Horrid experience. No working AC and no Working refrigerator. I spent 4 days and asked them to be looked at but nothing. I ironed my clothes on day one but could get an iron for the remaining time.There were bugs flying around :- likely beetles in the room. On the last day of departure I was made aware of breakfast but then was told on the day I left that it will not be ready before I left. Luckily I spent most of my times outside busy.

Hotel is absolutely not 4-star as rated. Building and room is old / run down, showerhead did not stay up in it’s holder, and drain did not work. Has the feel of a cheap hotel - provided 1 bottle of combined shampoo body wash, other amenities and mini fridge were locked with a key and exorbitantly priced if you wanted to use them

L'accueil sur place à la réception était parfait. En revanche la chambre est décevante par son aspect vieillissant, la restauration n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles pour Genève, plats trop cuits, limite brulés, un chef qui passe plus de temps à l'extérieur de la cuisine qu'à l'intérieur, un restaurant vide (on comprend mieux pourquoi...), et un tarif trop élevé au regard de la qualité. Aucun personnel pour servir au bar, faire des cocktails par exemple, ce qui pour un 4 étoiles n'est pas acceptable à Genève. Dommage car le décor et le style du restaurant et du bar sont très agréables, mais cela en reste là...

L'accueil est aimable. Les chambres propres et comfortable. Le service au petit-dejeuner est mediocre. Le personnel absent plus que present, les tables non desservies, la cafetiere vide attendant le retour du personnel pour la remplir. Plus grave: l'hotel n'offre pas de consigne securisee pour les bagages. Il permet de les laisser non ticketes et non supervises dans un corridor et n'est pas responsable si un bagage est pris par un tiers.

Such a let- down. No one on desk when we arrived. No service at bar. No atmosphere at all. And bed so small we wondered if we’d been allocated a single room by mistake. And they didn’t offer the tourist transport pass- we had to chase it up. An altogether thoroughly disappointing end to our holiday. Avoid this place!

Good area of the city but extremely outdated. Bathroom shower so small you can't turn around in it and broken shower head. Mini fridge locked so we couldn't use it for our baby's needs. Floor was dirty and bed extremely uncomfortable and loud with springs squeaking every turn.

the hotel room smelled horrible, when talking to the front desk...they said all rooms smelled that way because it was old pipes. and then i had a ton of bugs in my bed, i took videos and even showed the front desk. i would never stay there again and want my money back or something

The main problem with this hotel was that the air conditioning is turned off during the winter. So the room gets stuffy and warm. If you open the windows to cool off the room, then you get all the traffic noise from downtown which makes it very hard to sleep at night.

Great location; close to city center; room has light, bright and happy with lots of natural light. Breakfast was not very good at all. Patrons had to wait for many items such as eggs and milk to be put out, when in fact it was supposed to be a buffet breakfast. Staff at breakfast were more focused on their work than the guests trying to have a decent meal. The restaurant staff need training in customer service.

The hotel is in a nice area, easily accessible by public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. But the luggage holder which was attached to the wall fell out when I tried to use it. Breakfast was not good and the coffee was terrible.
