We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Dilworth. It is centrally located and close to the rail trail which made cycling into the downtown very easy and enjoyable. The bathrooms are dated but clean. We used to hot tub which is again dated but clean. The free continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed and looks to have been closed for some time. I think that some sort of discount should be made when amenities like this are inoperable. We were looking forward to the pool and were somewhat disappointed to find it closed.

Dilworth Inn is very reasonably priced and the staff are great. Our room was clean and Dinu, who helped at breakfast was lovely. We didn’t have our room done every morning and getting clean towels was easy. The pool was closed and we were told that before we booked, so no complaints there. The carpet in our room was the only downside - definitely needed to be cleaned. For the price and location, no complaints at all.

Cheap but you can’t expect anything new or modern in this inn. Water was either too hot or too cold and was difficult to adjust to a temperature that was just right. To be asked to clean kitchen utensils after use was too much. Mattress was too soft. No elevator. Swim pool was not available to use.

Honestly it's a great hotel for the price. My only issue was I was positive they advertised a pool when I booked and it was very clear out of service for awhile and the hot tub was cold which was disappointing. Would love the breakfast to open at 6am but not that big of deal. If it wasn't for the pool and hot tub thing I would probably give it 4 stars

There was mold in the bathtub, corners, chipped sink, road noise, loud air conditioning units. The rating on Expedia for Best Western Pacific in Vernon and Dilworth were the same. There is no comparison. Dilworh should be a 5.

The bathroom light flickered and sometimes wouldn’t stay on. I couldn’t get the shower to stay a consistent warm temperature , so I showered in cold water. The mattress was very hard with no padding. The carpet on the stairs and the hallway was filthy. The staff was very polite and helpful, but the hotel itself was in desperate new of a good cleaning and coat of paint.

Breakfast menu was good. Room was spacious and bedi en very clean both mattress encased in a zippered sleeve. Street noise was much to loud. Furnishings were tired and the one in our room had seen better days The bathroom baseboards were dusty and dirty. Broken caulking around the tub. Patched holes on a wall. Some foreign matter had been lightly splashed on a wall, not cleaned by staff for a while We would not return. 2.5 star rating monkey.

Dated building. Run and toilet are yellow from the 1970’s. But everything clean and I’m working order. My room looks out onto a sun deck… not at the same level though. I would be looking at people’s feet. Can’t have curtains open due to this. And the window mount AC in the wall is locked on 71F. Can not adjust the cooling temp on the wall mount thermostat or on the AC unit itself. Not good. Would like colder at night. Can’t speak on the continental breakfast yet. I think a bit overpriced here but it will work for the night.

Being next to Harvey street, it’s a little noisy given the amount of traffic and we heard sirens at least three times last night. The facility is a little dated but very clean. The toilet had a slow trickle, not as bad as a dripping tap, but somewhat annoying nevertheless.

Spacious room could use a second chair as it only had one chair at desk and bed. Room was clean and bedding good. We were one of the few rooms that did not have a balcony so went outside to sit. (You have to ask for balcony which we didn’t know). Outside seating was very limited. Breakfast had enough to eat. Lots of busy traffic around so was loud but good access roads.

The carpet in the room was worn down, clean and functional just outdated. The staff was friendly. The hot tub was fantastic to relax in. The continental breakfast consisted of bread, croissants, bagels, peanut butter, jam, cream cheese, yogurt, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, apples, oranges, muffins. The location was fantastic. You could walk to restaurants or the Orchard Park Mall which is across the street. Overall, a great location, friendly staff and a comfortable stay.

The Dilworth Inn is my favorite place to stay when I travel through Kelowna. The staff is always very friendly and helpful ( good to see again C.!), the rooms always clean and the beds/pillows so comfy. I love that it’s walking distance to the Orchard Mall and surrounding restaurants. I highly recommend ! 10/10!

Customer experience is not good. On our second day, someone entered our room and did not lock our room. On our last day, when I was home, I saw an extra 58 dollar charge on my credit card. When I called, they said that I did not return the key. How was I able to check out? If I did not hand them the key, I should have seen the extra charge in my receipt. If someone misplaced the key, isn’t that their problem?I’m so pissed with the lady whom I speak to when she said I did not return the key as if she was so sure.

Right from check-in there was a sour attitude by staff, only encountered two staff members during my stay who were able to smile back at me when I said hello. Although we were told to request housekeeping when required, that seemed to not be an option as my stay went on. I ended up dealing with my own garbage and snagging toilet paper off the cart when I could. Rooms should be a fraction on the price based on cleanliness, poor hotel service staff, and lack of supplies. If they lowered the rates I would stay there again. Disappointing :-(

The only downside to this property is no elevator and as we were on 3rd floor it becomes more tiring each time you go up or down. All staff are very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located and very central to restaurants, shopping etc

You are right by the highway so get a bit of the noise from all the traffic. Easy to walk to a lot of different resturants, parking a breeze. Staff was great - told us to visit the Kangaroo farm & we did, one of the highlights of our trip.
