Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites

The best thing about the hotel is the convenience. If you're landing later, the last thing you want to do is take a train into Seoul or Incheon and try and find your hotel in the dark. If you're landing in terminal 1, you walk right out the door and to you left, you'll see a sign board that says Golden Tulip Shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes or so. The room itself is pretty sterile, no safe, and a partial kitchen. The free breakfast has a lot of choices, so you're likely to find something you like. It's served buffet style in the main building. The metro is right outside the hotel, so easy transport via subway is available. Subway maps are easy to read, and subway is very clean and safe.

Used hotel to stay the night before a morning flight instead of paying for another night in Seoul which would have been more expensive. Chose this hotel because of the advertised free shuttle. Given a ticket for the shuttle at check in. Shuttle was organized and indeed free so this hotel served its purpose. Advertised as a 12 drive to Inchon Airport, but actually takes up to 35 min to get to terminal 1. Ran hourly.

The shuttle box (pre-reserved) was already full when it arrived at the airport. They said another one would come in 15 minutes. It arrived 25 minutes later. When I got to check in, there was only one person checking people in (slowly) and when I tried to use the self-check in terminal, it would not accept my credit card.

Easy touchscreen checkin, no human necessary. Same for checkout. But there is little staff present except the cleaning folks on the room floor. Had a question or two, but found no one accessible to ask. Otherwise excellent hotel, extremely convenient right next to Unseo station with an airport shuttle (although be sure to reserve it in advance).

Relativ einfaches Zimmer, kein Service z. B. Bar nach 22:00. Das ist für ein Flughafenhotel eher schlecht/ungewöhnlich

Airport shuttle terminates at 1030 pm, our flight arrived late approximately 1000 pm. So no shuttle which was why I booked this hotel.

This hotel has the potential to be very good except that it shows its age in many ways & basically doesnt feel clean. Our shower leaked into the adjacent toilet area. Carpet & bathroom floor didnt look clean. Room was very spacious, 2 queen beds large acreen tv, excellent shuttle svc. Its location is.good -- eating/shopping places close by. For 1 nite it was okay... dont know if i wld stay longer. Price was reasonable!

Aircon wasn’t working, bathroom sink was clogged and found some hair on my bed. Did not complaint at reception as I was only there for one night. Reception staff was not very helpful, I was not told my room number and had to figure out by other guests around me. Breakfast was weird, I was having breakfast while a conference was happening at the same time

We’ve stayed in this hotel for the 7th time. It’s comfortable and convenient. However i am disappointed by the lack of cleanliness on this trip.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very conveniently located. An excellent choice of you want to stay near Incheon Airport.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast

部屋のグラスなど置いてあるカウンターに雑巾が置いてあった。生乾きで臭い臭いを発している。洗面所には、陰毛が何本も落ちており、洗面器付近にもあったので使用するのも嫌だった。早朝出発だったのでクレーム入れて時間を取られるのも嫌なのでそのまま宿泊したが、次は絶対泊まらない。

The room was an ok size. Many weird designs that made the room not as user friendly. Bathroom and some areas of the room could have been cleaner. The staff was generally ok. Not super smiley or friendly, the standard cold Korean service is expected. Good location to shop and eat.

The two double room was clean and spacious.

Reception not very friendly or welcoming, but room was good size and comfortable beds. Bad side is the rooms are noisy, train sounds and also from other adjoining rooms. Area very convenient for airport and lot of restaurants and shops close by

I could not sleep at all due to very cold room temperature. I requested to check the room temperature but it was the same. I set 30c.degree but 23 degree after 8hours and 25c.degree 10 hours later by checking technician. This was very terrible staying in this hotel.

Just stayed overnight during transit. We received welcome tea coupons, water etc. Rooms were huge. For $140 we got 2 bedroom apartment with 4 beds. Great value! Breakfast coupons were provided but unfortunately we had to leave at 5am so missed the breakfast. There were convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel and seemed like a good location. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Thanks!

Close to the airport and train/metro. Staff could be friendlier and less dependent on the app, especially with many international guests. Shuttle needs advance booking and drop off route is tricky. Drink coupon hours also inconsistent. Walls are very thin — I lost a night of sleep from a person literally snoring next door through paper thin walls.

Clean huge room; airport shuttle; laundry; convenient; close to everything

レジデンスタイプの部屋で、広くて綺麗でした。ただ、シャワーしか無いのは残念でした。

The free airport shuttle was the selling point when we booked as our flight was 9+am flight. The welcome coffee / tea were good after traveling all the way from Myeongdong and Seoul stations. The only problem was that the room aircon shot up to 27 degrees in the night and we had to wake up to change the wind speed to the fullest.

The room was spacious but we had no ac. The manager had to bring in fans to help keep room cool & that didn't work. The room was still hot at 77, hard to sleep when room is so hot. They do offer a free airport shuttle but even that was horrible experience. We told the driver that we need to go to Terminal 1, in fact everyone in the shuttle needed to go to Terminal 1. There was no one in the vehicle that needed to go to Terminal 2 but we went to Terminal 2 & sat there for 5 minutes before proceeding on to Terminal 1. And to top it off we told him we needed Terminal 1, door 4 but he dropped us off at the very end of Terminal 1 at door 13. Huge inconvenience to all 7 passengers onboard the shuttle. They had so many people that were going to the airport at 2 pm that they had to bring in another shuttle. And the shuttle that left 2nd got to the airport before us on the 1st shuttle. Guess he took the long way plus the unnecessary stop at Terminal 2. Even the hotel lobby is hot. Check out is 12 noon so we sat in lobby to wait for the shuttle & played dominoes but lobby was even uncomfortably hot. The only other good thing about this hotel is that it is close to subway station.

The male concierge at night wasn’t helpful at all. Reluctant to answer questions. The shower does not have curtains and doors, flooded the bathroom floor easily after a shower. King bed is just putting two beds together.

clan and spacious rooms. staff was hardly present at the front desk, was hard to get early check in and with hourly rates for early check ins even when rooms were available, no attendant at luggage storage and it was open for all.

Absolutely satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean, service was excellent with friendly staff. Golden Tulip will always be my go when I come back to S Korea. Everything you need is close and the complimentary airport bus service is a welcoming bonus

Hotel was good for 1 night stay. Location was good, lots of restaurants very close by and right next to train station. We had to wait an hour for shuttle and then it took 30 mins from terminal 2 to hotel. Return was quicker. Next time I would try getting train. Hotel is self check in kiosk. There were staff behind counter but they were unhelpful when we had an issue. Our name has an apostrophe, this does cause us issues at times. Could have been a language problem but he was not keen to help. Once we sorted the problem ourselves everything else was fine. We did get 2 vouchers for cafe drinks which we used next morning for coffee.

Room condition is okay, but needs some cleaning. And staff needs to improve communication. There were 2 staffs, young one was so means not answering the questions. Old staff was good and tried to solve the issue. / I had a key issue that not even opening the room. I have changed the key three times but the key still did not work at all. And I was about to cancel the reservation. Finally the old staff helped me./

Just steps from Unseo Station. Very convenient to Incheon Airport

Firstly, the location is great. Right next to exit 1 of the train station, with a CU convenience store attached (24hr and self-service if not staffed). The eating options in the immediate area are good, and the options within short walking distance are incredible. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was a little frustrating as they insisted we use the automatic check-in, but I didn’t see anyone successfully have the key dispensed. Breakfast was worth the money, and the free shuffle service was a bonus (take note that it drops you off at arrivals when you leave, which is fine). Overall I was very happy with the stay, and will look to stay again, but perhaps 3 nights next time to explore more restaurants.

Airport shuttle available or you can ride AREX train from the airport. Downstairs is $10 bar with all unlimited wine with cheese crackers plate. (The plate is limited to 1 time). Convinient store on 1st floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants on walking distance. Lotte Mart with Instant rax free across the street and don't miss Daiso store near!

Nice hotel with convenient and reliable shuttle bus from and to the airport. Located in a nice area, close to the subway station and shops.

Airport shuttle, timely and convenient, make shuttle arrangements at least 24 hours before departure, and be aware of which terminal. The subway is directly across the street from the hotel. You do need cash for the subway, so get US dollars exchanged (quite frustrating to say the least). For a quick meal, several options are within walking distance.

駅からも近く、とても綺麗でした。シャワーの水圧が強くて良かったです。シャトルバスもちゃんと乗れました。周辺に飲食店だけではなくオリヤン、マート、DAISOがあるので買い物には困らないです。早朝便を利用するならちょうどいいです。ただソウル市内まではかなり遠いのでソウルで目一杯遊びたいのであれば不向きかもしれません。

We had an excellent experience right from the time we were picked up by the shuttle until we were dropped off at the airport! The shuttle to/from the airport was prompt and convenient. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. We LOVED the abundance, quality, and variety of the breakfast buffet--from western to Korean, there was everything you could want. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The hotel is also located right beside a train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable--really nothing to complain about!

Perfect for a final night before heading to the airport. The hotel is ideally located across from the AREX station. Lots of places to eat and shop closeby. Airport shuttle is a major plus. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Great location close to Incheon airport and railways.

No beer before 6PM Absolutely no check in before 3PM and kind of unfriendly. No restaurant that we could find. Electric outlets were broken and two lamps didn’t work.

A really convenient stay after arriving at Incheon airport. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast and close to station for easy travel into Seoul.

모든것이 훌륭했습니다. 해외를 매년 오가면서 출국전날 인천공항근처 하루 꼭 머무는데 방문했던 곳중 가장 마음에 듭니다. 아침식사는 정말 놀라울정도로 퀄리티가 좋았구요. 무료셔틀서비스도 좋았고 역과 가까워서 교통도 너무 좋습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 정말 만족스러웠습니다.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son service de navette gratuite et son restaurant, dans la mesure où nous arrivions d’Osaka tard le soir et repartions tôt le lendemain matin pour Paris. Or la navette n’est programmée qu’une fois par heure, au lieu de venir vous chercher comme c’est le cas ailleurs. Notre vol arrivant à 19h30, c’était trop juste pour celle de 20h15 et comme nous n’allions pas attendre 45 mn dans les courants d’air celle de 21h15 (la dernière d’ailleurs/tant pis pour les vols tardifs), nous avons dû prendre un uber. Le check-in est assez désordonné, car il y a en fait 3 comptoirs de 3 hôtels différents au même endroit (ils se partagent visiblement la tour). On est supposé le faire seul sur une machine, mais cela ne fonctionnait pas et le réceptionniste a finalement dû le faire manuellement. La chambre elle-même était vaste et très propre, bien que pas parfaitement insonorisée. En revanche, lorsque nous avons voulu aller au restaurant (pourtant indiqué dans l’ascenseur), impossible de le trouver. Nous sommes allés demander dans le lobby et l’employée du bar a été incapable de répondre (son anglais étant en outre minimal) et finalement, le réceptionniste nous a appris qu’il n’y en avait pas. Or c’était clairement indiqué dans le listing sur Hôtels.com et dans l’ascenseur. Nous avons dû aller dans le quartier, où l’offre est plus que médiocre. Pour comble de malchance, j’ai attrapé une intoxication alimentaire et ai été malade pendant tout le vol le lendemain.
