The outdoor pool looked very good but it was closed two days out of the four days I was there so I never got a chance to swim in it. There's a large mall directly next to the hotel with dining options and shopping. While the staff wasn't outright rude, I wouldn't say they were that friendly either except for the staff that took care of the pool and the grounds (they were very pleasant). I asked for a quiet room ahead of time and at the time of arrival and I was given a room directly in front of the elevators and next to the laundry room. Not exactly quite. The rooms were pretty clean but could've been cleaner. It's a decent hotel in general but there are others that are better within the same price range. If shopping is important to you, however, then being right next to the mall is a huge plus.

The rooms are smaller than they look in the photo, there isn't enough light in the room, the shower door doesn't close well, and a lot of water all over the bathroom every time you shower. The gym was dirty and not equipped. It works fine. But it looked more luxurious in the photos.

The workers and servers at this hotel are actually very friendly and courteous. And large the open grounds layout is also nice because it gives the feel of a calm neighborhood block. The gym is also good enough to get a workout. Unfortunately, where the experience fell quite short of a "4-star hotel" was the quality of the room furniture, the tiny bathroom, and the food in general. I would definitely say this hotel is a solid 3-star hotel because it is a bit outdated. The best part of the rooms are that you get a smart TV and you can also flush toilet paper with no issues.

Me marcaron diciéndome que como la terminal de tarjeta de crédito no servía, si no llegaba yo a las 5:30 pm cancelarían mi reservación, después te de un debate, me dijeron que entienden que es responsabilidad de ellos el que no funcionara la Terminal y que sólo por esa ocasión me permitirían llegar a las 8 pm, y cuando llegué resulta que si servía la terminal. Me hicieron sentir que querían cancelar mi reserva para reventarla a un precio mayor

Generally favorable. Front desk tried hard to help. It's not really close to attractions. Extremely limited English speaking staff. That's where I struggled the most with the front desk. If you are English only speaking person, I strictly advise against taking any tours with the hotel. That's where I feel I lost all my money because I ended up with a bus full of Spanish speaking people with guide not knowing English. Although they upfront told me that this English and Spanish tour. Also, two nights in a row, I was awaken by extremely loud train horn. For a lower price, you can get a hotel that's higher class and closer to attractions.

Excelente la relación calidad-precio, las habitaciones bien, sin grandes lujos pero cumplen, aunque recomiendo quedarse en las habitaciones de la torre que están más nuevas. El tema del estacionamiento es un plus, no tienes que estarlo dejando en valet o andar buscando, muy cómodo y amplio. El restaurante bastante agradable y buena variedad. Muy buena ubicación al lado de una plaza comercial grande y sobre una avenida céntrica. En general muy recomendable para llegar.

Excelente la relación calidad-precio, las habitaciones bien, sin grandes lujos pero cumplen, aunque recomiendo quedarse en las habitaciones de la torre que están más nuevas. El servicio de alimentos se termina muy temprano, no hay mucha variedad. Hay mucho ruido toda la noche y no descansas ya que el estacionamiento esta literal afuera de las habitaciones, no hay suficientes espacios para estacionarte. El 2o dia regresamos por la madrugada y nuestra habitacion desactivada a partir de las 8pm. No regresaría, muy malas experiencias.

El servicio de alimentos se termina muy temprano, no hay mucha variedad. Alberca en mantenimiento, cuando se reservo decía desayuno incluido , y no lo negaron ni siquiera nos dieron la opción de comprarlo , nunca se nos comentó que el desayuno no estaba incluido, de ser así hubiera cancelado antes de entrar w irme a un hotel donde si lo dieran , el baño horrible y más cuando te vas a bañar, mi experiencia no fue grata. la opción

It was a lovely place to stay, easy to get into Guadalajara and also great location near our friends place. The staff were very friendly and helpful in organising transport wherever needed. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was fantastic.
