Quarto com necessidade de reforma nos móveis, com aspecto de velho, sem os equipamentos encontrados em outros da rede Mercure. Pior hotel q conhecemos da rede . Não faz jus à classificação de4 estrelas q tem . Com esforço , 3 ! A única coisa positiva é sua localização .

Nice hotel which I found really quiet at night. A good location for getting the Airport Bus and walking to the hotel. Everywhere worth seeing in central Madrid is walkable from the hotel. And what a beautiful city it is. Whilst the royal palace is the main attraction and well worth booking a tour round, the city itself is really enjoyable to wander around looking at the lovely buildings that are beautifully painted with decorative art and spend time in the many gorgeous plazas. The only downside of this location is the hill you have to walk up to reach the city centre, but if you're fit it's not a problem!

Tudo de acordo, muito organizado e limpo. Equipe gentil e solicita! Muito bem localizado para fazer as coisas a pé.

Chambre basique (mobilier un peu usé, chouette sdb), mais très bien situé à la proximité des magnifiques musées et plusieurs restaurants. Les arrêts de bus (aéroport et autres directions) sont à quelques minutes à pied. Petit déjeuner varié avec des fruits fraîchement coupées.
