Comfortable hotel with helpful staff, attending to issues such as no hot water in the room - immediately changed the room for another. Disappointed that they would not refund my last night stay at the hotel when I had to check out early; said it was hotel policy etc but that is always one used not to refund you when they can - that was the only negative aspect of my longish stay.

Cleaner walking into our room at 8 am past our bed and removing towels ! Cleaner charging phone in room & walking back in to retrieve it ! Reception struggled when there was a burst pipe suggested we get a bucket of water from the pool to flush the toilet ! No back up plan until I insisted they sorted out somewhere we could shower they said we could go to their sister hotel but the pipe did get fixed after some time. Nice place but staff need livening up.

Excellent establishment and great service from the staff. We had even experienced a water outage during my stay and arrangements were made to initially allow me to get ready at Courtyard Hotel Sandton and then transfer my booking there.

This is a safe and lovely property, directly across the street from a mall with all the necessary food options as well as the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop. Perfect locale! Great staff and beautiful grounds. The only complaint I have is that the bed could use an upgrade; it felt old and saggy and hard.

The hotel is well placed for tourists, so many restaurants and African craft markets, literally across the street. The Hop on Hop off tour bus is right there. The hotel itself is lovely, clean , super comfy beds and the staff is exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!!

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff, attending to issues such as no hot water in the room - immediately changed the room for another. Clean and good location for "Hop on Hop off" bus, or dinner. Since Johannesburg city is huge and not much friendly for tourists. We found it conveniently close to the big Rosebank mall with hundreds of restaurants. There is no breakfast included. There is a paid and expensive, we found the Breakfast is cheaper and better cross treet on the Rosebank mall.
