We has 2 issues, we arrived very late at night and the entrance does not say you must go to the 3rd floor for check in, there is a desk outside the elevator and a 7-11 store that says wait for attendant. The second more concerning issue is that the fire alarm went off in our hallway, we were with an 80 year old elderly person inside , and were on the 15th floor. People were evacuating down the stairs with no announcement that it was a system error. We had go down 15 flights of stairs with her, people were coming out of the pool panicked on the stair well making it wet as well. No staff in the stair wells or anything to instruct us. Dozens of people waiting outside the hotel someone had to go back inside to get some information. We were told after going down 15 flights of stairs it wa a system error and the alarm still was going off on our floor for another 20 minutes after we finally got back up. They said they did not know how to turn it off. What is more concerning is that when your door is closed you do not hear the alarm so well it is only when you are in the hallway. During this whole situation , never once was a live broadcast made by staff. This hotel is a fire hazard if there ever was one. no apologies , nothing, I would not stay here. again.
