It was good for the price, the restaurant next to the lobby was great.

The hotel is run-down and in a rough area of town. We were greeted at the property by a homeless couple swearing at each other. Once we got inside the hotel, 2 gentlemen were arguing with the desk clerk over money, and it was pretty heated. Not a great impression overall so far. The hallways and common areas were as clean as could be in this run-down hotel. We got to our double-queen room, and it was too small for 4 people. The hotel room was relatively clean. We did find hair in our threadbare bedding, which was gross. The bathroom was as clean as it could be, but the shower looked gross. We refused to use it. Overall, you can tell the hotel was doing its best to stay clean. Breakfast was cereal, pastries, and oatmeal. You aren't even allowed to take your coffee out of the breakfast area. No hot food at all. This hotel is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, and we won't be coming back.

Saturday night buffets to die for, the biggest in Edmonton. Obviously an older property, but great value with great staff and a comfy bed when I was in a pinch to find a room.

Arrived late, welcomed, room not cleaned next day, possibly because I stayed in it all day. Gone next day. Good value for money
