Hot tub not working, pool dirty , wouldnt go in it if i was paid. Bad homeless situation. All over the neighborhoods and parking lot . Why are you charging 100 dollar deposit when you have my.mastercard on file when i arrive. Wasnt happy with whole situation really . Stuck in room 213 which is right beside breakfast room . 6 am big time noise from people coming . Motel was empty why stick us there . Again not happy with the situation at all

Super convenient for mid-road trip. Nothing fancy but we were not staying long. The pool was closed for maintenance (for 3 months) which was not advertised at time of booking. Worked out a partial refund the next morning with the manager - too bad it took us asking. Note: Stairs only to breakfast area.

When checking in I was unaware that debit wasn’t an option for payment but I had my money in that account but I had forgot my debit card at home so I had to e-transfer my partner but he had a limit on his and the guy made an annoyed “oh come on” he was very impatient. He was the only staff who was horrible, I asked for towels in the pool for the people that were still in there because I felt bad taking the last one and he make another remark. The room was okay, bed was soft and pillows too. The air conditioner worked which was great. One review mentioned there was Netflix and other streaming option but there was not in our room. Ice machine was broken. Washing machine (coin operated) broken. Breakfast was just muffins from what looked like Walmart. Coffee in are room was excellent! Keep in mind if your going into downtown Kelowna there usually a long wait in the morning and evening. Other staff in there were very accommodating excluding the over night guy. Also no debit machine there so you can’t take cash out for payment.

The carpet in our room certainly needs to cleaned. The rest of the room very clean but carpet disgusting. The front desk not always covered. Had to call to get someone to come to front desk. The same when we wanted to check out.

I was able to check in online ahead of my arrival, which was honestly about the only good part of the check-in process as I was met by a thoroughly unimpressed employee who in the minimum amount of time possible gave me two room cards informed me what time breakfast was and gave me vague directions to where it was located and sent me on my way. Once I got into my room, I found that it was dirty with potato chips, ground into the carpet and pieces of packaging from different wrappers between the bed and the couch and the bed and the nightstand. In addition, there were streaks of dirt up the bathroom wall and the bathtub faucet was continually dripping throughout my entire stay. When I spoke to somebody at the front desk about it, I was informed that housekeeping would be sent in tomorrow and that the manager was not in until Monday, and therefore they could not speak to them on my behalf. No other help or suggestions were given. The bed was relatively comfy, the room seem sort of dingy and needs an update and the air conditioner function quite well in the fact that it was cold but also sounded like a diesel truck idling at a traffic stop. Overall, I would highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Property halls were not kept up. Check-in time seemed lengthy. Walls very thin, lots of noise from 4am onwards. Baby heard crying at 5am. We chose because it was affordable but next time will step up to a Marriot type property.

Room was spotless. 2 different remotes to work the TV a little confusing but we were only there for one night so who cares. Staff were super friendly. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Price was right and I would definitely stay again when passing through. I’ve stayed at reasonably priced hotels in the past and swore I’d never do it again, but I did. This was definitely not in the same category. Highly recommend for quick stays.

I have travelled much and have had much experince with travelling and have NEVER seen duch a disgustingly dirty place even the walls were covered with all kinds of stuff but the bathroom especially I have to say was the worst I have seen outhouses or rest stops much cleaner and our room was I have no idea what the ehck is was suppose to be very hard to explain .The breakfast was laughable to say the least .white and wholegrain bread was available .some cereals ,yogurts, orange or apple juice and coffee.The only positive thing was one of the staff who was very accommidating to my late checkout because of my daughter getting released from hospital after a very major surgery .I have put my kids up in Super 8s before and have always been satisfied by their experiences and even myself from time to time .But this one needs to be deleted from your site .I wouldn't send a homeless person there .

I was in three different rooms. They need deep cleaning done! Security chains on doors, broken off of most rooms. I had to get the bathtub cleaned before I could have a shower.

Our room was clean and spacious. The pillows were a little bit oversized and firm. I guess we should’ve asked for size that we appreciate it. The staff at the front desk were very polite and respectful. Breakfast was basic and simple. Something to start your day. The coffee was good.

Great place to stay for a couple nights, Lots of food choices close by. Short drive to Kelowna. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Not a fancy hotel, a bit dated, but over all clean with friendly staff. will definitely stay there again

I stayed at the Super 8 in West Kelowna for 10 days to get my daughter settled in college. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was overall quite comfortable. Beds were firm and we got several pillows per bed that all felt a little different so we could choose which one we preferred to use. I liked that the toilet and shower were seperate from the sink so one of us could be showering while the other is putting on makeup. Unfortunately there was no luggage stand so bags either went on the bed or room had to be made on the desk if you wanted to take your clothes out unless you don't mind sitting on the floor. Also, i noticed that though beds are made everyday by the housekeeping staff, floors are not vacuumed so if you accidentally dragged sand in from the beach, they won't necessarily be cleaned up. Bring slippers so that you're not barefoot on the carpet. The Jade chinese buffet restaurant in the hotel was good too. I didn't partake in the continental breakfast but I had a look and it was the typical fare. The location is a little further from Kelowna proper but easy enough to get to with a rental vehicle and lots of free parking. It was about a 20-30 min drive to my daughter's school depending on traffic. I did notice a bus stop across the street from the hotel so you could potentially transit anywhere, I guess. The cost was reasonable for the peak summer months. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great to include continental breakfast. Housekeeping was friendly and willing to help out. Front desk staff wasn’t always there - waited 10 mins. on one occasion and on another occasion, didn’t complete requests when they said they would.

Our room was clean and spacious. The pillows were a little bit oversized and firm. I guess we should’ve asked for size that we appreciate it. The staff at the front desk were very polite and respectful. Breakfast was basic and simple. Something to start your day. The coffee was good.

When checking in I was unaware that debit wasn’t an option for payment but I had my money in that account but I had forgot my debit card at home so I had to e-transfer my partner but he had a limit on his and the guy made an annoyed “oh come on” he was very impatient. He was the only staff who was horrible, I asked for towels in the pool for the people that were still in there because I felt bad taking the last one and he make another remark. The room was okay, bed was soft and pillows too. The air conditioner worked which was great. One review mentioned there was Netflix and other streaming option but there was not in our room. Ice machine was broken. Washing machine (coin operated) broken. Breakfast was just muffins from what looked like Walmart. Coffee in are room was excellent! Keep in mind if your going into downtown Kelowna there usually a long wait in the morning and evening. Other staff in there were very accommodating excluding the over night guy. Also no debit machine there so you can’t take cash out for payment.

I stayed at the Super 8 in West Kelowna for 10 days to get my daughter settled in college. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was overall quite comfortable. Beds were firm and we got several pillows per bed that all felt a little different so we could choose which one we preferred to use. I liked that the toilet and shower were seperate from the sink so one of us could be showering while the other is putting on makeup. Unfortunately there was no luggage stand so bags either went on the bed or room had to be made on the desk if you wanted to take your clothes out unless you don't mind sitting on the floor. Also, i noticed that though beds are made everyday by the housekeeping staff, floors are not vacuumed so if you accidentally dragged sand in from the beach, they won't necessarily be cleaned up. Bring slippers so that you're not barefoot on the carpet. The Jade chinese buffet restaurant in the hotel was good too. I didn't partake in the continental breakfast but I had a look and it was the typical fare. The location is a little further from Kelowna proper but easy enough to get to with a rental vehicle and lots of free parking. Stayed for a week and will say this hotel met our needs. It’s in a good location (close to shopping, dining and gas stations ) and the price is reasonable. Breakfast was fine, although it would have been better if there were some gluten free muffins or bread. The warm pool was a nice touch too, although one night the water was sort of cloudy. Hot tub was great and the restaurant was convenient for dinner. That being said, there is some room for improvement in housekeeping. We stayed for a week but didn’t require fresh sheets everyday, however, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed at all, we ran out of coffee for the in room machine, and the bathroom wasn’t freshened up. The hallway carpet had the same crushed eggshell on it for the whole time. The area outside our window had old furniture discarded, so that wasn’t lovely. It would be nice if there was an outside seating area so patrons could enjoy the warm Kelowna evening. Overall we were satisfied with the property but there is room for improvement.

I'm not happy with Expedia about this reservation, but that being said, the property itself is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Lots of free parking. It's not close to any great shopping areas if you don’t have a vehicle. There is an excellent Chinese buffet restaurant practically attached to the Motel, and a very short walk to a small mall with a good pizza place, a liquor store, a Deli and a few other various shops.

Great place to stay for a couple nights, Lots of food choices close by. Short drive to Kelowna. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Not a fancy hotel, a bit dated, but over all clean with friendly staff. will definitely stay there again

A great place yo stay for a budget hotel it is very nice and well cared for. Transit to anywhere you want to go is across the street, great continental breakfast every morning, sll morning from 6am. Muffins, cereal, toast, eggs, waffles, etc. Quite impressed with the whole psckage deal with flight.

This hotel was great. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. I loved their breakfast especially the waffles which the guests make themselves. The boiled eggs were served warm (which is alway better than cold). The pool was clean. The parking lot was spacious. My only negative feedback is that we didn't have cable connection in our room. It was explained to us that it has been an issue that they have yet to resolve but are being looked at. Hopefully, they can find a solution to this. I would recommend this to anyone coming to the area, and would come back here again.

Breakfast is rotting fruit, toast, sugary cereal and yogurt. My check in experience was with a gentleman who seemed to never have worked the front desk before. He asked me to use my credit card for the incidental charges, which is normal, however i have him my card and ID upon arriving to which he claimed for a brief moment to not have it when the charge was being asked for. A bit sketchy in my opinion. The parking lot was well lit. The rooms are clean, but smelled terribly of cigarettes. For that i won't be back.

Checked in to ground floor room with broken window and vandalized screen. When asked to change rooms worried about ladies safety, front desk laughed and just said to call front desk if someone tries to get in. Second day window screwed shut permanently so no fire escape.

I travel for baseball and this was one of the best stays I've ever had. The staff was so helpful. It was so easy. They were so nice. I have a broken leg and I couldn't get upstairs to the breakfast. They brought breakfast to me everyday. I would stay here forever if I could
