were made to feel very welcome by Vincent upon our arrival. Our room was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again 👍

We didn’t like this hotel: very bad musty smell in the room, our bathroom sink soap wasn’t refilled, the bed was uncomfortable, the staff isn’t friendly, and the area around the hotel smells like sewage. They charge 24 euro for parking while there’s a good safe public garage only 4 minutes away where you can park for 6 euro a day. Breakfast was good but the orange juice was awful. They have only 2 coffee machines that were always missing milk or coffee beans, and had a long line. Nobody came to our table to offer coffee.

Utterly fantastic! The hotels location is no more than a 5/10 minute walk from the centre, with a wonderful walk along the water front to get there. The city of Dresden is beautiful, with the most amazing architecture. There is a great selection of places to eat and drink. The city is clean with plenty to see and do. Our room was a great size, beds extremely comfortable, bathroom has everything you need, with a great mirror for anyone wanting to apply their make up. There was a small fridge but we would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities too. The hotel has a great, secure, large under ground parking, I believe we paid 24 Euros per day to use it. The hotel's foyer is very impressive with beautiful chandeliers and comfortable seating. There is a piano bar that opens at 7pm, we didn't go in as we had plans both evenings we were there but there is a alcohol vending machine if you come back late and both the bars are closed, that was very reasonable. And finally the breakfast. Hands down, the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! It was exquisite. The selection was vast, freshly prepared and all delicious! I would stay there again just for this! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Stay here you will love every minute of it!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Semperoper ist quasi nebenan. Parkgebühren sind recht hoch, aber 100 meter weiter kann man sehr preiswert in der Tiefgarage der Semperoper parken. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Waren damit sehr zufrieden Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzigste was nicht sehr gut war, ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es waren immer zu wenig Brötchen da oder sogar die Wurst war teilweise fast immer vergriffen, gekochte Eier und Rührei haben sehr oft gefehlt. Hier sollte man wirklich überdenken, dass man etwas mehr Personal dafür ein plant. Das Personal, was vor Ort war, hatte alle Hände voll zu tun und war komplett ausgelastet, trotzdem hatte dieses Personal immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht sollte man überdenken, in dieser Hotelkategorie zwei Frühstücksbuffet aufzubauen, um allen Gästen gerecht zu werden, denn viele von denen haben sich ganz schön negativ dazu geäußert.
