First impression, nice big modern hotel. Friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Easy access to train and bus from lobby. Uber was always within 5 minutes away. Receptionists gave great recommendations for where to eat within walking distance. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, two chairs near the window with a view of the Heidelberg Castle from it. There are two pillows, both of which are too soft to use alone, but raised your head too high used together or folded in half. The bathroom was really nice, and for being in Germany, it seemed like the largest shower I’ve had in a while. There was a speaker in the bathroom that let you hear what was playing in the tv, pretty nice feature. The tv allows you to stream your devices directly to it which was really nice. Overall I had a really great experience and would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Excellent condition super staff, really nothing to could be better for a modern hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent but if you don’t want a big breakfast, there did not appear to be a place for a quick coffee and something light. Super close to the train station, but not close to the historic centre. But great value for money.
