Excellent stay at Hilton Heidelberg. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both business and family stays. A special thank you to the staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and always attentive. Their level of service truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back.

Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet, very close to public transportation with regular trams and busses running daily, close to train station, easy trip into the old town on the tram or bus. Friendly and helpful staff

Room and stay were great. What was hugely disappointing was the sheer rudeness of the shuttle driver getting me to the airport after checkout. I was on the phone to my parents dealing with a medical emergency and this guy is haranguing me in German, refusing to speak English, to stop talking on the phone. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. And while this may be a subcontractor to you, Hilton, it is procured via you so you as a business are responsible. Shocking and abhorrent.
