Staff was friendly and competent. The courtyard is a draw because it’s nice to sit out in the evenings. Place was clean enough although the carpets felt a bit gross. The shower in our suite was ridiculously small. If you have a bedroom, there is no airflow so you rely on the noisy air conditioning, but the location on the highway is loud so it’s loud no matter what. It would help to have some hooks on the walls for clothes and towels and bathing suits, etc. No one reads the pool rules so there were people in the hot tub in their clothes, which made the water really murky which was very unappealing. The breakfast is lack luster, thin greasy bacon, weird whole warm eggs(?), dry bread for toasting. The apples and oranges felt like they’d been sitting for weeks, not days. Lots of yogurt though, coffee beyond terrible. I feel with a little effort they could do a lot better.

Air con was hard to adjust, either too cold or too hot. Breakfast was none existant. We arrived at 8 and no muffins, no eggs, bacon and not replenished til around 8:30 or later. Pool didn't open until a guest asked at the front desk at 9:10

I liked the 2 king beds setting, however the shower stall was full of black mould and smelt bad. There were no towels after room cleaning on the second day, so we needed to get them from the front desk. I know it’s a 2 star hotel so I shouldn’t expect too much. I regret staying there.

I found bed bugs on both of my beds part way through my stay. Management's response has been pretty poor so far. The workers tried their best to respond to the situation as best as they could but they had to call their manager several times over the phone to get further guidance with each question I asked. This was because there is apparently no manager on duty on the weekends. I'm still waiting for a resolution with my issue and also had to contact the company's corporate office to try to get this situation resolved. If you don't want bed bugs, I would avoid staying here.

Overall hotel was okay. But the carpet in the room had some spots and spills that seemed like they couldn't be removed so it took away from the overall look and feel of the room. Carpets were also very dark...could have also been dirty. They probably need to switch to carpet tiles where damaged areas could easily be removed or replaced. Tiny shower as well, at least the room I had so might wanna ask about that if you are bigger person ;) I'm not too fussy otherwise, so I could deal. I'd say 2.5 stars.

I booked to stay only one night as me and my family were driving across Canada and decided to stay the night in Kelowna. The room we were brought to not only had dirty towels, but also an excessive amount of black mold in the caulking of the shower. Our tv remote didn’t work either so when we called to get that issue at least rectified, they told us they can send someone the next morning to fix it. We were leaving that next morning so the solution was pointless. After waiting 2 hours, we ended up switching rooms to a suite which was much cleaner and had a working tv remote with no extra cost, so that was resolved.

The morning of checkout discovered a major ant infestation. They were all over the floor, in my belongings, and even on my dogs. I mentioned it to staff at checkout, but since I was leaving, nothing could be done to resolve it. Unfortunately, the ants even came with me in my car afterward, which was a huge inconvenience. The room itself was fine otherwise, but the infestation made the stay very unpleasant. I didn’t receive any follow-up from the hotel after reporting it.

visibility and accessibility, I use a cane and they offered us a ground floor room and even helped me move the luggage cart thru the doors to our room. Perhaps a little under prepared in the kitchen as the line up was long and the toaster slow (maybe not sufficient wiring for the situation). Good breakfast though! Will not stay here again. I didn’t feel safe. There is now a homeless shelter next door. There were 3 men shooting up on the hotel property. After complaining to the front desk he said what do you want me to do about it. I will not go back to this location.

quite good we stayed there for two days for a vacation. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the breakfast was very nice as well. Do one there was horrible, boiled eggs, and bacon and pancakes. Day 2 no bacon just the eggs as hot option. Liverpool hot tub. We’re very nice. However, you have to go into the lobby and ask the front desk for towels.

Three hot trays and two were filled with hard boiled eggs. Luckily the third was filled with copious amounts of crispy bacon. Regardless, I found enough to fill my belly.
