So clean and modern, great location and service. All the staff spoke English and even the housekeepers were very kind, location is excellent . Downside is the common amenities are too small for the number of people in the hotel. Fitness room was busy but not too crowded but the pool was very crowded all the time and they required a swim cap which we did not have. Also the elevators are always crowded and slow . The pros far outweighed the cons and overall it was an excellent place to stay and great value for the price.

We did like everything about the hotel except for the pool. The outdoor pool was really super small, the picture is deceiving….only 4 chairs. It is also filled to the brim with kids. Which is great if you have them, but we were looking for a more relaxing pool situation.

Please note that pools and gym are closed every third Tue of the month. They sent me an email regarding this after the date I was able to cancel the booking. Wish the info was shared with me earlier as I would have booked another hotel.

호텔은 생각보다 작지만 깨끗하고 괜찮습니다. 바다전망 room에서 지냈는데 뷰는 환상적입니다. 방은 좋은데.. 로비에서 객실로 가는 엘레비이터 부족하여 한참을 기다릴 때가 많으며 체크아웃 시간에는 계속 만원이라 탈 수가 없는 수준입니다. 주차장 드나드는 통로가 좁아 운전 미숙자는 스트레스가 꽤 있을 것 같습니다. 주차장에서 로비로 올라가는 엘레베이터도 단 2개인데 매우 작아 한가족이 짐들고 타면 꽉찹니다. 특히 체크아웃 할 때 주차장 가는줄서야 합니다.

The housekeeping needs to be improved. The cleanliness of the room was below average. The bathroom amenities were poor, also, out of my 5 nights stay, the housekeepers only topped up once.

Overall quality was fine, but this is a 5 star hotel, so my expectations were a lot higher. The room was clean, but the road noise was quite high. The bathroom did not have ventilation so it always felt damp, and the shower spilled into the floor every time so it felt wet constantly. WIFI was disappointing as it lagged a lot, and the breakfast buffet was roughly $50 CAD, which is insanely overpriced.

It was ok. Just ok. I was expecting a 5 star feeling for the very expensive price paid. The room with partial ocean view on the 11th floor was very noisy. From 8am until late at night every day you can hear music blasting from a nearby pool bar. The view of the beach is not so big, instead you can see the people at the pool. If you expect to relax or read a book in the room forget it. I could only mask ot by playing Spotify on full volume at my iPad. I wish I had booked a cheap 3 star hotel instead if I knew it wouldn’t be a 5 star experience.

A very luxurious hotel in a premium location. The room was extremely spacious and the hotel had every amenity you could possibly need. The staff were also very professional. We will return to the Grand Josun Busan but for longer.

Amazing hotel on the beach at Haeundae. Room had partial ocean view, clean and spacious. Wished that the windows would open to enjoy the air outside. Room was a bit warm, temperature in the room did not change even though the setting was low. Other than that, it was an awesome stay!

Convenient location to stores, beach. Room was overall clean. My only complain is it was pretty loud at night from the street (I stayed at the top floor if that matters) so if you are a light sleeper, it might not be a great option.

The door staff assisting with transport are friendly and welcoming. Some female reception staff are not particularly friendly or helpful, perhaps due to language barrier/not feeling welcome towards foreign guests speaking English and have a dismissive attitude towards you due to this. Majority of staff are great, it’s just unfortunate that some are not as hospitable and friendly as one would generally expect from a five star property. Rooms modern although the shower over bath can make for the bathroom floor becoming quite wet, location fantastic close to many dining and shopping options.

Staffs didn’t even have common sense. Need more training. Room service was ordered since 8:30 is the last order then we went out for a while. Thought the foods would be placed inside the room. Was so shocked the foods not even covered were openly waiting us for more than an hour in the hallway!!! We ended up trashing the food. The staff said we should have notified when we are going out to them? Dnd sign was turned off. how absurd.. vip lounge had only cold foods. Bologna and instant cheese with opened chips.. Swimming pool staffs were rude and obnoxious. Without approaching politely, they mistakenly thought the swimming goggles placed in our bag were toys and tried to take it away??we were awfully shocked by their ill manners. Towels were filthy dirty, the windows are not sound proofed. You can hear all the engine sounds out in the streets even when we were placed in one of the highest floors. Three elevators were there but it was always!! always so tightly packed and unbelievably slow.. this property cannot be considered 5 star!!

The staff was amazing!! We had our 9 month old baby and they were so kind and accommodating. The turn down service was incredible - so clean, comfortable pillows, good shower pressure. We will definitely stay again next year.

The hotel was beautiful and in prime location just steps from the beach and the restaurants. Check-in was smooth and quick and the front desk was vey courteous. However the rest of the staff was hit or miss. The hotel has a lot of rules especially regarding their pool. Elevators were very slow and often full so we had to wait a long time especially in the am. The gym was nice with a beautiful beach view. Just note that Haeundae is 45 min-1hour away from all other attractions im Busan. jagalchi market, the villages, BFF, and even Busan train station is atleast 45 min away and takes much longer during rush hours. This hotel also seems like it caters to families with small children.

Excellent hotel with fantastic location right at the beautiful Haeundae beach. Good services in the hotel with an eMart, Starbucks and a very well equipped and maintained gym. This is definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed. If possible, try get one of the rooms with sea or partial sea view.

Right on the beach. Excellent hotel with a large breakfast buffet. Very close to local street market, and Busan Tower. Family friendly. The elevators are a little slow, but have some patience and you’ll be fine.

Overall nice hotel but it missed small details. I ordered American breakfast in room service and it came with spoon and chopsticks instead of fork and knife. And coffee with no cream or milk. Eggs were not salted and no salt and pepper came in. No many choices in the breakfast buffet. Distance between tables was close in both Aria and Palais de Chine.

This Hotel’s location is great! The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was exceptional! The amenities are all top notch but don’t even think about doing your laundry here. 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel was not even the issue, it was the 1.5 hour wash time and 2 hours dryer time that was terrible even if you are lucky enough to get your turn. The breakfast buffet was very good. They have a 24hr mart and a Starbucks in the hotel as well. Very convenient! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Do wish they have more garbage cans in the rooms. 1 was not enough. I do highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in Haeundae, near the entertainment district with its many shops and restaurants! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had one with a sea view) are large and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The wellness area with a Jacuzzi, indoor pool, Swedish sauna, and outdoor pool is simply fantastic. The extensive breakfast buffet, although a bit pricey, was fresh and delicious. We would definitely book the Grand Josun Busan on our next stay. Highly recommended – keep it up – thank you!

I love Korea’s hospitality! Grand Josun had great location, looked very modern and clean, and the bed just felt like you were sleeping on the cloud. I would give 9 out of 10! Only thing I have to mention is if your breakfast is not included then I would not recommend paying 60,000 won ($50) for their breakfast buffet as it was just okay, nothing too spectacular. Other than that, it was superb!
