The room was well appointed and comfortable but can’t open a window for some fresh air. The annoying bit was the lifts with one of the four for the first 41 floors down for upgrades and one of the prior upgraded ones going down a lot and was down for the last two days of my stay made for chaos trying to get up or down with people just riding up for lower floors to get down etc and no communication or work around with the service lift during the really bad times.

Stayed here 4 nights in May 2024. It was overall a good experience. But the building it almost 20 yr old and showing signs of aging. The gym facilities were original and all rusty. Longboards restaurant is outrageously expensive. It’s $36 p person to go up to the top which is pretty rich considering we are staying at the building.

We had a family room gor our recent trip to Surfers for a soccer tournament. The 2 bedrooms were spacious, lounge room was HUGE, and the internal laundry facilities were a great addition. There was even the outdoor/sunroom which was so nice for evening catch ups as a family. The pools were great to have, whilst the spa, sauna and steam room were useful for recovery routines. Free parking were a huge plus. Longboards diner serving up juicy burgers and delicious meals tamed the hunger within budget, all within a stone throw away from the magnificent beaches for long cruisy walks. The BEST place we have stayed at with all facilities for kids and adults, within 5min walking distance to Cavill Ave. FYI - A visit to the observation deck after 6.45pm will only cost $10/person, saving you over 60% of the cost.

Amazing view from our room, had both ocean and city views. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the layout worked well for our family (two adults and two teens). It was quiet—we couldn't hear any of our neighbors, and construction noise was mostly blocked out when the balcony doors were shut. The property was well maintained, and having the 3 pools helped to spread out the guests so nothing ever felt crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Buffet breaky up the top of the tower was good value because of the view. The food for breaky was good but not great. Mushrooms were under cooked , as was some of the bacon. Otherwise selection was quite good. Toilet seat in our room (506) was wrong size.....terrible. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Lifts were a problem.....had to wait far too long.

Room was spacious and clean. Amenities (toiletries, hairdryer, kitchenware, iron, laundry, dishwasher, coffee, tea, milk, salt/pepper) were more than sufficient. Housekeeping was good and kept us stocked with clean towels, coffee, milk, etc. The location was perfect (beside G:Link tram, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery). Q1 for a 4.5/5 star resort is really poor. The rooms are old and out dated, you get charged for towels shower is mouldy, the pressure on the shower head is slow, a 6 min shower will take 15min. The only good thing about this place is the swimming pool.

Clean unit.The units inside are starting to show a bit of wear and tear.The shower silicone is showing its age with mould and dirt.The bathroom door is swollen from water damage and doesnt close properly.The airconditioner doesnt go below 22C...and the zone for the bedroom speed control was not working so it was blowing at maximum speed for the whole time and makes such a rattling noise and keeps blowing the blinds against the bedroom window so you can not sleep properly due to the noise.

We had City views which were fine for the time spent in the apartment. The bed was uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The sound coming from the cupboard in the second bedroom was loud when the aircon was on. The sound echoing in our bathroom when the apartment upstairs flushed their toilet wasn’t something I wanted to experience. We did it receive the bottle of wine or the discount voucher for spa treatment as was mentioned in our booking. For the price per night, not worth it.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Parking super easy and staff very friendly. I would never stay again though due to the very loud wind through the apartment the entire night. I videod it, it was howling so loud all night on level 26 I couldn’t sleep at all. I told staff in morning and they said it can happen depending on wind to pop a towel under the door. The second night the wind had dropped and wasn’t as bad. Bed was ok for a cheaper apartment but pillows very high and gave a sore neck i would recommend bring your own. Location is really good about an 8 min walk to surfers paradise Main Street along the beach. Beach views even in a non ocean view room.

We stayed for 6 nights recently in a one bedroom apartment with our two daughters aged 10 & 12. The one bedroom had a separate small room with sliding doors that acted as a 2nd room for our daughters. Overall the location was great, a minutes walk to the tram and only 5 mins to surfers however at night, I felt a little uneasy with the numbers of homeless sleeping rough nearby. The beachside market was awesome. It’s close to a few supermarkets hut there are shops at the base of the q1 with everything you need. Really enjoyed Longboards. The swimming pool was fab but does get quite busy and not everyone keeps a close eye on their kids. Overall we would go back but if you’re after a quieter break, maybe look further down toward Broadbeach.

Unfortunately there was no internet in the room resulting in excessive data usage, this also meant the smart tvs did not work and only standard channels available. The noise of the aircon unit was excessive. And the wind (which is beyond the hotels control) resulted in rattling sliding doors for the balcony all Saturday night. There was also a spring in the bed that was felt multiple times during our stay.

Everything was great until I went to bed on the first night and the bed and sheets smelt like body odour 🙃 it was a very uncomfortable sleep the first night was like staying in a teenage boy room. I told them the next morning about the smell and housekeeping came in and removed the sheets and the smell was gone. I've never had that before and made me question the cleanliness of the room after that. The place itself is lovely and walking distance to everything and close to the beach Three swimming areas and etc. The room i stayed in had a spa bath which i enjoyed the whole stay. I wanted tk to give it a top rating but failed the first night unfortunately 😔 The staff were lovely and helpful
