We only stayed one night but we would definitely stay again. Having laundry onsite was a big plus. The room was spacious and seemed like it had been recently updated. The staff were very friendly. The only small downside was the included breakfast which was not as hearty as the other included breakfasts we have has elsewhere. Over all a good experience..

I liked having the parking right in front of my door. It was great as we were there for a golf holiday and found it easy to load/unload clubs. It is older but clean and everything in the room worked as it should. We stayed for 6 nights and only had housecleaning once. When I enquired why our room hadn’t been cleaned the day after check in I was told they only clean every second day. Still not cleaned after second day and front desk didn’t know why it was missed. They did clean it the 3rd day and nothing on the 4th day. Talked with housekeeping and front desk on the 5th day in the morning and they said it wasn’t on the schedule. We explained it hadn’t been done but that didn’t matter. That afternoon I went and talked to the front desk and explained again how we got missed. She claimed it was due to them having so many check outs that week and how some days they were short staffed. Never offered me any money back or anything. She did come and change towels, garbage and the sheets. Won’t be staying there again.

We stayed here 5 years ago when it was called Canadas Best, and hated everything about it. We booked it this time not realizing it was the same building under a different name so we were worried we weren't going to enjoy it. It was a much better stay this time. The room was renovated and fairly clean, quiet, and easy safe parking. Breakfast is very limited though! No complaints!!!

I had a room next to the laundry, I was assured that it would not be used after 5pm, at 8pm I had to go and ask why it was still going, I turned in at 9.30pm at 10.30pm I awoke to people talking, it was staff in the laundry, i knocked on the door and it went silent. On the first morning I went to make some coffee, no part to hold the coffee, it took two days to get a new one.

Unfortunately this stay was a bust. I actually left in the middle of the night. Lobby is clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Rooms were terrible. First, the gave me room 213. I entered the room and closed the door. I looked and noticed that there is gap of over 1" under the door. I immediately thought that isn\'t good, as this is a motel and the door opens to the outside. Rodents could easily get in and out. I checked the floor along the wall near the door and sure enough there was mouse droppings. I was disgusted. I went over and picked up my stuff and went to leave and a mouse ran out from under the bed and exited the room under the door. I went down and told the staff and they were very apologetic and "upgraded" me to another room without a gap under the door. I had to leave and go to a conference dinner, and I wasn\'t back until around midnight. I started getting ready for bed, and decided to look for mouse droppings in my new room. None. I lifted the sheets back on the bed and had a look, and it was digusting. The bed definitely had not been changed from the last guest as there were hairs everywhere and dirt and what looked like sock lint. I checked the pillows and one pillow had a crusty (booger?) on it. At this point I just packed up my stuff. I called the staff to come and look, and they saw everything that I saw and again apologized profusely. I told them I am done and that I just want my money back. They agreed. Now I need Expedia\'s help.

Very poor condition. The bottom of the shower curtain was pink with mold, dirt on the window sill, air conditioner did not work, the floor made your feet black so we had to immediately put our shoes on, towels were paper thin and very small. The sink was cracked in two places. The website said breakfast was include but that was a joke.

I rented 3 rooms for my staff for the week. Upon arrival into the rooms, they found the sheets stained and bugs in the bed. After being told that nothing could be done, At the last minute 3 rooms were needed to be found elsewhere. Add insult to this ordeal, only a partial refund was given, even they were in the room for less than 30 minutes. I never leave reviews but this one was definitely required.

Our initial room had a running toilet which would’ve kept us up all night. There was also a sticky residue on the toilet seat so I asked for a new room. The front desk person graciously took me to look at another “upgraded” room (with kitchenette) first before switching. This room had black sticky stuff on toilet seat. The final room was okay. But the uncleanliness of the first two rooms didn’t give me confidence that our final room was spick and span. The beds were clean and comfy but there were spots on the walls, and one of our towels was dirty. The A/C machine was quite loud but we slept ok. Breakfast is VERY basic (toast, pastry, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt). An ant was on my cereal bowl. So for a quick overnighter this motel is fine but not worth the money (although I can say that for most hotels these days).

I believe we were upgraded to full kitchen with three beds! The three of us appreciated a queen bed all to ourselves on our road trip. Thank you. The motel is what it is, nothing fancy, but a good sleep. Comfy beds and quiet neighborhood.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a full-size fridge. The only downside was the noise that the air-conditioner made. It made it impossible to sleep so had to turn it off, which was unfortunate because it was so hot during our stay in Kamloops.

I paid for a room online through Expedia and showed up with my identification and proof of payment. When I couldn't locate my credit card, I asked the front desk about it. They told me they had no record of my payment and I asked for a refund. They advised me to contact Expedia directly. I'm upset about driving all that way to have to turn around and come back home.

I'm a regular visitor at this hotel as I have business in a near town. But this visit was very frustrating. Unfortunately the neighbouring room was occupied by drunk fighting teenagers yelling and making a total riot ALL night. I made multiple complaints to no avail. I had to spend 7 hrs the next day driving on almost no sleep !

We checked in pretty late after a 18 hr drive into a pet friendly room we have pets so we are aware of what pet urine smells like. We contact front desk and asked for it to be cleaned or to be moved the lady at the front said she would come and help us I waited up until four am she never arrived. I went in the morning again before leaving to a meeting. My room wasn’t cleaned again that day so I went at night finally was able to get my hands on a mop and cleaned it up myself. I at the end was able to talk to someone at check out about the issues we had they were super sorry that was our experience. They seemed to be under staffed at the time. Just be aware an kind when booking a pet friendly room. Other then that we had a pleasant stay

The entrance to our building was filthy as well as the floor of our suite. The breakfast was white bread and 2 types of dried cereal with coffee one day, so we ate somewhere else. The bed was clean and comfortable, but wouldn’t stay again.
