The Paradise hotel was our favorite stay on our trip to Korea. The location was perfect, as it was right on the beach strip and so close to all the shops and restaurant strip. The hotel rooftop pool and infinity hot tub had amazing views of the beach. In the adjacent tower the Cimer spa was incredible! If you like to workout during your stay, you won’t be disappointed, the gym is fully equipped. Overall, you can’t go wrong here, it’s clean, luxurious, great amenities, lots of food options and location is right on the beach. A bit pricey but fully worth it!

The spa was one of the best of the five hotels I stayed in during my 2 week trip. Its location is also a A+. Beach. Street food. Open markets. Restaurants. Night life. Service is also excellent like everywhere in Korea. Work out area is smaller than others but the view of the ocean more than makes up for it.

Stayed here several times before. The facilities are still up to par and well maintained, since my last visit in early 2019. However, the hotel is much easier and crowded than before. The pools are always full and the hotel service is not as so 5-star standard as before too - probably due to too good business!

Balcony view from my room was stunning! I loved the hit springs pools. When I checked in on Sunday, the pools were very very crowded with very loud children. But by Monday, most were gone. It would be helpful to have a sign by the pool alerting guests to the concept of lap swimming. People with children were moving crosswise while of us were trying to swim laps. Overall, fabulous hotel with stunning location!

I reserved a beachfront room, and the view was spectacular. The pool was very crowded, and there were no available chairs to sit on. They also have some kind of pool spa, but it requires an admission fee—which I thought was included with the hotel stay. (The package included access for two adults, but not for kids.) The proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants is great. I used the breakfast buffet, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However, after returning to my room after breakfast, I couldn’t get in. Long story short, they had deactivated my key card for “safety reasons,” which I didn’t understand. I had to wait in the hallway for 10 minutes after calling the front desk twice. By the way, the hallway has minimal air conditioning, so my two kids and I were sweating while we waited for someone to come unlock our door. If I visit Busan again next year, I’ll probably stay at a different hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location along the beach boardwalk. Hotel restaurant was wonderful but there are many options in the area. Our room was clean but a little worn/dated. The A/C worked but did not get as cold as we would have liked. The bathroom needed more light and felt a bit dark. Staff was very professional and courteous.

We enjoyed the stay at Busan Paradise Hotel. We took advantage of the kids zone as we had two young kids. Also, the pool and the spa were a great addition and attractions to this resort. However, cleanliness of the spa can be improved. Multiple members of my family got rashes after using the spa. The location was terrific, and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

Great hotel with great beach view. Nice to smell the ocean. Room is clean, modern and comfortable. The buffet is very good (but you need to reserve). Zero issues with hotel. Philip in concierge went through a lot of effort to help me get tickets for Jeju Island ferry from Mokpo. Turns out that you can just easily buy them a couple right before you board. Seems not full for regular passengers. You can easily take bike but you need to put it in cargo hold yourself so go EARLY. Hotel is in a nice convenient area. It is my second stay and I would stay again.

Expensive and stuffy. The main pool was absolutely packed- I wouldn't even dream of getting in there. The beach is fine but the hotel doesn't even privide umbrellas and chairs- that's a separate service (no twoels avai;able either the hotel won't let you use theirs and the service doesn't have them So to use the beach you'd have to BUY beach towels which is silly). Food, meh. Rude waiters and desk people. Rooms dated and only ok for this price. We did like the hot tubs on the roof but that's about all.

This was literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The best thing that could be said about the staff is, they’re polite. Not friendly. Not engaging. Polite. I paid for an ocean view deluxe double room. Ocean view, check. Not sure beyond that what was deluxe. The restaurants inside the hotel are frankly ridiculously priced. Feel free to walk over to the nearby pizza place or burger joint. You’ll wish you were staying at either of those because THEIR staff doesn’t act like you’re going to steal something. Also, charging $5,000 won for a bucket of ice, when someone who is paying $250/night an otherwise basic room is extremely tacky. You should be embarrassed about that. Lastly, I left an item in my hotel room and talked with and emailed with COUNTLESS staff. Different people would call me. One person said it would be 120,000 won to return it. Another, 70,000. One staffer asked me if I was Michael (I have no idea who Michael is, but this definitely increased my stress about getting my item back.) This is a luxury hotel that clearly deals with a lot of western clients, yet not one staff person was capable of making this as simple as “Yes, we found your item & we will be happy to post it to you tomorrow.” (Same with the ice. Again, don’t charge your customers for ICE. Ice is free at hotels that are a mere $65 a night and we don’t need anyone to bring it to us.) Anyway, readers, don’t be like me and fall for the beautiful photos and the idea you’re right on the ocean.

Besides the outstanding location and beautiful scenery of this hotel, I was impressed by the training and professionalism of the staff. The men and women “holding the castle” at the lobby were a first class act (even at 4:00 am). Wow!

Beachfront hotel and lots of things to do and everything was walking distance. Casino was small but clean and smoke free. Room was spacious and clean. View from the room was incredible. There are amenities you can’t use on Wednesday since it’s their off day. Other than that it was high scaled hotel. Friendly staff all around the hotel.

Location and hotel upkeep is good. I only wish that they would not have left out Toothbrush as a comp amenity and you have to pay for it. This is not a budget hotel and should not be operating this way. I would not recommend going to the attached Casino. The staff operating the roulette and baccarat were talking to each other and to guests which is a strict NO in other countries. During our 3 days there, we did not see any supervisor monitoring them or even doing spot checks. Looks like a relaxed casino with no proper gaming SOPs.

Fantastic accommodation with stunning views and within easy walking distance to all of Haeundae Beach. The hotel bar was exceptional, very spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and skilled, focusing on the proper craft of making drinks rather than gimmicks. The mixology was spot-on in both taste and proper presentation, something rare in Asia. Loved that the jazz and blues music added a perfect touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Excellent location for site seeing and tour pick up. We had an ocean front room that was lovely. Excellent breakfast but it is a little expensive. We loved our stay here!
