The smoking room was in excellent shape and very clean. The washer and dryer (only one of each) worked. The walls were thick and we heard no noise from outdoors or other areas in the hotel. Easy on/off from Yellowhead Trail.

Cleanliness was a 0/10. Tv didn’t work, light switches, corners of room were full of dust. For a non smoking room it still had a stench of cigarettes. Let’s not forget, it’s minus 12 outside and the room heat was off as well.

This is an older property that is reasonbly well maintained but it is very old and tired. Stains on the shower curtain, broken tiles on the floor, condition of the bathroom door was embarassing.

The edges of the bath tub had mold or some kind of black dirt which was disgusting. The ac in the room was acting up but good thing the maintenance guy came and fixed it. Front desk was friendly and provided quick service. Breakfast was basic.

I can’t believe that a Wyndham hotel still allows smoking rooms. While I was lucky enough to change my original booking to non-smoking, the hotel still has a ‘funky’ smell. The wifi access was less than adequate as we needed a separate WiFi password for each device we wanted to use. Like this is unheard of with Wyndham & I definitely won’t be staying at this location again

We stayed here for two nights, but the beds were not very comfortable. The mattress seemed old and lumpy, and could definitely use an upgrade. As for the breakfast, we were disappointed to find it was pre-made. We were hoping for a hot, freshly prepared breakfast.

The room was clean enough, but the bathroom door couldn't open all the way & was beat up. The woodwork was beat up on the TV stand and just didn't look good. There were NO USB ports to plug in our phones & devices.

The way the shower rod and bathroom door were placed you could not fully open the door to get to the toilet. I was somewhat annoying to have to slide beside the toilet to close the door, or alternately sit on an angle on the seat.

For the price and area, this was great. The staff were so kind and helpful! My room was cleaned every day while I was at work. I left tablets and laptops around my room and didn’t worry at all. It was very quiet minus one night when there was a commotion in the hallway with some sketchy guests but it was handled quickly. They have a very extensive camera system that is monitored by the staff all of the time so I felt safe. This hotel is perfect if you travel often for work and don’t care about luxury but still want a comfortable place to sleep after a long day.

It's in an industrial-type area that looks a little rundown, but the area felt really safe. The room was clean and quiet. Not far from the big mall (if that's your thing). Bonus: Costco, with its cheaper gas, is just a few blocks away (at around 140th) and right off the highway.

Hotel is good ,could use some maintenance in the hall wall ,carpets are torn ,hole in the ceiling with a piece of board screwed over it ,not professional repaired .Don’t like location did not realize it’s truck stop in industrial part of town .However that’s my fault for not checking closer.We booked for two nights thru Expedia and were quoted 281.64 but had to cancel first night due to sickness.Came for second night and charged 166.84 .seems over priced to me .Will not be returning there again.With some many options available in Edmonton.AlsoWe had to pay at check in any other time and hotel we always paid at checkout .

3 night stay. Room and service staff were excellent. Breakfast was minimal. Fruit bagels muffins no hot food. Ok but coffee was not good at all very weak and tasteless. The location is excellent close to highway for travel. Close to Edmonton Mall. Lots of food choices close by also close to Casino Overall the room was good size snd very clean. We enjoyed our 3 night stay

There was a homeless person in the parking lot most of the night looking in vehicle windows. The breakfast is toast, bagels and cereal. The coffee maker and hair dryer didn’t work and there was only two large towels, for a 4 person room. The bathroom door had major water damage. There was a pink stain in the shower on the Chalking, and dirt behind the door that wasn’t cleaned.

Great location - close to everything we were visiting in the NW Edm area. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Better than average continental breakfast! Will stay agai when in Edm again :-)

A nice clean atmosphere with respectable clientele and management. Comfortable beds, nice little bathroom, and a fair continental breakfast for offer (Bagels, Muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee). I would be alright to stay here again the next time I'm in Edmonton.

The room was fine. It worked for sleeping which was the point. Carpets on the 3rd floor were wrecked in the hallway and looked dirty. Elevator door got stuck while we were in it and had to press the “open door” button a bunch of times. We had to place a noise complaint as the neighbouring room’s kids were running up and down the hall screaming. We have an infant and he was woken up by them numerous times. The front desk staff were helpful when we called down for this. Quite a noisy location due to it being a truck stop and by the highway. Free breakfast was nice. Had cereal, muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, juice available. Unfortunately no gluten free options so we had a minimal amount we could eat. Overall it wasn’t an overly great place but if it’s just for one night and you’re not looking for anything except a place to sleep, it’s good.
