Hotel is old but well maintained. Staff were great at the front desk and in the restaurant. Rooms are very old but again clean and maintained. Outdoor pool is barely heated and no hot tub on site which I should have checked first.

The pool really was the highlight of this trip. It is quite large and features a deep end of around 3 metres, which is great for being able to stay away from some of the younger kids in the shallows. The restaurant also provides bar/food service to guests on the ample loungers around the pool which allowed for a relaxing albeit inebriated experience. The area around the hotel is very walkable as there are many restaurants and shops but there is a large homeless population around the hotel which makes it a little sketchy. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, we went for the August long weekend and some guests spent the nights partying (which good on you, life is tough and you deserve it!) but being an older hotel the walls were pretty thin and I felt like I was partying along with the other guests although I was actually in my bed trying to sleep (bring ear plugs). If you want a clean, cozy, relatively inexpensive hotel, with probably the best hotel pool in all of Kelowna, “Coast” into this hotel today!

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Service at this hotel is always excellent and we are repeat customers. Poolside rooms are a treat, although the “little gates” From the balcony don’t open so you still have to walk into the building to get to your room. That’s a shame. We enjoy the resort like feel of the pool area and the excellent bar service.

The hotel is great. Clean, friendly staff and some lovely amenities. The restaurant is great - the prices are very fair. The gym is fantastic - it has a stairmill, a wide variety of weights and space to workout. The one kicker is that access to the gym and pool isn't open until 8 am - which is hard if you are early riser and want to get a workout in before 8 am.

The pool area is great and well-maintained. However, be aware that the ground floor units do not have direct access to the pool, which was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was below expectations..we found both long and short black hairs in the bathroom and on the pull-out couch.

Not only did the bed not even have a duvet cover on it to hide the fact that there were a ton of gross stains on it- but the bathroom had hair all over the shower and sink upon my arrival. I stayed because there weren’t really any other options but never will go back

To be honest it’s a dated property, my sheet has small blood stains and a dirty towel was hanging like a fresh one. They did allow early check in but I had to switch rooms which was fine. All and all it was a comfortable stay

Everything was fantastic. Our only concern was the air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night or at 12am it defaulted to 23 degrees from 19.5 we had it set to, so it got a little hot in the room and disrupted our sleep patterns slightly. The room was so nice and still very comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Upgrades are needed to carpeting, bathroom sink fixtures. And room entry wooden plates. General furniture is very 70’s and although bedding and towels are clean, the drapes flooring, chairs and hides beds seem worn. The food and restaurant are very good. I would like to see turn down service and daily bathroom cleaning for this price. Pictures on the web are better than the property shows. Overall average to below. Friendly kind staffing.

Good hotel generally speaking, but we didn’t enjoy the air circulation in the room nor the bed. Air and temperature control was noisy and the temperature was not constant: too warm or too cold. The bed was too soft for us. Slept terribly for the two nights we stayed here because of these issues.

We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.

Beautiful hotel. But when we got there the air conditioning was turned off in rooms. The rooms were unbearable hot so we left for a few hours to let them cool off. They still had not cooked off by check out the next morning. It made for a miserable and hot not.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Coast Capri! The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit more outdated than expected and the mattress was a touch firm for us, but that’s just me being nit-picky. We still an overall great experience. The staff was wonderful, and Trevor at the front desk was super friendly and informative. It’s a prime location with lots of amenities! We will definitely be returning

We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and came this year for our anniversary. We have platinum status and were hoping for an upgrade, called 1.5 weeks beforehand and were told it wouldnt be a problem and to request when we checked in. When we chexked in we were told that it wasnt possible "its friday and we're full" quite rudely fine,all good, we understand that places get busy. But the way it was delivered was harsh. We were given a room that hasnt even been renovated yet,second hit. Then two days in we asked that the room be cleaned and beds made, when we returned from our day this had not been completed. They did provide us with tickets for free breakfast the next day which was appreciated.then today on a Monday, we asked for late checkout and was met with the same rude front desk man from check-in on friday, who stated "it is a high turn over day and we cannot accomodate you". There was never any attempt to make our stay special in the slightest from the front desk man. We will not be returning. For $700 for 3 nights we expected more.

Room roof started leaking water over night. When told the front desk we have a boat rental booked and now will miss it due to having to switch rooms and haul all our luggage and baby stuff to another room unexpectedly... maintenance staff actually had the audacity to say how is it the hotels fault. The room is leaking and so is that the customers fault?? We missed our morning due to this terrible hotel condition and they said sorry by giving us free breakfast vouchers in the hotel restaurant. Yeah because that makes up for a lost morning on what we had only come for a 3 day trip. Staff did not at all sympathize that we had a ruined day and a baby to deal with while trying to salvage our property and juggle moving it to another (much smaller) room after a rude 6AM awakening to leaking water in the roof. Never coming here again!

Property is tired and badly needs a refresh. Checked into hotel, air conditioning in room barely worked and was extremely loud. Complained to desk, moved us to another room, A/C was quieter but not very effective. On very busy street (Harvey) and a lot of homeless hang around the parking lots surrounding hotel. Pool is okay but crowded with limited seating. All and all will stay someplace else next time

For the price, I expected more. Front desk staff were neither friendly nor rude, they seemed to be just existing. Bathroom condition in the room was sub par. Wallpaper seams were split/peeling, the shower water diverter did not work properly & the tub drain was partially clogged. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was well maintained and easily accessible. Our server at Vintners, Marina was the best part of the experience. Friendly, polite and enjoyable to be around which created a great dining experience. Overall an averagely ok hotel stay for a fairly high price.

Hotel is great but bed’s springs were squeaky and made it impossible to sleep. I also don’t think it was queen size although I paid for it but double. Other than that the pool and restaurant was very very good.

Stayed at the Coast Capri in June, enjoyed it so much I came back in August. The staff were helpful, the breakfast is perfect and very affordable. Starts your day off on the right foot plus the pool is awesome. I walked to the beach every day, it’s about 20 minutes and very doable! If not, Ubers are cheap! Would recommend.
