One of the reasons I chose the property was for the hot tub. It was down when we arrived and no one told us. We got changed stuff and headed for the hot tub only to get there and see that it was shut down for maintenance. Would have been nice if somebody told us in advance

I ordered a king sized bed and was given a queen with sofa bed. When I went back to investigate it the clerk said ours was an upgrade from the general reservation I had. I got a king sized bed and the clerk asked if I minded being on the back rather than front of the building. Not knowing the building or area I said I did not care. She gave me a room on the back which overlooked train tracks. It was very noisy with lots of trains. She should have been more specific. The bathtub was old and the surface was slippery. Not safe. The breakfast at Ricky’s which came with the room was ok.
