Fiquei os dias todos sem ar condicionado no quarto pois estava quebrado, reclamei 3 vezes e nada foi feito. O elevador também parou de funcionar. Localização é muito perigosa, nao recomendo.

The hotel was very nice. The Thai restaurant in the lobby was very good. The vagrants outside didnt bother me too much since the whole area is filled with these unfortunate souls . Check in was easily done in person by the friendly desk agent. I would ask that guests are insruced how to utilize thier room key to activate the power outlets and some of the lighting in the room....I had to charge my phone in the hallway amd the housekeeper showed me the operation....simple but if you dont know you dont know! Very nice hotel...I would stay there again in the future.

My room was on the lowest level, but I slept very well. It was quieter than I expected because it was close to the train station. The stairs to get to the checking in desk was too much with heavy bags and no one assisted. The staff was ok, not overly welcoming but not rude.

The place is great for its price Shafi and murtaza were great i don’t know if i spelled their name correct and also the night shift guy.. Cleaning service was great.. They gave a room and AC wasn’t that great and they fixed the issue right away and gave me a better room. Location is very good center of Frankfurt anything you need is near by food/malls etc The only thing is a bit annoying outside the hotel are some homeless people who are blocking the walking way but other than that Its one of the great places in Frankfurt now and i come to Frankfurt every year I would definitely come again Thank you team Hotel Lumière

Nice room, excelent crew, comfortable bed and shower. The localization of the hotel is not so great: very close to the central station, but prostituts and drug users on the streets around. In the description it says that he hotel has parking available, but it only has 2 spots.

Leider roch es in meinem Zimmer extrem und penetrant nach Schweiß. Das Telefon funktionierte gar nicht zum Kontakt der Rezeption und war sehr verdreckt. Generell ist das Hotel eher veraltet, insb. die Flure und Treppenhäuser. Dort standen Bettmatratzen willkürlich herum. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr eng, laut und ruppig und die Außenanzeige an diesem funktioniert nicht. Darin möchte man nicht stecken bleiben.... Für eine Nacht hat es gereicht, länger hätte ich aber nicht mitgemacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich aber ich hab mich auch durch Umgebung des Hotels relativ unsicher gefühlt (was ich aber bei Frankfurt nähe HBF auch schon erwartet hatte), sonst war das Zimmer leider nicht so super. Das Bett war sauber und schien frisch bezogen aber die Tische sahen alle dreckig aus. Außerdem bin ich die ganze Zeit mit Socken Rum gelaufen weil es komische Flecken auf dem Teppichboden gab.

Die Unterkunft ist preislich attraktiv, allerdings darf man wirklich nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Umgebung hatte ich mir schon etwas trostlos vorgestellt, vor Ort wirkte sie dann noch ungemütlicher. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, aber der Geruch war kaum auszuhalten, es hat penetrant nach nassem Hund gestunken, selbst langes Lüften hat daran nichts geändert. Für eine Nacht vielleicht machbar, aber wirklich wohlfühlen konnte man sich nicht.

I would like to inform you that I stayed at the hotel for only one night, despite having paid for four nights. I decided to check out early because I did not feel safe in the area there were people who appeared to be intoxicated or engaging in questionable behavior right outside the hotel entrance at 3 meters far. Additionally, the room was not as clean as expected, and I even saw a cockroach inside. For these reasons, I preferred to forfeit the remaining nights and move to another hotel in a safer area.

Zimmer war sauber und ruhig (allerdings etwas hellhörig) Die Vorhänge hingen runter und man konnte nicht wirklich das Zimmer verdunkeln. Fernseher funktioniert zwar aber es gab nur wirr irgendwelche Programme und keine öffentlich rechtliche Sender. Sehr schön war das Bad und die extra abgemauerte Toilette.

But wish they would maintain the rooms better and ensure plugs are plugged in, and that there are enough hangers in the wardrobe etc. overall a good option for last minute , particularly in comparison to other hotels in the area

This place was very convenient for the couple of stays there on our trip. The room was pretty decent except for the fact that our bathroom has a clear glass wall which wasn't great seeing as I was on holiday with my daughter! The shower cubicle was more like a display cabinet. I went and sat in the lobby so that my daughter could have some privacy and vice versa. The second room we had at the end of the holiday was somewhat more private but still not a bathroom with a door. At least the toilet had a door in both rooms. The receptionist did change our reservation to a twin room upon request which was great. I've stayed in some rough areas of Queens (NYC) so I'm okay with things being a bit run down around a hotel. But I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a bit nervous, at night. There are lots of dope smoking homeless people around the station. But, if you're okay with that, I would recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable and there was a kettle and fridge. The shampoo in the shower was empty, which I found out mid shower. We would have had breafast, but 44 euros for the two of us per night was unacceptable. We found a great bakery next door which was great value and served nice breakfast and coffee.

Hotel was very close to the train station. The neighborhood had some undesirable elements. It seemed pretty safe during the day but wouldn’t want to be out late at night. We had 5 in our party with adult children so were a bigger group to help deter any unwanted activity. Really great Thai place a block away from the hotel.

An der Rezeption sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Ein bisschen mehr Licht im Zimmer wäre gut. Matratzen fest und nicht durch gelegen. 20 m neben dem Hotel allerdings ein Drogen Hotspot mit vielen Junkies. Einfach unangenehm, wenn man mit Gepäck da durch muss. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels aber absolut top.

The room was loud. All night there were sounds of people coming to and from the restaurant. The room was also below the first floor so there was footsteps all night. The carpet was dirty. Some of the lights did not work. In the morning the room smelled like the restaurant at about 6:00

The hotel was very nice. The Thai restaurant in the lobby was very good. The vagrants outside didnt bother me too much since the whole area is filled with these unfortunate souls . Check in was easily done in person by the friendly desk agent. I would ask that guests are insruced how to utilize thier room key to activate the power outlets and some of the lighting in the room....I had to charge my phone in the hallway amd the housekeeper showed me the operation....simple but if you dont know you dont know! Very nice hotel...I would stay there again in the future.

We booked breakfast, but on arrival we were told that we had to pay an extra 40 euros per night, as hotels.com/expedia had made an error. They did not contact us in advance, and there us no way for us to contact hotels.com, as it's all AI chat or irrelevant 'resources'. I sent an email but have had no response.They are not there to support. Very disappointed with the hotel and extremely disappointed with hotels.com.

This place was very convenient for the couple of stays there on our trip. The room was pretty decent except for the fact that our bathroom has a clear glass wall which wasn't great seeing as I was on holiday with my daughter! The shower cubicle was more like a display cabinet. I went and sat in the lobby so that my daughter could have some privacy and vice versa. The second room we had at the end of the holiday was somewhat more private but still not a bathroom with a door. At least the toilet had a door in both rooms. The receptionist did change our reservation to a twin room upon request which was great. I've stayed in some rough areas of Queens (NYC) so I'm okay with things being a bit run down around a hotel. But I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a bit nervous, at night. There are lots of dope smoking homeless people around the station. But, if you're okay with that, I would recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable and there was a kettle and fridge. The shampoo in the shower was empty, which I found out mid shower. We would have had breafast, but 44 euros for the two of us per night was unacceptable. We found a great bakery next door which was great value and served nice breakfast and coffee.

Stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Festhalle. The walking distance to Festhalle and the train station, and the price are the positive things about this hotel. There are more negative things though. The rooms are very run down and not cleaned properly, I imagine the rooms were really nice when they were new but that must be decades ago. The area feels unsafe. I walked from Festhalle late and alone and I was not comfortable with it. Even walking along the road there during the day as a young woman alone didn’t feel great. There was also construction work right outside my window which woke me up early in the morning.
