To be at The Grand is always a unique experience. The hotel itself and the staff are exquisite. Every time I come to Kolkata is is my first and only option. Simply outstanding!

The room I was in had a cockroach and some moths flying around. I did not expect this at an Oberoi property. Service levels have fallen since the last time I stayed in 2022.
