Aparthotel Adagio Heidelberg

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, eine gut ausgestattete kleine Küche optimal. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel nur wenige Parkplätze, nach dem Motto wenn weg, dann weg. Trotz öffentliche Verkehrsmittel für mich keine Option wenn ich den Wagen in ein Parkhaus stelle, welches 10 - 15 Min. Fußweg entfernt ist.

Parken nicht genutzt. Für Anreise mit Bahn perfekt. Innenstadt/Bismarckplatz schnell mit Tram/Bus erreichbar. Hotel alles wie neu, daher sehr empfehlenswert.

Adagio ist nichts für Hotelgäste mit Auto. In der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage gab es während unseres viertägigen Aufenthaltes keine freien Parkplätze. Das Nachbarhotel, Intercity Hotel, hatte jeden Tag freie Parkplätze für ihre Gäste in der geteilten Tiefgarage. An der Rezeption teilte man uns mit, dass das Adagio Hotel für Gäste gedacht sei, die mit der Bahn anreisen. Es ist nicht optimal, in einem weit vom Hotel entfernten Tiefgarage parken zu müssen.

Appartement très confortable et sans surprise : l’hôtel est tout neuf ouvert il y a quelques mois. Les appartements sont bien équipés. Cependant quelques petits problèmes qui pourrait être améliorés : Parling très petit et très cher (vous n’êtes pas garantis d’avoir une place), petit-déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c’est. Mais globalement très bon séjour.

Good option for exploring the town with public transport. Parking at the property is quite difficult but around the area you have some parking garages.

A brand new hotel with a bright feel . A fun atmosphere with a roomy public area with seating and some games . The room was clean and bright, good wifi, kitchen works well and well stocked with plates etc. It was very new when i stayed. A handy set of washing machines and a mini gym. Its right by a big railway station . Parking under the hotel but not enough spaces we got the last spot arriving aroung 6pm would definitely use again

Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist sehr sauber. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend! Und obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof, bzw. an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, ist es erstaunlich ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was bei meinem Aufenthalt, mit Temperaturen über 30°, äußerst angenehm war!

Das Apartment ist preisgünstig, direkt am Bahnhof, ruhig mit Klimaanlage Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war der Müll in der küche nicht geleert Handtücher fehlten 1 Fernseher ging nicht und an der Eingangstür wR im den Griff blutverschmiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett hat gleich Alles in Ordnung gebracht und uns mit kühlen Getränken entschädigt.

O hotel fica do lado da estação de trem, bem facil de se deslocar. Recomendo a hospedagem!

Leider war mein Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt und es roch nach "Hund". Auf dem Fußboden fanden sich Hundehaare, ein nicht geputzer Spiegel im Bad und vor der Küchenzeile sehr schmierig, die gelebten Reste meines Vorgastes deutlich sichtbar. Das geht garnicht! Ich bin sehr spät angereist und hatte keine Lust mehr mich zu beschweren. In dem Hotel wohne ich öfter, weil es mich vom Komfort und Lage überzeugt. Also hoffe ich, das es nur eine Ausnahme war. Beim nächsten Mal schauen ich gleich gründlich hin und werde das Zimmer tauschen😞

Het inchecken is om 15:00. We konden niet inchecken om 15:00 omdat de kamer nog niet klaar zou zijn. Nog 1 a 2 uur wachten? Nadat management zich ermee bemoeide konden we opeens wel inchecken? Kamers niet schoon, stof onder de bedden en de keukenkasten waren vies en niet grondig schoongemaakt. Heel spijtig want de locatie, opties tot openbaar vervoer, parkeren, restaurants is wel dik in orde. Duidelijkere communicatie en de schoonmaak op punt zetten zal bijdrage aan een correctere prijs, vraag en aanbod verhouding.

Convenient for transport for tram, bus and train. The area felt safe even at night and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment floor could have been cleaner as the laminate was dusty and the dishwasher not emptied and dishes not put away. The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat but not hand towels.

Property is very clean

Rummet var nytt och fräscht…tyvärr lite fläckar på lakan, och inte helt rent på toaletten. Personalen var också ganska kort i tonen, kände sig kanske inte så välkomnad. Men helt ok för en natt på genomresa.

Wow, this place was amazing! One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for this rate. I did get a Black Friday deal, but even the room's regular price is decent for what you get – which is basically an entire apartment. Cute kitchenette, comfy bed, nice big bathroom, everything very clean. And the hotel itself is lovely too. A cool lobby and dining area to hang out in, great location right near the train station and Flixbus line. Exactly zero complaints. I will 100% stay here again when I'm back in Heidelberg.

Im großen und ganzen Perfekt :) Die Küche ist Ideal und im Top Zustand. Alles was man braucht. Den Wohnbereich & das Bett fanden wir auch super. Es gibt genug Stauraum um alles aus dem Koffer oder Einkäufe unter zu bringen. Das Bad ist Modern und auch dort hat man alles was man braucht. Kleines Manko, das ein oder andere im Bad ist nicht mehr ganz funktional ( zb. Toiletten Roller-Halter // Duschkopf einhänge Element). Was aber nicht groß gestört hat, ich es aber erwähnen möchte. Das Zimmer ist trotz Lage am Bhf sehr ruhig wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Top! Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, aber es fahren viele Busse oder STR im 10 Minuten Takt. Als kleinen Vorschlag: Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein großer Besen oder ein kleiner Sauger nicht schlecht.

Das Hotel besteht seit zwei Monaten, sehr schöne Zimmer. Als Frühstücksbuffet kostet 22 € und ist allenfalls sieben Euro wert. Zudem muss man seinen Müll selber wegräumen und sein dreckiges Geschirr und auch in separate Behältnisse zurückbringen. Am schlechtesten ist der Bereich der Rezeption, der Checkin hat 20 Minuten gedauert bei zwei Personen, also mitarbeitende des Hotels, weil offensichtlich das Computerprogramm nicht beherrscht wurde. Der Checkout hat 25 Minuten gedauert, weil es Fehler in der Abrechnung gab, die sich offensichtlich in der Rechnungsstellung nicht so leicht korrigieren ließen. Zudem war die Schranke vom Parkhaus defekt, so dass der nächst gelegene Parkplatz dann 1 km entfernt war Nie wieder.

Das Hotel ist nagelneu und die Abläufe sind noch nicht überall wie sie sein sollten. Der Check-in dauert zu lange, jedoch möchte ich diese Punkte nicht negativ bewerten; ich bin mir sicher, dass sich das schnell ändern wird. Warum dann nur 3 Punkte: Ich habe extra ein Hotel mit Ladeinfrastruktur gesucht, leider gibt es keine Ladepunkte für e-Autos, was für mich bedeutet hat, dass ich mit leerem Auto ankam und mit leerem Auto auch am Morgen wieder losgefahren bin. Das darf nicht passieren, wenn's im Internet anders angegeben wird.

朝食が標準だった以外全てとても良かったです！！！

Hotellet er splinter nyt, og var lige åbnet. På trods af enkelte tingder endnu ikke var helt færdige endnu, var personalet utroligt hjælpsomme. Lejligheden var rigtig fint udstyret og funktionelt indrettet og fint udstyret. Morgenmads buffeten var rigtig fin, og i orden.
