Stayed here for 7 nights and it was absolutely great. Electric kettle in the room and mini fridge. Super clean. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff; accessible microwave and snacks in the lobby. Easy access laundry. Will stay here again.

立地は最高です。部屋もグレードアップしてくれたのですが家族でツインを2部屋予約してて1部屋だけのアップだったのでチョット残念でした。口コミにある通りシャワーの出は良くないです。そして排水溝なのか臭いも気になりました。エレベーターが客室から1階まで直通で降りられるものが少なく、待ち時間が長いです。フロントのある9階で乗り換えるほうが早かったです。

It's located right next to Myeongdong market place and the subway. Across the street is the huge Lotte Mall. It is walking dostance from everything. Stanford is clean and staff is amazing. They have a laundry room with 4 sets (washer and dryer) so you dont have to wait. I stay here everytime I'm in Korea

My partner came to visit me while I live abroad and we had a wonderful time at this hotel! The room and hotel gym were on the small side, but that’s expected in South Korea. The staff were friendly and helpful at every encounter. The building and facilities were clean and well maintained. The location was very central, making for great shopping, dining and transportation options. I loved it here and would stay again any time!

前台職員能講流利英語，態度友善，在辦理check in手續時細心講解要注意的事項（沒有免費牙刷提供，一把1000韓幣；自助洗衣房在10樓，需要準備硬幣購買洗衣液）早餐提供的食物種類並不算太多，不過他們的沙拉、窩夫、自家製乳酪很美味，每天有不同款式的意粉（雖然一大早吃番茄意粉怪怪的，不過很好吃） 9樓除了前台和餐廳外，有一台WOWPASS的自助機器，還有一個小角落販賣各種飲品和泡麵環境舒適，不過暖氣溫度不能調。去的時候遇上寒流，可能因此把暖氣開得比較大，晚上蓋著厚被子睡覺有點熱。地點理想，機場巴士站就在附近，去明洞商圈/樂天百貨也相當方便。唯一缺點是酒店大門非常隱蔽，建議入住的各位認著地下的Apple店，左側升降機才能到酒店樓層！（有兩台，一台只能到9樓前台，另一台拍房卡可以到房間樓層）

I found used towels and shower cap in the wardrobe when we entered the room, had to call housekeeping to clean up the place. The room is also quite dusty throughout my stay. It is small but good for 2 pax. Besides that, it is situated in a convenient location, nearby subway and airport limousine bus and few steps away from myeongdong shopping street. For the price point, it is a good stay!

The property is clean in general but the air of the hallway going into the room has a smell of sewer smell for some reason. It was pretty strong where you have to turn on the air purifier that was provided at the room. I stayed there for 12 days. The location was convenient, the price for the room was fair. Overall I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Stanford Hotel 1. In the center of Myeongdong, across the street from the Lotte hotel 2. Lots of shopping and dinning options 3 Fast Internet 4. Washer and drier machine 5. Hotel is very clean and in great condition I highly recommend this hotel My room was perfect for one person

My family and I stayed at this hotel during our visit to Seoul and we were pretty underwhelmed when we arrived. The room and floor we were on smelled like dirty laundry and our room was infested with little flies that would congregate on our towels and in the bathroom. It felt really unsanitary and dirty. The location however was really ideal and close to everything in Myeongdong. Overall, it was an okay stay since we spent most of our days out in the city.

Everything you need is just below the hotel and within walking distance. The only downside is the traffic sound from the road. We were on the 11th floor and could hear it quite clearly, so if you are a light sleeper this might not be a good option.

Great location and place to stay. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was not good though, and shower drain didn’t drain well. I was also surprised that in a new building they want guests to put used toilet paper in the trash can? I’ve never had to do this at a hotel in korea, and I have lived here over 10 years. Also could hear people laughing in the room next door at midnight so not exactly soundproof. And the heat was at 24, which is just too hot for me, and there was no way to lower it.

It is well located. Some staff are friendly. Expect self-service with luggage. Standard room is super small (a small double bed occupies most of the room) with a motion activated bright light to the small bathroom. So it can be quite disturbing at night. During our stay, there were strange noises coming from the facility room half of the night.

It’s a great location and place to stay. I would still recommend this place because it’s good for its value if you can stand 24 degrees room in winter. The reason why I gave four stars for overall rating: Apparently in winter/November the temperature is preset to 24 degrees in all rooms and can’t be individually adjusted even have a control panel in the room. Customer service desk told me and another guest on the phone who was complaining being too warm, that the only way to cool down our room is turn off the heater and open the window to cool down the room. It was too cold to sleep with the window open and too hot with the window close. Otherwise it is a five stars. Great location, customer service and cleanliness.

The hotel is situation in a prime location for visitors and tourist. A shoppers paradise with nightly market within walking distance. Transport and the subway is very convenient as well as many good and cheap restaurants near the hotel and shopping mall. The location is ideal and this compensate for the small rooms with very limited space for luggages.

Great staff and location. I did not find the breakfast to be very tasty and many times lacked availability. However I would recommend the hotel for the area and also the airport bus leaving from the Ibis Hotel a 2 minute walk

My family enjoyed 5 nights at the Stanford. I would recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly. Also, I would recommend buying the breakfast (most places are closed until 9am). The Stanford was very close to a lot of restaurants and the myeongdong market. For those English only customers, the hotel is in same building as the Apple Store.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly except for one lady. She gave a cold attitude but when I saw her talking to Caucasian guests, she was all smiles and warm towards them. Definitely felt a difference in her attitude.

Excellent service from front desk. Manager Park and check in with Choi was easy , answered all my questions and setup my taxi back to the airport. Very profar and friendly. Highly recommend to my family and friends. Rooms were clean and modern.

I booked my stay about a year in advance and only booked this hotel due to one particular room that was fairly large with a wrap-around window. When I was ready to check in, I located my room, opened the door, and I was standing in a small, rundown standard room, not the room I had booked. I returned to the reception desk and told the staff I’d been given the wrong room. I also pulled up my reservation and confirmed the room I’d booked. To my shock, instead of apologizing and immediately correcting their error, the staff told me I’d been given the correct room, then changed the story and said the room I booked was not available, and then began offering me an equivalent room with the caveat that I would have to pay more. When I insisted on a refund, suddenly, the room I’d booked was available. The staff at this hotel gaslit, lied, and never apologized. Although I have no proof that their behavior was discriminatory, there’s always that possibility. I will never give this hotel my business in the future. I moved to the Ryse Autograph Collection after my stay at this hotel, and the experience was like night and day — I was warmly welcomed, provided with above and beyond service, and treated with the utmost respect.

We loved our stay at Stanford. So many food and transport options near by. Shopping mall across the road was good for breakfast. The entry is around the left side when you face the Apple Store. Reception is on level 9. Close to night markets and Euljiro 1 subway station. Airport shuttle bus is an excellent option to travel to Incheon Airport. Room was clean and cosy and a water filter on every level.

飯店走出來就是熱鬧的明洞商圈，從仁川機場可以搭乘6015巴士，下車車站距離飯店步行約五分鐘的距離，對面就是樂天百貨，非常的方便，逛街逛累了，東西提不動了，隨時可以回到飯店休息。距離地鐵站也不過5分鐘的路程，飯店也非常乾淨，隔音也很好，是一次很美好的體驗，下次去韓國還是會住這邊。

No photos to share as the room was only ok. I did expect a view of some sort but pretty much looked straight in on the building next door. I’m pretty sure my booking said city view when I booked and photos shown certainly were showing a window open with a view not the curtain closed because there is nothing to see. Room was comfortable and clean but is only a double and not a queen size bed but I was ok with that. There is a bit of a funky smell when I got out of the lift area of the floor but is ok in the room. It does have an air purifier in the room if you have any allergies. We did have the breakfast in the morning which was ok for the price but nothing too special. Handy if you don’t want to look for anything but it is only available upto 9am before you can no longer access it before close off at 9:30am.

Room was great. We faced the Lotte department store and I was worried about noise but never heard anything from outside. Loved the water machine so close to our room. Also the bathrooms and overall room was very spacious. Also loved there was a bathtub to give the baby a bath. We had breakfast each morning in the cafe and it was delicious. Lots of variety so everyone was happy. Also the staff overall was very nice but especially in the cafe my only feedback is to have bigger napkins in the cafe and maybe no motion dector light when you enter the room. .
