Beautiful property, but it was very inconvenient to go to the indoor pool from Ocean tower. There was no direct access and we had to walk around the shopping area to go around the building to enter.

호텔 컨디션 너무 좋고 쇼핑몰 같은거 많아서 좋긴 했는데 그 큰 건물에 수영장이 코딱지 만한게 이해가 안감. 아무리 스플래시베이가 있다고 해도 두개 성격이 다른데 코딱지만한 수영장에서 인간들 너무 많아서 병걸릴것 같은 느낌

다른건 모두 만족합니다. 실내 수영장을 이용했는데 수영장 물이 너무 뿌옇더라구요. 물 입수하기전 이용객들 필수 샤워를 더 강조 했으면 좋겠어요. 화징도 안지우고 이용하는 사람도 봤어요

화장실청소 재대로 되어있지 않았으며 ( 입실했을때 화장실에 전 팀이 버리고간 아이 기저귀가 그대로 있었음) 쿠션이 많은데 쿠션에서 쿱쿱한 냄새가 나며 침구류에도 바닥 카펫 먼지가 많이 붙어있었어요 , 투숙을 해보니 객실상태나 이동동선이나 투숙객에게 너무 불편하게 되어있으며,, 무박으로 11시정도 가서 점심먹고 구경하다 오는걸 추천드립니다.

욕조와 세면대 머리카락이 있었고, 먼가 화장실쪽으로 물비린 냄새가 났습니다.. 냄새에 민감한편도 아닌데 신경쓰였어요, 게다가 뷰는 쓰레기장 뷰를 주셨어요.. 성수기라 그렇다 쳐도 숙박비용이 저렴한 가격도 아니었는데, 청소상태부터 방 배정까지 정말 별로 였습니다. 근처 다른 호텔에서 숙박 후 넘어왔는데 너무 비교되게 안좋았어요 ㅠㅠ 오션타워는 웰니스클럽 가는 길너무 멀고 복잡해서 항상 숙박하면 수영장과 피트니스 이용하는데 너무 멀고 길 찾기도 힘들어서 이용 못했습니다. 점심시간엔 사람 너무 많아서 왠만한 식당 다 대기 1시간입니다.. 결국 1시간반 전에 점심 먼저 먹으려 이동 했는데도 대기때문에 밥도 못먹고 스플레시베이 입장.. 스플레시 베이는 아직 슬라이드 운영 안함.. 심져 내부 스넥바에 한강에서 파는 라면과 전자레인지용 핫도그, 소떡만 팔아서 정말 충격 이었습니다. 호텔에서 운영하는 물놀이장이라고 하기에는 전체적인 시설이나 시스템, 운영등이 정말 너무 별로 였구요, 시설전체 운영도 아닌데 구명조끼도 유료였구요, 제가 묵은 오션타워는 수영장 전체가 너무 멀고 심져 방도 한층에 60개가 넘는데 가장 끝방을 주셔서 아주 계속 걷기운동만 하다 왔네요.. 엘베가 중간이 아니라 끝에만 있어서 끝방에 배정되면 정말정말 멉니다.. 복도가 카펫이라 캐리어도 잘 안밀리는데… 주변에 다른 좋은 호텔이 많아, 절대 다시 갈것 같지는 않네요 호텔방에서 보이는 쓰레기장 뷰 바깥 풍경 추가합니다

We only stayed here for one night before our flight out of incheon but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are luxurious. We stayed in a business twin room with two queens and were so impressed. The amenities within the hotel and all the extras in place make this more than a hotel; rather an experience. Highly recommend.

Rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. Staff and service a bit lacking for foreigners. Doesn’t communicate well or efficiently. Also hotel is massive so using elevator to access room during checkout (11am) and checkin (4:00pm) is painfully slow slow slow. Waited 20 minutes the first time since we were new to this resort.

Free shuttle bus from airport, friendly and helpful staffs. Got help with our suitcases from the bus to delivering it to our room. New hotel, so everything was big and clean. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Bought waterpark admission as did not pick the package, they gave me discount for it. I was also able to store our luggages while we go around Korea.

The property was fantastic in quality, cleanliness and entertainment/food options. It's near the airport so convenient for those laying over as well. The check-in service was not welcoming nor helpful. I was coming from the port and my cruise ship had been delayed for one day due to foggy weather in port. It was also my birthday and I had requested services at spa in advance however, there was no acknowledgement. Very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly, check-in was insane waited almost whole hour to check in, if you can make it go early. Lots to look around before checking in. Splash park was fun for the kiddo. Food was good Overall worth it! We only stayed for a night before leaving Korea. Would been nice if it was more than a night! Added breakfast and it was the best!!! So much better than all inclusive in Mexico 😂

I loved the room..It's big and spacious. Bigger than in pictures..I was pleasantly surprised. The ONLY negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the check-in. I arrived in a taxi..When I arrived and my escorted from the taxi the concierge asked which tower I was in. When I told him Ocean Tower, he explained that was the furthest one, handed me my luggage and gave me directions. I got so lost, it was another customer who ultimately helped me find where to go. I think there should be concierge at the main lobby to take customers to the Ocean Tower as well. That seemed a little rude to me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I would definitely recommend.
