Perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum. Daher nur Kurzparken vor der Tür zum Ein- und Ausladen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle, super saubere Zimmer, elegant eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, großes Zimmer im sechsten Stock mit seitlichem Blick auf den Neumarkt. Angenehme Klimaanlage. Komfortables Bad. Nettes Personal, vieles auch digital zu erledigen, z.B. Check-in und -out. Frühstück hatten wir keins, Restaurant sah aber schick aus. Manko: Tiefgarage mit 28€/Tag zu teuer. Parken nur wenige Minuten weiter an der Semperoper, der Schießgasse oder dem Pirnaischen Platz sind gute Alternativen. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, den könnte die Glocke der Frauenkirche morgens aus dem Schlaf klingeln, wir fanden das aber sehr schön und stimmungsvoll. Alles in allem eine Top-Adresse, die wir bei jedem weiteren Dresden-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werden - Empfehlung!!!

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Dresdener Altstadt, in direkter Nähe zur Frauenkirche und ist damit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Konzerte auf den Elbwiesen oder einen Bummel durch die Altstadt. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tiefgarage mit Zugang zu dem Hotel. Nicht ganz billig, aber bequemer geht es nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt im Bad eine große Dusche und eine Badewanne. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr gut. Wir kommen gern ein zweites Mal in dieses Hotel.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist deshalb ideal um die Innenstadt von Dresden per Fuss zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut und das Personal audäxh durchweg nett Leider roch es in unserem Zimmer zeitweise aus dem Abfluss unangenehm. Sonst alles tadellos.

Am Waschbecken fast mit heißem Wasser verbrüht, da keine Mischbatterie und das heiße Wasser falsch herum anzudrehen war. Telefon und Nachttischlampen defekt, ohne dass beim Check In darauf hingewiesen wurde. Reinigungspersonal hat Plastikflaschen entsorgt, die wiederverwendet werden sollten und zum Trocknen auf dem Schrank standen und nicht im Mülleimer Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, aber konnte den eher schlechten Eindruck nicht ausgleichen. Als kleine Wiedergutmachung wurde ein Stollen geschenkt. Das war nett, aber nicht wirklich ein Ausgleich für die nicht erfüllten Erwartungen an ein Haus dieser Kategorie.

A great find just metres from the Frauenkirche. From start to finish, all went well. The ‘Junior’ room (509) I booked was spacious with a great bathroom including tub and separate shower cubicle. All mod cons were catered for and the breakfast was 1st class. The main selling point is however the location. About 20 minutes walk from the main station and right at the ‘Neumarkt’. Bed was comfortable although the church bells were a distraction until I closed the windows. Not a fan of hanging clothes in the washing area if I’m honest but was Ok for my 2 nights. 2 things stopped this from being a perfect stay. The internet was OK but not great and I experienced a number of ‘drop outs’. Speed was also average (10-20 Mbps is not really good enough for a hotel of this class). My other beef was the availability of electrical points. Whilst there, they were not in convenient positions and I had to hunt them down. Other than that, a really nice stay in the centre of Dresden.

The hotel staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel accommodations were very nice and we would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had the added bonus of having both shower and bath. The breakfast was amazing with the buffet and an additional cooked breakfast to order with no extra cost. The location of this hotel is excellent and because we stayed for the Christmas market it was literally outside the front of the hotel entrance. The only negative and this is just a personal one is that there was no tea making facilities and I do love a tea first thing in the morning but it was available in the restaurant for breakfast so not that big a problem.

Centrally located, close to all the main sites. Walking distance to two tram stations to get to farther sights. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. (There's a plaque outside that says this location has been a hotel for about 200 years, and guests included Dosteovsky, Chopin)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Townhouse in Dresden und würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier einchecken. Die Mitarbeiter, ganz besonders im Frühstücksraum waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem ist die zentrale Lage dieses Hotels super! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar, Ebenso die Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Cafe's, Restaurants und Bar's. Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig und gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett. Leider nur beim ankommen. Nach unser Rückkehr vom Roland Kaiser Konzert wurde man weder begrüßt noch beachtet. In der Bar, 6. Etage, kein Service. Nach ca. 15 Minuten warten sind wir dann auf das Zimmer gegangen. Frühstück für 28.- Euro, darauf haben wir dann verzichtet.

Wunderbares Stadthotel direkt am Neumarkt. Der Weihnachtsmarkt war direkt vor der Haustür. Liegt ganz in der Nähe zahlreicher Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man zu Fuß erkunden kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, mit Frühstück zu buchen.

Hotel is in a fabulous location with a Christmas Market right out the front door, very festive! Walking distance to all other shopping and local Christmas Markets. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to book again!

Flott hotell. Nydelig beliggenhet. Hadde de ansatte vært litt mer "på" så ville vi sikkert gitt 5* for frokosten også, men VÅR frokosterfaring var langt under pari. Frokostmenyen, som vi ikke hadde hørt om, ble ikke gitt oss før frokosten var over. MED meny er den vel verdt sine 28€ pr pers, uten er den ikke verdt 10 engang...

Waren mit Freunden in Dresden. Das Townhouse ist hervorragend gelegen, direkt am Neumarkt, Frauenkirche etc. Zimmer nach innen ohne Aussicht oder nach vorn mit Blick auf den Neumarkt. Alles neu/ wie neu, sehr gut. Zimmer recht klein aber ausreichend. Zimmerpreis ist in Ordnung aber 26,50€ für das Frühstück und dann noch Extra für Eiscafé und einige Sorten Eier… das ist es auch mit 19% MWSt. nicht wert. Geht raus und frühstückt um die Ecke…
