Tolles Hotel, Familienzimmer top, schade dass es nur Parkmöglichkeiten in nebengelegenen Parkhäusern gibt, da haben wir für 3 Tage gute 80 Euro liegen lassen und waren nicht durchweg drin gestanden..

Für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war es total OK. Bei Preis-Leistung kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Natürlich ist man mitten in der City, da darf man nicht so geräuschempfindlich sein. Es gibt auch einen Automaten mit Möglichkeit Getränke und Snacks zu kaufen.

Das Zimmer war winzig. Das Bad eigentlich eine Zumutung. Es war sehr schmutzig, die Spinnenweben hingen am Fenster herab, es gab an der Innenseite des Fensters einige Spinnenkokons. Desweiteren starrte das Fenster vor Dreck und ließ sich nur vollständig öffnen, was aber sehr unpraktisch war wenn man das WC benutzen wollte. Die Duschwannenecken waren schimmelig und hinter der Tür gab es eine Verteilerdose auf der hoch Staub lag. Der Fahrstuhl fuhr auch nur ein kleines Stück weit und gab beängstigende Geräusche ab. Die Teppiche auf den Fluren waren übersät mit riesigen Flecken. Zu guter Letzt der Frühstücksraum, in dem man nur sehr einsilbige Antworten bekam und auch nicht begrüßt wurde. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

De hotelkamer heeft geen airconditioner of ventilator. We konden de hele nacht niet slapen door de warmte. Ook heeft onze kamer geen koelkast. Ontbijttafel is zeer beperkt! De hotel heeft geen parkeerplaats; sterker nog geen betaalde parkeerplaats in de omgeving van de hotel. Men moet minimaal half kilometer met koffers lopen om een parkeerplaats te vinden!! We komen zeker hier niet terug.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Madison und waren sehr zufrieden. Für unsere Fahrräder wurde auch problemlos ein sicherer Platz zugewiesen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Vorteil. Keine Parkplätze. Sehr enge Eingang und der Aufzug war ein Witz, eng und dreckig. Das Zimmer war groß, aber nicht sauber. Die Ausstattung war nicht nur sehr alt, aber vor allem kaputt, dreckig und nicht sicher für kleine Kinder. Das Bad verdreckt und mit schwarzem Schimmel an den Rändern. Der Preis viel zu hoch für eine Nacht. Wir werden definitiv nie wieder dort übernachten.

City break weekend with friends to get some football in.. Hotel is centrally located a short walk from the main station and has a tram stop right outside. Easy to find in a nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff on check in and rooms were spotlessly clean, could not fault. Great selection for breakfast in the mornings too. Would definitely stay here again.

First room was very dirty. Mold on the windows and bathroom. Hair on the floor and under the bed were socks from the previous guests. Dirt under the bed. After complaining I was given another room in the renovated part of the building next door. Also here cleanliness was not what it supposed to be. Even with a low budget stay, a clean place is imperative. Breakfast was, fair enough, remarkably good compare to the overall of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the main station with good connection to bus lines, the tram and subway. The hotel itself, especial the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. A window in my room was broken, there were stains all over the carpet and the seal in the shower was chipped and broken as well. There was what I'm assuming was toothpaste on the bathroom counter left from the previous guest as well as a couple of hairs. The mirror also wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast was okay (it was included in my stay otherwise I would've skipped that). However, the staff was very friendly.

Show de horror! No check-in tinha lixo do hospede anterior no quarto e não havia toalhas. 3 dias de hospedagem sem limpeza no quarto. A cada dia diziam que não deu tempo e prometiam para o próximo dia. Oq nao aconteceu. A limpeza geral do hotel é nula. Carpete sujo e manchado e paredes sujas. Lixo nos corredores por dias. Nunca vi um abandono e descaso tamanho. Não respondem mensagem ou e-mail. A Localização é boa e o café da manhã razoavel. De resto, não recomendo de forma alguma.

L'ho scelto principalmente per la posizione fidandomi delle quattro stelle e di un prezzo affine a quello che ho pagato fino al giorno prima in cui ero in un'altra zona della città non molto distante. Sono stato molto deluso dalla pulizia di tutto l'albergo, camere incluse, per il resto il personale è molto cortese, ma il tutto non è certo all'altezza di un 4 stelle in una grande città europea, almeno nella stanza che hanno dato a me, perchè da quel che ho capito una parte è già stata rinnovata, ma anche la hall e l'illuminazione sono di altri tempi. Vado a Dusseldorf ogni anno e non tornerò in questo hotel nonostante la comoda vicinanza con la stazione.

De locatie was goed. Dichtbij het centrum. Wij hadden de oude kamers van het hotel. Echter de kamers waren behoorlijk smerig. Wij zijn savonds laat pas aangekomen dus zagen de rommel de volgende ochtend pas. Veel stof op de vloerbedekking, er lag nog een gehoorapparaat op de grond (waarschijnlijk van de vorige mensen), op de spiegel in de kamer zaten handafdrukken, om het bed zatten tie-wrap / kabelbinder. Ik wil niet weten wat ze daar gedaan hebben…. Op de grond lagen ook nog deeltjes van noodels. Wel hadden we schone handdoeken, was het personeel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was druk, wij hadden plek deze mensen waren had aan het werk.

The room was nice. Very basic had a kettle and some coffee stuff but no fridge which was a bit of a let down as I would have liked one to put my water in to cool. Breakfast wasn’t the best I felt there wasn’t a lot of choice especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. The bed was comfortable and the room looked pretty well cleaned. The area is a good area less then 5 mins to the main station and most places were writhing 30-40 mins walk. Trams are right outside the door although I never used them

The room is in dire need of renovation. Carpet is old and tearing, furniture finish completely gone. Can’t open window as noisy. No fan in room. I asked for the TV to be fixed in my room and they said nothing could be done since it was the weekend. No repairs Sat or Sun. Very average and probably less than a 3/5. What gives it an advantage is a 5 minute walk to the main train ststion.

Kamer op zich is in orde. Wel geen airco, en dan bij 37° beide ramen open bij aankomst zodat de kamer heel erg warm was. Ramen sluiten ging niet (klink kapot) en in de kamer van de kinderen was het niet open te krijgen. Was nochtans nooduitgang, gaf uit op de brandtrap ... Ontbijt is goed en voldoende keuze.

Location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is normal. Check-in is fast and easy. Room is spacious. The room I had facing the Main Street and train station, noisy even at night. Summer, no aircon in room. At night, hard to sleep. I guess most of the hotel doesn’t have aircon….this is a downside traveling in Summer.

Stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, the staff was rude and showed no apology. Instead, she snapped, “Housekeeping is gone. What do you need? Towels? Bin?” Absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially for a family traveling with small children. This place lacks basic hospitality and professionalism.

I have a big problem with the service desk with Mrs. Alina She allocated my room on the roadside which was not required and on the comfort site there was a room available but she did not give. She was really very rude to entertain the customer

4th time ive stayed at the hotel. Very reasonably priced and there is a basic buffet breakfast as well. The receptionist let me check in 30 minutes early which was very helpful amd also to store luggage after I left. Only a minute walk to the main station. I will be back.

I have booked 2 three person rooms. When we checked in it turned out that we got 1 two person room and 1 three person. It was fixed in 5 minutes with the help from the lobby. And we did get a room for 5 people. So we got good help from the staff.

An der Rezeption nur ein Mitarbeiter, so dass man beim Eichecken 30 min warten musste. Auch beim Frühstück eine lange Warteschlange, bis man einen Tisch bekam. Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, grosses, verwinkeltes Hotel.

Et enkelt hotel med veldig sentral beliggehet - rett ved Hauptbahnhof. Veldig bra frokost ! Ca 15 min. spasertur til Altstadt og masse restauranter . Hyggelig personale i alle ledd !Greit med GPS for å lett finne fram !

This hotel is just a 5 min walk from the railway station and easy to find. It is not in the best part of town but the hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are pleasant, and overall the hotel is good value for money with a good buffet breakfast included in the price

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber sauber und ordentlich. Wer sehr ruhebedürftig ist, sollte allerdings um eine Zimmer nach hinten raus bitten, denn die Straßenbahn "rumpelt" direkt vor dem Hotel vorbei. Die Umgebung um den Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf ist nicht unbedingt prickelnd und ängstliche Seelen sollten vielleicht nicht gerade nachts unterwegs sein. Alles in allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ein ordentliches Hotel - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

A really decent hotel very close to the main railway station that includes S Bahn, U Bahn ( Underground), trams buses etc. Very good breakfast choices, staff very hard working and helpful. A Comfort Triple room was our choice and it was large enough and a good bathroom with a great shower system. Can recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights, great value.

City break weekend with friends to get some football in.. Hotel is centrally located a short walk from the main station and has a tram stop right outside. Easy to find in a nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff on check in and rooms were spotlessly clean, could not fault. Great selection for breakfast in the mornings too. Would definitely stay here again.

This was just an over night stop en route for Cologne. The room we were given had a badly stained carpet and seemed to be an older section of the hotel. The bathroom was clean but rather dated. We must have been above the kitchen area because we could hear pots and pans being banged about from quite early in the morning g. However, the breakfast was extensive and well stocked.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und man ist schnell in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück würde ich für das Geld nicht noch einmal buchen. Es ist sehr einfach und den Preis nicht wert.

Very good value for money. Close to the central station and U bahn for Messe. Close to restaurants in little Tokyo, Königsallé and resonable to Altstadt. Friendly, clean, good beds, a lot of hot water and perfectly ok breakfast.

Leider war das Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und zur Strasse heraus. Es war super warm in den Zimmern da keinerlei Ventilator oder Klima vorhanden. Die Fenster ließen sich nur mit sehr viel Kraft öffnen, da sie schon ziemlich defekt sind. Es war super laut die ganze Nacht, da die Straßenbahn direkt vorm Fenster vorbei fährt und es in der Gegend generell wohl ein aktives Nachtleben gibt. Frühstück war ok ... gute Auswahl . Preis Leistung stimmen aber insgesamt in dem Hotel
