El hotel es muy grande, nosotros habíamos pensado usar una de las dos piscinas que hay pero fue imposible. Son las dos muy muy pequeñas en comparación con la gente que hay en el hotel, no había sitio ni para sentarnos ni para bañarnos. Para lo demás todo bien, el hotel es bonito, el bar dentro del hotel bien, el personal muy amable y disponible.

Hotel de familias frente a un centro comercial, buen servicio, aparcamiento, habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas, desayuno abundante y variado, personal atento y amable. Pegas: gimnasio muy muy pequeño en medio del spa, un poco alejado del centro histórico aunque bien comunicado, demasiadas familias con niños lo que ocasiona mucho ruido sobre todo en la piscina. Si vas para desconectar y relajarte lo tendrás algo difícil. Por lo demás, todo bastante bien.

La piscine est petite pour un grand hôtel, beaucoup de monde pour une petite piscine extérieure, les chambres assez spacieuse et la literie est de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner est assez complet(buffet), l'emplacement est à 10 mn du centre-ville en métro.

The hotel is showing its age but tries to be fresh. At least the hotels entrance looks modern and completely different from the rest of the hotel, which is most probably renovated. Whoever counts on quality rooms should decrease his expectations. The windows are very poor quality and you can hear a lot surroundings, especially cars and bicycles! The room next to us was separated by a locked door and we could hear everything. Therfore we didnt had restful sleep. The hot water didn't work in our original room. After switching rooms, the air conditioning in the second room didn't work and needed to be repaired, and the room was left dirty after the works. The beds are extremely light and wobbly, they just put mattress on a frame. The pools and gym are extremely small and not enjoyable. Unfortunately, I mostly count on the pool with a child. Breakfast is good. All in all, I'm not satisfied and would definitely not book again.

Pour un hotel 4* j'ai étais déçue des équipements piscine extérieure mal indiquée et petite pour la capacité de l'hôtel ainsi que la pièce et les équipements de la salle de sport matériel ancien et pas en bon état. Il arrive que dans des hôtel le frigo dispose de bouteilles d'eau thé ou même café totalement gratuits là ce n'était pas le cas attention pensez a mettre vos tarifs dans les chambres la bouteille d'eau 2.50 rien nous dit que c'est payant ni combien cela coûte. Concernant le reste de l'hôtel accueil services très professionnels. L'hôtel en lui même est bien agencé reste accessible en métro pour aller visiter granada il a un très bon emplacement. Par contre dommage que le parking soit si cher 18.90€ hotel.com doit revoir les tarifs affichés sur leur site qui est 1 euros de moins. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon sejour dans cette magnifique ville.

Similar in quality and feel to a Hilton in the U.S. Parking was easy for in/out. Indoor pool allowed for use during winter. Food selection was great. University is within 1.5 mile walk in one direction and old town 1 mile in another direction.

Muy buen Hotel. Camas Comodísimas! Piscina con Socorrista y bien atendida. La única pega que le puedo poner es ,que como le toque en el edificio anexo, tienes que coger un ascensor a la primera planta y cruzar un pasillo acristalado para coger otro ascensor hasta las plantas superiores. Tampoco tiene mucha importancia. El personal de Recepción , eficiente y encantador/a, sobre todo la señorita Paloma. Nos atendió en todo momento facilitando nuestra estancia. Buena relación Calidad / Precio. Gracias

Well kept indoor swimming pool. My children really enjoyed them. All staff seemed very courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffer was quite nice. Overall we felt like the hotel was a well maintained and well-run property.

Es un gran hotel de 4*, aunque algún detalle empañó lo que tendría que haber sido una experiencia perfecta. El personal de recepción perfecto, muy amable y dispuesto, como debe ser. Las instalaciones del hotel en general muy buenas, calidad y cuidado. El parking muy bien, el acceso a la rampa hay que hacerlo con cuidado si vas con un coche grande, pero sin más novedad, y las plazas de aparcamiento son de buen tamaño. En la habitación, con camas individuales, la primera cama no la pudimos usar del ruido que hacía la estar en ella, menos mal que eramos 3 en una habitación con 4 camas. Debajo de las camas había mucho polvo acumulado. Desperfectos estéticos en la mesa disponible. En el cuarto de baño cuando llegamos el jabón de mano estaba agotado. Lo comentamos en recepción y subieron a reponerlo, pero en lugar de sustituir el bote vacío por el nuevo lleno, se limitaron a dejar el bote nuevo encima del lavabo, imposible sustituirlo porque va anclado con algún sistema de seguridad. Una de las bombillas led del techo parpadeaba rápido constantemente con lo que hacia la estancia en el baño muy desagradable y por último, la mampara abatible provocaba que se saliese el agua al ducharse, de manera que había que poner una toalla en el suelo para recoger el agua que se acumulaba en el suelo. Es una pena porque a priori el hotel es magnífico y las instalaciones generales son de calidad, pero dentro de la habitación había varias circunstancias que impidieron una experiencia perfecta.

La habitación está bien , pero el baño es un poco extraño. Muy grande y mal distribuido . Para salir de la ducha es muy incómodo , faltan perchas para 4 personas , creo que se podía mejorar mucho por el resto bufet desayuno , recepción y limpieza todo correcto .

Second stay here. Loved it again. Very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. We are not tourist's, we live in Granada. But had appointments at a Hospital not far from hotel. Highly recommend, and we shall certainly stay again. All staff we met were most helpful, from reception to the lovely lady who looked after our room ! Well done !

Notre chambre était sale cookies et nid de poussière sous nos lits du premier jour jusqu’à notre départ . Les piscine sont minuscule une boite à sardines et nous somme les sardines tous entassés. Que 10 transats. Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui les méritent pas à fuir. Hôtel sur côté. De plus place parking payant plus de 14 euro par nuit. Très peu de place gratuite dans les environs. Tous ceux qui font des éloges pour cet hôtel sont soit hypocrites soit aveugles

Rooms were not clean, could see dirt behind the doors. Breakfast has options but they were not great. The NH chain of hotels has better breakfast. Staff was super helpful. A for that. They spoke fluent English. Very helpful in calling a cab, answering questions about local sightseeing & restaurant options.

Really loved the hotel, it’s staff, location, facilities and food. Only slight niggle was being able to hear the neighbouring room’s TV late at night - but think that’s more the fault of the neighbour rather than the hotel.

Very clean. Staff extremally friendly and helpfull. Excellent restaurant food and great breakfast. Wifi did not reach the room. To use it properly, we had to stand by the door. We told the reception but it did not improve. The handle in shower was broken. Toilet placed oddly in room; not much room for legs (marble ledge with telephone over knees). A very tall person cannot sit properly.

It was very hot outside and the AC in our room was not working. We made two calls for maintenance and both there was no resolution. We were sweating through the night. The front desk staff was nice to us and helped us store our luggage after check out.

Vårt familjerum, 2 vuxna o 2 barn var "ok" inget mer, ganska oisolerat och man hörde alla som sprang o pratade utanför i hallen, dag o natt. Badrum låg standard jämför med Skandinavien, kallt, ingen golvvärme eller separerad dusch, trångt badkar med tjutande rör när man skruvade upp. Englasfönster ut mot trafikerad gata, dåligt isolerad mot ljud och luft. Stannade över Nyårshelgen 3 nätter, högt pris, ej värt men med lågt utbud inte mycket att välja på. Frukost buffe €15 per person och barn, väldigt basic och inget speciellt, maskinkaffe ingen kaffebar, ingen höjdare tyvärr.

The hotel is showing its age but tries to be fresh. At least the hotels entrance looks modern and completely different from the rest of the hotel, which is most probably renovated. Whoever counts on quality rooms should decrease his expectations. The windows are very poor quality and you can hear a lot surroundings, especially cars and bicycles! The room next to us was separated by a locked door and we could hear everything. Therfore we didnt had restful sleep. The hot water didn't work in our original room. After switching rooms, the air conditioning in the second room didn't work and needed to be repaired, and the room was left dirty after the works. The beds are extremely light and wobbly, they just put mattress on a frame. The pools and gym are extremely small and not enjoyable. Unfortunately, I mostly count on the pool with a child. Breakfast is good. All in all, I'm not satisfied and would definitely not book again.

Rooms had AC barely keeping up and held at a temp centrally. Yes there was a heat wave, but losing control of room temperature is a deal breaker in my book. Finishing in shower was not good- water leaked onto the floor creating a puddle no matter how careful one was. Electrical outlets were loose. Outside of that rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and restaurant buffet was good for breakfast. Location was good and parking accessible.

La habitación magnífica. Limpia, muy bien decorada, amplia. La TV con aplicaciónes varias (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Youtube) y un montón de canales. Por primera vez. La cama enorme. La climatización buenísima. El cuarto de baño enorme, limpio, una ducha enorme, sin bidé. El único pero es la bajante del agua del servicio.

First room we got had no shower curtain so water kept going on the floor. We asked for it to get fixed and eventually ended up being moved. Both rooms were next to a busy street and traffic noises audible from 0700 onwards plus thin walls meant being woken by alarms from next door at 0500. We could manage with all of that but the worst feature was reception staff - unfriendly and condescending, really unpleasant people. Avoid staying here if you want a positive experience.

Hotel was beautiful and everyone was super helpful bar 1 receptionist. Not quite as advertised and easy to reach town centre - quite a walk and no bus service. Parking was easy but 1st receptionist didn’t really explain it - once figured was easy. Bar staff and service fantastic and not expensive.

Llegar con el coche es fácil y directo, y en 20 minutos estás en el centro de Granada andando. Dejamos el coche el primer día, y ya no lo tocamos. Es alucinante q estando al lado de la circunvalación, no se oye nada en las habitaciones. Está muy bien aislada.El bufe del desayuno está muy bien, y cuando llegas cansado de ver Granada, poder darte un bañito, tambien se agradece. Los trabajadores son encantadores y muy amables.

Just off the motorway, easy parking with wide bays. Sound insulation is good so you can’t hear the road, friendly helpful staff, hotel room was modern and clean with a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Taxi service from the hotel was excellent

Very old hotel with patch work done to it. The Resturant was expensive and bland and nasty. The breakfast was even worse. Made me and friend vomit. The AC Was locked got really hot first day, absolutely horrible time, couldn't even sleep. Location is far from alhambra, even though it says 1.9 miles. Opposite alhmambra of the location better to get a hotel near Alhambra.

We told the reception but it did not improve. The handle in shower was broken. Toilet placed oddly in room; not much room for legs (marble ledge with telephone over knees). A very tall person cannot sit properly.
