Beautiful modern hotel just 15 minute walk to the centre. Staff was very kind and helpful. Underground hotel parking was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from the buffet and or from the menu which was included with the breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was very good. Highly recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent from check in to bar staff working in the evening. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and it was a pleasure to relax there with a drink in the evenings. They also offer drink vouchers as an incentive to forego room cleaning, this was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Heidelberg.

Pros: Staff are lovely and helpful, bar is nice to sit and have a quiet drink, good location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection and again the staff were very good. Cons: Our room (suite) was tired, very dark and stuffy - thankfully the bedroom had a window which opened to air the room as it didn’t feel or smell fresh.. The bathroom was tiny in such a huge space but was adequate.

Such a beautiful stay. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Free parking was super easy to locate over the weekend/evening. Very close to the river and old town/ castle. The gym was also well equipped with everyone you would need. Hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday. I had a great visit and would come back again in a heart beat.

Personal zuvorkommend. Zimmer hat ein bisschen schlecht gerochen kam von der Toilette. Musste Wasser in der Dusche laufen lassen und Fenster öffnen. Danach war der Geruch weg.

Gute Anbindung per Stadtbahn/ Bus in die Altstadt, schöne Einrichtung der Zimmer, Parkhaus direkt unterm Hotel Aber Klimatisierung der Zimmer wirklich mangelhaft. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren es 32 Grad in Heidelberg. In unseren Zimmer war es trotz durchgehend kältester Einstellung der Klima fast durchgehend viel zu warm. So war das Zimmer kein angenehmer Rückzugsort- auch für unseren Hund sehr unangenehm. Begründung war dass die Klima häufig bei warmen Wetter überlastet ist und dann nicht richtig funktioniert. Ist natürlich ungünstig. Bei Ankunft war viel alter/ getrockneter Vogelkot auf unserem Balkon, worauf sich unser Hund natürlich direkt gestürzt hat. Das kann sehr gefährlich für Hunde sein. Bei der Hotelkategorie erwarten wir schon komplett saubere Zimmer bei Ankunft. Und da der Kot bereits super porös war gehen wir davon aus dass der schon länger da lag und nicht erst am selben Tag auftauchte. Parkgebühren grundsätzlich zu hoch

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Heidelberg. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war nett. Allerdings viel schon auf das die weißen Gardinen Flecken hatten, genauso waren auch Flecken an verschiedenen den Wänden. Für so ein Hotel in Deutschland mit der Sterne Anzahl und für die Preise erwartet man schon das auch auf sowas geachtete wird.

Overall, very nice, friendly (though overworked—at least at the bar) staff. Rooms nice and modern, but would benefit from a rug here or there (feels a bit cold/empty in parts). Also, room lighting needs to be fixed—super dark and the collection of a 1/2 dozen lamps is unwieldy to operate.

This is my third time staying and each time the room was a hot mess - literally. There is no way in their rooms (which are always too warm, winter and summer) to control the temperature except for by opening the windows which in Summer means letting in swarms of insects and in winter you have to sleep with the windows open and snow outside. I do not understand why the rooms are always too warm.

Unser Aufenthalt im NH Collection Heidelberg war wirklich gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wer auf das tägliche Reinigen des Zimmers freiwillig verzichtet, bekommt ein Geschenk in form eines Getränkeguscheines für die Hotelbar. Einig das fehlen der angegebenen Ladestation für E-Autos war negativ. Hier handelte es sich lediglich um eine normale Steckdose im Parkhaus. Das Personal an der Rezeption, an der Bar und beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

The area has several spots going under construction that it was too noisy. The air-conditioning system automatically goes out at certain temperatures and cannot be controlled individually we had to call the reception several times to get the answer that they can provide a ventilator fan. However we would like to note that little presents for our kids were very friendly and the staff at the reception were also very professional and friendly when checking in and out.

Einchecken sehr gut und freundliches Personal. Bar super gut. Sehr guter Service und sehr lecker. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Allerdings ist das parken dort sehr teuer und beim Auschecken mussten wir den vollen Parkpreis zahlen. Die Hotelgäste die vor uns beim gleichen Mitarbeiter ausgecheckt haben durften umsonst parken und die Gäste die zeitgleich beim Kollegen nebenan auscheckten auch umsonst. Das ist schon sehr merkwürdig und nicht in Ordnung. Man fühlt sich sehr schlecht behandelt. Es wurde auch zweimal erwähnt dass wir ja über Expedia bezahlt haben. Evtl. Wird man dann schlechter behandelt?? Daher keine Empfehlung unsererseits.

Das Zimmer war toll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Der CheckIn lief zwar reibungslos, jedoch kann man auch als RezeptionistIn mal ein wenig lächeln und nicht das Gefühl vermitteln, als wenn man stört. Ansonsten ein wundervolles Hotel mit wunderbarer Atmosphäre und durch die Bauweise wirklich etwas Besonderes.

Very nice and unique building, well designed and modern. Well maintained and good parking options. Just to far out from old citycentre and the Neckar river. It’s a 15 minutes walk to see the beautiful citycentre and restaurants. So a good and convenient hotel and perfect rooms. Fresh, clean and modern. Friendly staff!

Overal the stay was more than okay. We just had trouble with the parking, it said there was space while there wasn’t any space When I went inside to ask where we can safely park they were not very helpfull. The roomservice: the lady who brought our dinner was very friendly, the food however was just not good. Not fresh and it even made me sick.

The hotel itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it would’ve been nice if there would’ve been a restaurant in the hotel. I also found that the street in and around the hotel was very untidy with lots of debris and leaves and nothing was cleaned up.
