We had a wonderful stay. Bar manager was lovely and made great cocktails for us. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Check in is super smooth, with a small shop for essentials. They alao have a great locker system to leave luggage etc. Comfy beds, black out curtains, walking distance to town, its a great hotel.

We love ending our trip every year at the Fleming, the hotel is conveniently located to many good restaurants and bars! They have ground parking right behind the hotel which makes it very easy for in and out travels. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the only thing missing are refrigerators!

Rooms need help! Missing button on shower temperature, moldy grout in shower, water guard on bottom of shower door was broken and full of mold, room was 29C when we arrived-air conditioner was broken and needed to be fixed as there were no other rooms available. This took 1.5 hours at 7:00pm on the day of our arrival from Canada. The temperature still never went below 24.5C. Room was not cleaned well - bits of garbage from previous guests left on the floor. Sink was smelly and covered with something gross. Toilet area had urine splashes on flush button. The sauna and steam showers in the fitness area are non functioning.

Hatten zuerst ein Zimmer, bei dem Kabel aus der Nachttischlampe heraushingen. Wirklich gefährlich. Haben ein anderes bekommen, da Licht so auch nicht benutzbar. Erstes Zimmer roch leider zudem stark nach Abfluss. Da das Bad quasi mit im Zimmer ist, ist das wirklich nicht schön. Zweites Zimmer okay, leider teilweise sehr staubig (erstes auch). Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Kleiner Shop im Eingangsbereich, was praktisch ist. Freundliches Personal. Gepäckaufbewahrung kostet extra.

Die in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung des Zimmers war okay, der dunkle Teppich war an verschiedenen Stellen fleckig, sodass der "erste Eindruck" die Erwartung erstmal ausbremst. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und wenn man damit leben kann, dass das Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt wird, kann man das Hotel durchaus empfehlen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, zahlt pro Nacht für den Parkplatz 26 €.

The overall appearance of the rooms and lobby was modern and we found the location was excellent. Self checkin was accomplished at kiosks in the lobby, with assistance from very helpful staff. We had booked two rooms but only one was ready by checkin time. When our son got his room he discovered personal belongings of a prior guest in one of the drawers. Our own room was clean upon arrival but was never refreshed during our 2 night stay. Therefore I would have to say room cleanliness was disappointing. I had already read about the shower placement in the middle of the room. This didn’t bother us. We were surprised, however, as there was no fridge or phone in the room or any way to contact service staff on the TV. We had to go downstairs to make any requests. Also there was no way to review a final bill before checkout. Perhaps that is common in Frankfurt hotels? It left us wishing there was a more personal customer service approach like we are used to.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay, though it didn't get off to best start. We arrived after check-in time & our room was not ready, was advised that it would be another hour. Wasn't impressed with that & after 10 mins they found a room. Immediate area around hotel probably not the best and there are lots of roadworks. Though if you walk along the river it is a lot nicer. Tram right outside & u-bahn train station close walk. The mattress was damaged, it had no support in it. The Housekeeping supervisor sorted it out very quickly & got the mattress changed over. Strange shower set up, but I had read about that, so it wasn't a surprise but the shower was very good with great water pressure. Breakfast was good with fresh to cook omlettes. Special shoutout to Jack the barista, he did a fabulous coffee. The best of our trip. Easy to walk into Old Town along the river.

Flemings Hotel was great! Easy uber drive in from the airport and a very smooth check-in. I arrived early and they held my bags while I went to explore the city. As I was only navigating through free wifi hotspots also, the front desk staff gave me every map I could possibly need and instructions on where to go for meals and shopping (including giving tips on best walking routes to Romer). Some nice restaurants are close and their in-house restaurant was very nice too. Room was very clean and soundproof - which was great for me as I was travelling mostly for business. I felt relatively safe in the area and as a single female felt comfortable to walk back on the main street at night - beautiful lights and a lively atmosphere (even in winter!) at every side street on the way back to the hotel. Great location, stunning views of the skyline and the river and would absolutely stay again!

We stayed this hotel 2 nights. The female staff member was rude and unkind when we checked in. For example, when I asked "I would like to leave our baggages when we check out ?", she said " you must use coin-lockers which cost money". And she didn't say anything about cleaning the room. When we return the hotel on the second day evening around 4 p.m. we found that our room hadn' t been cleaned yet. So, we went down to the front desk (because there was no phone in the room), and asked the male staff member to clean our room. After dinner we came back the hotel and found that our room was not cleaned yet. So we went down to the front desk again, and we told the male staff member the same thing again. But he said unblievable things, "when I told the bed-making members to clean your room, the members was already at their home. Our policy is written on our website and also in the warning signs in your room "we don't clean your room, if you dont ask to do it in advance". Actually there was the tag to hang on the the doorknob, but it was written in German. We cannot understand German, so we did not hang it on the doornob because we did not know which one it meant to clean the room. Any way they did nothing for us!!! And when we checked out, we saw other guests leaving their suitcases at the hotel front desk. I aske the staff "Can we leave our baggages? He said "Of course!" I strongly want say "What was the female staff member said when we checked in !!!" I would never recommend!

Not the same hotel anymore. Since the changes it has gone from a very nice laid back comfortable hotel to a dreaded business hotel. Self check in desk the dominates the ground floor particularly annoying. Breakfast although a lot of choice is no longer no longer the standard it was epically the hot breakfast. Bar area with its high stools is just uncomfortable and clinical. Previously proper seating to relax in. Overall they have taken a perfectly good hotel and made it worse. I will not be returning!

This was an amazing hotel for several reasons (convenient location, parking availability, safety, affordability); however, it was amazing primarily due to the staff, who were uniformly efficient and engaging. I want to specifically give an enthusiastic compliment to the hotel bar staff, especially Mahomed and also Adriana, who made our stay absolutely delightful. They were superb! FYI there is one unusual aspect about the room design at this hotel—the showers are outside the bathroom.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of the city and just a 30-minute walk to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, which made exploring the area super easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. What truly stood out, though, was the breakfast spread—absolutely amazing!
