Nightmare with parking especially if you have disabilities. Poor assistance. We cut our stay . No one does it for you. Takes a good 15 mins to either walk back after you drop the car off and 15 mins to go pick it up. Front door is on a busy street

Hotel antiguo muy buen conservado. Conserva el glamour de los años 20. Todo recién pintado. La habitación que da a la montaña es un poco pequeña, pero agradable, .Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Cafetera Nespresso. Lástima no ponen agua de cortesía. El desayuno es muy bueno y muy completo. Productos de gran calidad en un entorno con una gran vista sobre el lago. Los jardines están muy bien alrededor de la piscina y con magníficas vistas al lago. El precio un poco caro.

I asked for an iron and I was told that service was not provided, that I could give my clothes to housekeeping and that for a fee that would iron my clothes, I thought it was not great as most hotels of 4 stars provide you with an iron, but I said ok. But when I asked if they could come up to get my clothes, the answer was « ah that will add 50% more to the price ». I was disappointed ☹️.

From the moment we arrived we were happy. Great reception staff. Special mention to Carlotta. Helpful and courteous. The room! Good size, beautiful view with cute little balcony. Gorgeous terrace for breakfast. Close to transport and a short walk to the funicular. Location and everything was wonderful. We would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is modern, it’s located in the heart of the city and short walking distance to Lugano lake. Closed to the hotel there are many designer boutiques (luxury clothing brands), also behind the hotel there is a cable care for going up to the train station. If you are coming to Lugano by train, you just take the cable car for going down the city center. Regarding hotel staff, they are very decency and friendly.
