Very professional and courteous staff. Everything is available at your fingertips. Beautiful and well kept property with amazing amenities! It has a wonderful pool with nightly shows, great fitness center where they loan you workout clothes and sneakers, a sauna, indoor pool, casino, bowling alley, and arcade. Spacious rooms and a private convenience store on the hotel grounds. It is the absolute best hotel!

The property was very big and the grounds was well kept. The pool was beautiful and we loved the spas that gad different temperatures. The food by the pool was expensive but it was big servings. There is a 7 eleven outside the resort that is walking distance and also a cafe and restaurant which were reasonable pricing. I can’t believe a cup of coffee was 16,000 Korean won. That is crazy. The hotel did provide free parking on the property. We booked the Hello Kitty room for my 3 year old daughter and she loved it. The entire floor was decked out in hello kitty. Loved how the bathroom had a child’s sink and had hello kitty towels. She liked the galaxy lights that was on the ceiling too. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Around the hotel were a lot to do. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is great, as there are quite a few attractions within walking distance. The dinner buffet was excellent and worth the high price tag. The on-site bowling alley is also a really fun touch. However, this hotel is primarily for families with kids, so if you don't have kids, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I loved how much they value cleanliness. My sheets were fresh everyday. I also had laundry done that came back fresh and pressed. The grounds around the property are gorgeous, and the pool entertainment is really good. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service was great!. The food was delicious. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was an excellent service. But what I didn't like were the sheets in the hotel room. First when I arrived at the hotel and upon entering the level of elevator hallway it smelled bad and when we entered to the room that we had reserved with a mountain view we could see some stains on the floor carpet but it was even worse when I wanted to rest due to the long trip from the USA I took off my clothes and tried to sleep in bed but a few moments later I felt a biting sensation like a mosquito on my legs and suddenly I felt itchy all over my body making it impossible to stay in bed. At first I thought that maybe it was due to allergic reactions to the sheets, so I tried to wear the clothes and rest again, but I felt itchy all over my body and it was impossible to get back into bed. so I called the reception and they transferred us immediately and moved us to a cleaner room, with hypoallergenic and dust-free sheets where we could sleep more peacefully.

Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children.

Everything was wonderful. We stayed in a Hello Kitty room that needs repairs to the bathroom. Door was warped, appears water damage throughout bathroom around trim and also tiles within shower. There were cracked looking tiles. Grout needs cleaning throughout bathroom. Aside from that bathroom, everything else was great!

Incheckningen var en mardröm, fyra personer och 30 minuter. Hotellet samlar in alldeles för mycket information, det är mycket komplicerat och tidskrävande. Man glömde att tilldela guldförmåner men gjorde det efter påpekande. Det finns två restauranger, en mycket dyr buffet och en barservering. Detta utbud är lite för litet.

The hotel is big and nice. We enjoyed the pool and the food was great. Service is great too. This may just be a Korea thing, but having to wait 20 minutes to check in is something that really annoys me. And even after I checked in past 4pm, we arrived around 3:30, check in starts at 3pm, our room still wasn't ready. We didn't get up to our room until 4:20 and then waited for the bags they said would be brought up. Chek out is promptly at 11 am but why is my check in time eaten up with this wait?

In general, the overall rating for this hotel is 9.2 out of 10. Location: It is considered locating in a resort area so it is not convenient to travel around without a car. The good thing is that the hotel provides free airport transportation. Unfortunately, there are only 3 times a day. There are restaurants nearby the hotel which is a plus. Also, the swimming pool is heated which is great. There is a playground inside the hotel including bowling alleys which are perfect for people just have a getaway. Check-in: Check-in is fast. Staff: All the staff are friendly and helpful except only some of them speak above average English. Communication is a challenge in some areas. Condition: The hotel itself is somewhat dated. It is maintained at an above average level. Room condition is average as the bathtub and the washroom door are broken. Restaurant: The Lounge and Bar is perfect. Food is delicious. Staff service is great but some staff do not speak English. Service: It is above average. It will be better if the bed is made up properly on a daily basis.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located in one of the most exciting areas of Jeju. The hotel is perfect for families as it has an arcade, bolling alley and kids club area. It is also located near convenience stores, restaurants and the Teddy Bear Museum.

It’s a gigantic hotel that overall looks a bit tired. The beach is not far away, but to get there you need to take a steep stairs with 220 steps. Food in the restaurants is crazy expensive, breakfast is 50usd per person, but at 100 meter from the hotel there is a great independent bagel place where we had breakfast everyday.

It’s an extremely well managed property built 20 years ago. Large room with super comfortable beds. Great breakfast. We had 5 days straight and it felt too much after 23 days. Overall excellent stay in Jungmoon.

This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay here. Spacious rooms. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. Pool was warm. Loved the hot tub.

Beautiful resort, walkable to a secluded beach (200 stairs to reach the beach). No option to prepay for breakfast for greater than 2 ppl,, had to pay for 1 breakfast each day. Food was really overpriced, over $60 for one breakfast and $120 for dinner buffet.

Extremely helpful staff, and a nice hotel. Very much a resort hotel. I was in the area for a conference so this was more than I anticipated. Lovely surrounds, beautiful venue. The reason I've only given it four stars is because the eating options on site are limited and expensive. Breakfast was going to be something like 80,000 won, and I would have liked a more informal bar where I could just have a beer on a bar stool. For breakfast the cheaper option is Bake Make Roast, a coffee house with excellent sandwiches just next door. My breakfast was only 17,000 won, and it was lovely.

The hotel grounds were excellent. Room amenities were very minimum. Toiletries were provided the first day but were not replenished as needed. Barely enough towels were provided. Very limited and expensive dining options in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was not comparable to other 4-5 stars hotels. Buffet dinner was very pricey for what was offered.

Was a good stay, except that the AC in the room made noise. The breakfast has virtually no vegan options made it challenging. Given that the room was a low level room, the views were limited. Overall the value for money was not so great.

It was my first time visiting Jeju, and I had such a wonderful experience here. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. I stayed in an Ondol room, which had a traditional Korean-style interior and made the experience feel even more special. One of my favourite things was waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both hot and cold dishes, with plenty of options to choose from. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming during my stay, but the outdoor swimming pool and evening performances were so much fun and definitely made up for it. Overall, I had an amazing stay and made some lovely memories here. I would absolutely love to come back someday! 🌿✨

A beautiful hotel, with a fabulous breakfast. Rooms were lovely. Food very expensive - relieved the breakfasts for adults were included in our rate. We ate out in evenings. Local restaurants nearby. Shame it was too difficult to swim in sea due to winds, but that is obviously not the hotel’s fault. I don’t think I can find any fault at all with the hotel.
