駅の構内に入口があるので、とても便利でした。チェックインの際の受付の方も感じがとても良かったです。エレベーターを動かし方が分からず、受付の方にやってもらって動かせました。カードを表上向きにに入れて抜いてから階を押すのが正解でした。部屋は若干古いようで、シャワーの水栓の温度調節が難しくちょっと動かすだけ熱くなったり冷たくなったりしてました。またテレビの反応が悪くて使い難かったです。細かい不満点はありましたが、立地を含めて良かったです。

Prima hotel voor een weekendje Dusseldorf. Locatie is uitstekend, in het station en op loopafstand van Konigsallee en Altstad. Gebied rondom het station is matig, met veel rondhangende lui maar daarmee geen problemen gehad. Hotel is niet bijzonder luxe maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Ontbijt was goed. Parkeren is wel een issue; we kregen in het hotel pas aanwijzingen om in de parkeergarage te komen achter het station. Met uitchecken ontstond een misverstand; de parkeerticket wordt gevalideerd (korting) door het hotel maar je moet nog wel steeds afrekenen in de parkeergarage. Dat hadden wij (ook na specifiek vragen) niet zo begrepen dus we stonden op een gegeven moment gevangen tussen de uitgang van de parkeergarage en de poort om de parkeerplaats te verlaten. Door om te lopen alsnog parkeerkosten kunnen afrekenen.

Es war alles ganz wunderbar, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, als ich mein deponiertes Gepäck abholte. Mein Abholschein hatte ich schon auf den Desk gelegt und war auch schon mit dem Rezeptionisten in Kontakt. Als jemand plötzlich von hinten eine Karte, die nicht funktionierte, wurde er bedient, ohne dass sich der bisher nette Rezeptionist bei mir entschuldigte. Was soll ich daraus schließen? Dass ein Mann nur unverschämt genug auftreten muss, dass deshalb eine Kundin stehen gelassen wird?

Very comfortable clean basic room and a very helpful staff member. Some confusion about whether I had prepaid (I hadn’t) but it was sorted out and I was able to pay what I owed. The entrance to the Hotel is on the station concourse which was unexpected but I found it in the end.

- Sehr unangenehmer Kloakengeruch auf den Gängen (immerhin hat es nicht auf dem Zimmer gestunken) - Spinnweben an der Decke - Klimaanlage macht sehr laute Geräusche / dumpfe Schläge (vielleicht ist eine Reparatur sinnvoll) - Sauberkeit des Zimmers ansonsten gut

Wer zentral wohnen möchte, der liegt hier genau richtig. Vom Bahnhof ins Hotelbett. Aber diese ausgesprochen vorteilhafte Poleposition hat auch ihre Schattenseiten. Die Bahnhofsumgebung ist wenig einladend. Das Hotel selber besticht durch nettes Personal. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad könnte mal von Schimmelflecken befreit und das Zimmer eine Auffrischung der Einrichtung bekommen. Für den Preis war es an Leistung etwas mau.

I arrived through the night and the member of staff was attentive and spoke good English, which was appreciated. The room was basic and very no frills. What was disappointing was there the room having no kettle, thus meaning I could not have a hot drink overnight. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap stay near Dusseldorf airport, this will do the job.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, das Hotel wirkt aber schon etwas heruntergekommen. Der Stopfen für den Abfluss im Waschbecken war leider defekt und konnte nicht bewegt werden, wodurch kein Wasser abgeflossen ist. Leider wurde dies trotz mehrmaligem Mitteilen während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, das Hotel wirkt aber schon etwas heruntergekommen. Es gab ein Mitarbeiter, der sehr sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich war. Zudem finde ich ein Handtuch pro person arg wenig. Man muss doch mindestens ein kleines und ein grosses Handtuch zur verfügung haben. Das Zimmer war nicht in ei em tadellosem zustand. Eine Sitzbank war defekt. Die Klimaanlage war nicht der hit und die Lüftung zum fensterlisen badezimmer auch nicht wirklich. Das Frühstück für 17 euro ist sehr Sparsam angeboten worden. Das restliche Peraonal war aber immer freundlich und nett. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde trotz dass wir gesagt haben dass sie es nicht reinigen brauchen, wurde es dennoch gemacht.

Ich habe meine Buchungsbestätigung von Expedia bei der Rezeption gezeigt. Ich wurde nicht eingeschickt und habe kein Zimmer bekommen . Der Personal war total unfreundlich und hat behauptet Hotel hat mit Expedia nicht zu tun . Ich muss erneut buchen und bezahlen um ein Zimmer zu bekommen

The hotel location is very good, almost connected to the central train station. Area is safe enough. Many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets around the hotel. The hotel is clean, it has what you need, though would be amazing if hotels consider adding a bidet in the toilets since people from around the world visit it, because it can be irritating not having it in toilets for people who need it. Cleaning staff are very kind and polite, even staff in the breakfast area are kind. Breakfast is good enough, you can start the day with it, for me it was really good. The reception girl that checked me in was kind, I wish I knew her name, but other receptionists could smile a little bit more, it wouldn't hurt anyone to make the client feel welcomed in the hotel and in the country, for a foreigner the hotel is their safe point, so make it feel so please. Maybe one or two of the receptionists will answer questions gladly, but others will make you regret asking with their attitude, they will also ask you to google it, sure I can google it, but it is also very helpful to ask a local, not any local, an employee of the hotel local, google is not always clear with enough information especially about HOTEL area and transportation. All in all, it was a nice stay, just with some kindness from the receptionists, as clients should be treated with kindness, would have been perfect.

The hotel is well placed literally within the main Hbf buildings in Dusseldorf. The immediate area outside has a lot of visible poverty. The hotel inside is modern, clean and easy to get around from reception. My room was one floor below ground; however this looked out onto a nice courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Information, however, was not so great as I had to ask about breakfast location and times. Also there was zero information in the room for the hotel or wifi (I don't think there was a wifi). The privided shower gel/soap dispensers were hard to use with the plastic-end coming off. I resorted to using my own gel/shampoo which I always bring!

Wer zentral wohnen möchte, der liegt hier genau richtig. Vom Bahnhof ins Hotelbett. Aber diese ausgesprochen vorteilhafte Poleposition hat auch ihre Schattenseiten. Die Bahnhofsumgebung ist wenig einladend. Das Hotel selber besticht durch nettes Personal. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad könnte mal von Schimmelflecken befreit und das Zimmer eine Auffrischung der Einrichtung bekommen. Für den Preis war es an Leistung etwas mau.

Es gab ein Mitarbeiter, der sehr sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich war. Zudem finde ich ein Handtuch pro person arg wenig. Man muss doch mindestens ein kleines und ein grosses Handtuch zur verfügung haben. Das Zimmer war nicht in ei em tadellosem zustand. Eine Sitzbank war defekt. Die Klimaanlage war nicht der hit und die Lüftung zum fensterlisen badezimmer auch nicht wirklich. Das Frühstück für 17 euro ist sehr Sparsam angeboten worden. Das restliche Peraonal war aber immer freundlich und nett. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde trotz dass wir gesagt haben dass sie es nicht reinigen brauchen, wurde es dennoch gemacht.
