Best Western Cedar Park Inn

The rooms were good, the staff were nice and the hotel itself was quiet even though it was busy. The pool could use a revamp for sure. But everything else was good.

Very disappointed that we were not informed the restaurant had closed after we booked but in the month prior to our arrival. It was an important factor in our choice of hotel, and we would not have stayed there otherwise. The pool area was also extremely chaotic, as there was 7-8 children throwing a football from end to end, and hit us, and our small children multiple times. The parents were not present and although we asked the staff to ask others to settle down, no one came. Breakfast was ok. Enough for the kids to eat. Only item that was fresh was the apples and oranges, everything else was very processed foods. Would have rather paid for a freshly made breakfast.

Only one person at the desk. Long wait to check in and then not very helpful. Spoke to me in a firm demanding tone. At checkout another long wait to check only one person at the desk.

The housekeeping staff stole from our room and the management didn't seem to care at all. I will never stay here again. Your items are not safe here , you can't even leave a cord in the room without someone stealing it. I had the cord stashed in a drawer and they had to of rummaged through my things as the cord was no longer in there. The manager at the hotel said to call 911 and have the police come fingerprint my room. What a waste of time and money over a cord. Whatever you do don't stay here if you do always bring your items with you. Definitely defeats having a room and your items safe. They definitely had me feeling violated when I stayed here. Breakfast menu was different on the board outside then what was served.
