The room was quite disappointing. It was cold, outdated, and unclean, and did not resemble the images provided. Furthermore, the toilet had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests' departure.

The room was filthy. The bathtub was covered in dirt. The doors and walls were pretty much black from handprints. There was garbage behind the bed… the staff were nice during check in.

Didn't like the floors weren't vacuumed. There was a sock from someone before under first bed which had a round stain on comforter which looked to be blood. Room was very dated. Walls were a bit dirty with marks which looked to be blood.

Unfortunately the sheets were stained and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I wanted to give this property a second chance, and unfortunately once again, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Dirt, debris, and smears.

Filthy. I was there to sleep and that is all. The bedding seemed clean so we stayed. The room itself was filthy.

Pictures on line are nice. Damages that not properly repaired and cleanliness was minimal. Grease and dust inch thick in bathroom ceiling vent, bathroom door does not shut, scraping and marks on walls and doors, cob web bathroom light, baseboards in bathroom and bedroom dusty, remote sticky, urine on comforter. Mini fridge freezer inch thick of ice. Just not a reputable place I would record to anyone and would not stay there again.

Very rough and run down and noisy. Windows don’t close. Can see light under front door, bathroom was a little updated but rest of the place is from the 50s with rotten windows…

Window over door had no curtain and outside light shine into room at night. Difficult to sleep.

The air conditioner in the room is too noisy.

Good location easy access off Hwy 1 but there’s no internet in room 116. Brought it up to the staff but nothing they could do other than reset it which didn’t work.

It was ok to stay for one night…i was not so happy because the heating system was not working properly and noisy and no heating in bathroom ( we had -20 outside)Hair dryer was not working. Room was clean and Bed comfy

The bedroom is a separate room from the lounging area. And it has a full fridge and kitchen. The bathroom is clean and updated

This was a great hotel for the price. The hotel and furniture were a little dated, but the room was very clean. The bath was redone and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! Thank you and will return again.

Our room was located right by the highway so it was noisy all night, otherwise everything was very good.

Party and noise outside our room until after 2 am the first night. Went out for the day and came back to unmade beds and dirty towels--no housekeeping done. When I told them they said unless we ask for housekeeping it does not get done. We were not informed of this policy and any motel we have ever stayed at always automatically does housekeeping. We left a day early and they would not even give us and type of refund for this disaster

Checked in with ease. Found the first night a bit noisy with a busy roadway in the front of the complex. The manager graciously looked after a booking mixup for the second night and we were relieved. Had breakfast at the restaurant in the complex which was excellent. Would stay again can’t go wrong with the price. This is for housekeeping to put 1 fitted sheet and 1 regular instead of 2 fitted sheets, thanks.

I was traveling from the lower mainland to central Alberta and needed to stop part way as it was too long to drive while I was recovering from a surgery. The service was amazing as they helped unload my luggage from my car upon arrival and reload the next morning due to my recovery conditions. Highly recommend

Worst. We booked a family room with occupancy of 5. Our check in time was 3 pm but we decided to check in late at around 10 pm. Since we made the reservation 2 months in advance, we were sure we have a place to stay and had no hurry to check in. The receptionist called at 6 pm (3 hours after scheduled check in) to inform that our room is not available and he can’t do anything. After requesting so many times that we have no other place to go with a family and a baby, the receptionist offered 2 rooms which will have an occupancy of 5 combined but I would have to pay double the price. What nonsense is that. I made a reservation 2 months in advance. If the hotel can not provide the room that I booked they must provide an alternative arrangement without any extra charge. But that guy just did not agree. At 10 pm with a baby and old parents. we had no choice but to do what he said and paid him what he offered. I also showed him that the room that he was offering me was listed online for $34 less per room per night than what he was demanding. I told him either offer the same price or I will make the reservation online right away. But he said, he won’t accept an online booking and i will have to pay on the counter and book my rooms at the price he is asking or I have to leave.

Quick check in . Front desk people were really accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean . They called me in the room after i checked in to make sure if i am finding everything good . Will stay here again .

The front desk guy was very rude.

Arrived to be told the key coding machine for the door key cards was broken so I had been transfered to a hotel 5 minutes away. I went to the other hotel to find they had no idea who I was. They found a room and as I was paying the security deposit I asked if the room matched the room I had paid for, they said no it has one less bed. I was traveling with 2 friends and had booked accordingly based on having 3 beds. I was then told to call the first hotel to complain. When calling I was told sorry we can give you a refund… I had just driven from Vancouver and by this time it was 10.30pm. I said that’s not what I want to happen and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then told me she can open the room with the master key but we can’t come and go…. It’s 10.30pm …. Why was I not given this option in the first place instead of wasting an hour of my time. Very poor service. A refund to compensate would be appreciated.

The front desk lady (Raman) is unprofessional, unhelpful and blatantly rude. She said that she is the supervisor which is shocking. We had a car break in and for some reason she could nonchalantly say that nothing ever happened, very weird.

Excellent little motel close to downtown Kamloops located in a quiet residential area. Outstanding value as my room was well equipped and super clean. I did not encounter any issues and was thoroughly impressed.

Convenient location but on noisy road, however, accom did not honour $7 per person breakfast as on paperwork/website. Room very tired & basic and bathroom door would not shut.

Quiet and affordable. 2 km from downtown so easy drive or walk.

Parking is self reliance. The staff dont look friendly . While bookinh from Exepedia, it showed breakfast,but the hotel staff denied and did not provide breakfast. Not fit to stay with family and young kids.

Very basic motel in a good location. Some general supplies. (usually found in rooms like a hair dryer) were lacking.) Beds comfortable. Some aspects of room could have been cleaner and updated. The restaurant on property was good and convenient for breakfast and lunch

The voucher that you are offered is not free. The charge for it is $7 per person - added to your bill.

Room was clean. BUT Advertised as "free breakfast" but was told by desk clerk I would have to pay.

Needed to recuperate after a hospital visit. Staff accommodated room change request to avoid stairs. Nice park down the road for a gentle walk. Kirsten’s Hideout (restaurant in hotel) is a breakfast and lunch place popular with locals.

The room was clean, comfortable a little bit dated I would return and stay again. Price is quite reasonable for what you get. No breakfast. Little café right beside the hotel in the same parking lot called hideout breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

At the time we booked we were under the impression that breakfast was included but this was not the case. The motel office looks run down. There were stains on the sheet that could not have been missed by housekeeping and we had to ask for clean ones. Headboard and other furniture was damaged. AC and fridge were very noisy. At least the room itself seemed to be clean. Photos on the website make both the motel and room look much better than they actually are. The price that we paid was definitely not worth it and we wouldn’t book again.

A very easy one-night stop over, who allowed us to check in late and very quickly remedied a need for us to change rooms. Onsite cafe was also great for breakfast.
