No water available following 2 requests! Only one towel per person each day! No credit issued if you prepaid everything. It is as if you didn’t exist had to pay for everything as you proceeded. Terrrible hotel would not stay there again ! Terrible door service as you enter and exited the parking lot.

Staff are friendly but the 2020 refurb of the hotel did away with any acceptable form of personal storage in the rooms. No drawers, just open storage, some of which is very low to the ground. Rooms are small, and not soundproofed. As there is loud music over the weekend, that's not a good experience. Hotel also has no business center. Previous cozy bar was removed in refurb and replaced by cafe style bar which completely lacks character. Could be in a mall. Good safe parking available.

This hotel is a short walk (less than 1 min.) across the parking lot from the Wanderers Club conference center. The staff are very friendly, organized, and efficient. The restaurant is very good, and it opens early (630am) and closes late. My room was very clean, and the desk was large and good for working.

We were given a room that had 13 steps to go up to. No elevator no ramp. Unexpected. Very nice staff. Nice to have restaurant there. Minimal vegan options and nothing for breakfast but fruit. Unexpected as most places we have good have vegan options. Room super small.

I loved the propery, but the customer service was excellent. I am sorry that I cannot remember the young woman's name, but she went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling back to South Africa from the USA.
