仁川空港からバスで5分の場所にありT1.T2の送迎も無料です。ホテルの外には何もありませんがホテル内にコンビニもありコインランドリーやジム、サウナもありました。ホテルのエントランスはお花のディフューザーのいい匂いがして広くてとてもきれいです。トイレとシャワーも別でベットもふかふかでした。仁川空港に行く為だけに泊まるには最高のホテルです。

The hotel is close to the airport, so there really isn't anything nearby, though the hotel does have a convenience store and a restaurant on the premises. There is some construction going on close to the hotel, which blocks part of the sidewalk between the airport shuttle and the hotel. As for the hotel itself, I really enjoyed it, and it highly recommended if you are only staying a night or two.

This hotel was fine for a short layover. It’s five minutes from Terminal 2, has a free shuttle (although does not run 24 hours). We arrived after the shuttle stopped for the night but found it easy to get a cab. The driver accepted credit cards so we didn’t need to get cash for our layover. The room was fine, small but well organized. We had no issues with noise and slept soundly. Two small complaints—the bar was supposed to be open until 11 but closed early and the TV only had Korean channels (I called the front desk to confirm). Since this hotel caters to international travelers I would think that having a bar open a bit later and a few TV channels in other languages would be helpful. There was a small market off the lobby that sold beer, wine, snacks, toiletries, etc so we up buying drinks and snacks there. I would stay here again for a short layover given the convenient location and comfortable room.

It’s hard to reach the hotel with their shuttle bus services. No service in the early afternoon for three hours. Usually they have hourly service only. You have plenty of time to kill in the airport. They are certainly closer to T2 than T1. In that sense, they can call themselves T2. They are actually in the middle of nowhere, facing long term car parks, away from terminals.

全体的に施設も部屋も綺麗で快適でしたが、洗面の排水が詰まったため外して見たところ清掃がされていないようでした。またシャトルが1時間に1本で、昼時は全く出ていない為とても不便でした。結局一度も乗ることができずに毎回タクシーを使っていました。Uberアプリは空港と近過ぎて認識せず配車出来なかったため、フロントでタクシーを呼んで貰いましたが、空港まで一律の金額になっているようでアプリでの支払いよりもかなり高くなります。

The room had a leftover towel left on the top of the shower glass. The sauna and bath area was an extra charge which I had to pay for. The instructions I got for the hotel shuttle were wrong. Wasted a bunch of time. They have a shuttle that comes and goes from each terminal. The note I posted didn’t have that information.

Airport shuttle a little tricky to find. They give a long email but a simple map would have made it easier to locate pick up point 3C in T1. Our room was clean and spacious. But we could hear planes landing/taking off through the night which suggests soundproofing is lacking. Also the desk chair scrapes when moved and we could hear it in other rooms.

フロントの方が最高の笑顔で迎えてくださいます。非常に丁寧な接客で安心できます。トリプルを利用しましたが、お部屋も大変広くダブルシンクで、洗面所のスペースも非常に広くて快適です。夜は扉を閉めれば洗面所が見えないようになります。タオルもたくさん置いてくださいましたし。とにかくベッドが気持ちよかったです。仁川空港からはほんとに10分ぐらいで着きます。私たちはUberを頻繁に利用しました。非常に寒かったですので、ウェルカムドリンクもあったかいコーヒーが飲めて嬉しかったです。また、お世話になりたいと思います。

Good size room and clean. My only nag is that the aircon was switched to heating and it’s not cold enough yet for that to be on so the room was stuffy and we had to open window and that was noisy. Please ensure aircons are left for the person who is paying for the room to adjust to either heating or cooling as we are not all born with same thermostat. The shuttle to and from airport a great perk. Not much around the Ibis but there is a emart in the lobby and a restaurant if you desire.

Staffs were great. Very helpful. Breakfast staff were awesome, food was good quality. The only thing need to be improved is air circulation in the hotel room. Somehow I was told there’s no A/C this time of year? late Oct. The front seat staff sent a desktop fan to my room. However there’s a timer in the fan, max settings were 3hrs. So I was woken up every 3hrs to turn the fan on. The room window couldn’t be open unless emergency. If there’s no fan the room has no air circulation. It gave me headache. Hope the manager/management changes the no a/c policy in OCT.

Didn’t like that there was no door to the bathroom for privacy. First stay the electronic plugins did not work well because they were worn out or damaged making it difficult to charge our devices. The second stay however was an improvement. Room service food was delicious and delivered timely. We had a room upgrade but there was no room for our open suitcases and had to use the bed which was inconvenient. Enjoyed the robot delivery to our room!

Very noisy. Understand it’s an airport but just stayed in an airport hotel in Europe and I couldn’t hear a thing. Room was too hot. Minimum temp for AC was 25c wouldn’t stay here again in all honesty.

The hotel shuttle was harsh on my parents check luggage and they broke the wheels. I tried to talk with them and ask for compensation but they said they cannot do anything about it but to call the shuttle service. Like how? It’s their hotel shuttle and we are foreigners. At the end they just said they’ll email us so we have to drag a big suitcase around the airport without any wheels. As of right now, there is no closure on how they want to solve this or compensate us. And mind you this is a new suit case.

It's very strange that Uber pick up from this hotel was blocked and we couldn't get a Uber taxi while the front desk was happy to call us a Uber taxi for double the price, seems like a scam. They also messed up our breakfast reservation, only able to correct it after triple check... Will avoid in future.

Most impressive thing to us was the friendliness and courtesy show by both the front desk team and the room service team. Property was clean, updated and with easy transportation option (shuttle and affordable taxi) to the aiport. The bed was a bliss. The area itself is quiet at the remote location but still within airport property on the way to T2. However, transportation is not as great as hotels near T1 as there is no bus traveling between the hotel and T2 and the nearest airport bus stop is not very near (if you have luggages). Besides that, it is my favorite option when I have to fly through ICN.

Very close to the airport and very convenient if you have a long layover and need a place to sleep. Very clean and they have separate shuttles to terminal 1 and terminal 2. Free airport shuttle is available from 5 AM-10:30 PM for drop-off/pickup at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, and from 5 AM-10:45 PM for drop-off/pickup at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2. If your flight arrives at 10:30PM, you will need to take an uber taxi to the hotel which is about 5 minutes away. Cannot walk to the hotel from the airport. Shuttle to Terminal 1 (25 minute ride) leaves every hour, on the hour. Shuttle to Terminal 2 (5 minute ride) leaves every 30 minutes.

Hotel location near Terminal 2 and the reliable shuttle service were much appreciated. Room was small but serviceable. Our biggest dissatisfaction was the lack of a restaurant that offers a la carte options rather than being forced into a voluminous and expensive buffet. We wanted a light meal and consequently went without dinner and breakfast. Because of that, we will seek another hotel on our next transit through Seoul.

The hotel sent detailed information about getting to the hotel. The checkin was friendly and efficient. The room was great, comfortable and clean. There was a large, well designed shower. Room service was delivered by a robot and arrived timely and hot. The room service food options were limited but. delicious. A full dining room buffet was also available. A small grocery/convenience store in the hotel was very convenient. Limo bus service was timely on the published schedule and readily available.
