Not value for money. Front desk will recognize and greet you by your skin color.

No A/C, we were told after we checked in that it was too cold for the A/C. We were on the 5th floor room was hot as hell, temp set to 18 but was 26 in the room. Also roof in hallway was leaking.

Nice convenient location for business trips

Great staff, clean rooms and great location

I discovered bed bugs in my room on the final night of my stay. The front desk workers were less than helpful and made me feel like an annoyance about the situation. The operations manager Robin was the only one to have any kindness or offer actual help. The hotel general manager decided it was appropriate that I only receive one night of reimbursement since I only found the bugs on the last night- even though I had developed bites after my first night but thought they were an allergic reaction to a new product. I am covered in bites on my face and arms. I feel disgusted and had to purchase new clothes and cleaning supplies to clean every item I had before leaving the hotel. I had stayed here a few times before and had good experiences but after this time I will not be back.
