Hotel ANACO

Helt ok hotell til den prisen. Hyggelig og service innstilt personale. Rommene var helt ok, selv om at det var litt trangt. Det er et gammelt hotell, utfor hotellet mange restauranter og barer. Frokost tjenester kjøpte de på en lokal restaurant 200 m unna. Litt tungvint muligens. Og lite å velge imellom. Vil vel anbefale heller å ikke bestille frokost men heller gå ut og spise på morgenen på en av restaurantene som ligger i nærheten av hotellet.

Falling apart, in desperat need of renovation. Breakfast is a set menu, in a restaurant nearby. Rooms have loose wooden tiles and ceiling molded, only positiv was water pressure and the nice helpfull receptionist. We stayed in room 52.

Todo muy bien. Solo las camas un poco delgadas y había una con rueditas que se movía. A veces se meten ruidos de la calle, pero al final si te dejan dormir. El elevador del año del caldo, y en verano parece horno dentro del mismo.

Old building,but rooms are clean,noisy at nigth,but for me no matter. 1 min walk from gran via metro,location perfect,i will come back. Wifi not very good quality.A lot of restaurants near.

Stayed two nights in October. I like the location, the friendly staff, the cleaness, and the convenience of the property. It is in short walking distance to the city centre, very convenient to take the public transit (the Metro system), and easy to get to Madrid railway station and the major cultural and historical sites. The property does not provide breakfast nor have a cafe, but a McDonald store and dozens of nice restaurants and bars are around and just several minutes' walk. Enjoy!

El alojamiento estaba muy sucio, especialmente el baño. Los recepcionistas apenas comunicativos. No nos hicieron la habitación. Habíamos reservado con parking y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que era según disponibilidad del alojamiento cuando llegabas. Para no volver y no recomendar, sin duda.

Reservamos a ultima hora. Soy viajera asidua por trabajo y no me importa dormir en sitios " modestos". Sólo pido limpieza y aparcamiento. Voy a ser lo mas objetiva posible: * POSITIVO: Definitivamente: LA UBICACION.Esta a 2 minutos de Gran Via y rodeada de Restaurantes. El recepcionista muy amable y correcto. Check in/out rapido! Ropa de cama limpia. Colchon bien. También, decir que es economico y que para 1 o 2 noches ( SIN COCHE!!) esta bien. Buena presion de agua al ducharte. No esperes lujos. * NEGATIVO: Tardamos 1 HORA PARA APARCAR!! fue terrible encontrar un parking cerca( el mejor es el Parking Jardines, 24 € por 24 hrs) una locura!! Si vas en coche a Madrid, no te lo recomiendo. La habitacion es oscura( hay que encender lamparas) , se nota que necesita reformas. La cama grande pero pegada a la pared. Me toco pasar por encima de mi Marido para ir al baño. 2 veces. La TV solo se veia la mitad. Estaba la pantalla rota. La habitacion es pequeña. Pero correcta para solo dormir y ducharte. En resumen, buena opcion si vas al Teatro como nosotros. Todo cerca y caminando visitas todo el Centro. 1 o 2 noches esta bien. SIN COCHE!!

Albergo old fashion situato in eccellente posizione rispetto al centro. Avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione ma nel complesso accettabile. Sconsiglio di acquistare il soggiorno con colazione poichè gestito esternamente con una proposta realmente scarsa

Razoável, apesar de bem localizado, o hotel acontecem barulhos estranhos e gemidos de outros quartos que você escuta tudo. A cama desliza no quarto sobre rodinhas e batem nas paredes. Fiquei algumas vezes com os pés pra fora da cama. O elevador é super apertado.

Pas de parking alors qu’il était sensé il y en avoir un ( + 76€ de parking privé) . Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, il a fallu se rendre dans un bar du quartier avec un ticket donné par l’hôtel.

Ubicacion 10/10. Pero... Este hotel de tres estrellas? No!!! Baño esta sucio u bañera mediarota, paredes de habitaciones sucios, pero peor de todo - es holor en pacion...en acensor. Madre mia, este holor no se si voy a olvidar.

Bombillas fundidas, la ropa de cama con olor a tabaco y pelos , la limpieza fatal. Las paredes con sangre de los insectos . No volveremos

When we first checked in we immediately noticed a dead roach stuck on top of the wall in the bathroom. The bathtub was extremely dirty that when our receptionist came to our room he gave a face of disgust as soon as he saw the state of the bathroom and gave us another room. The other room was cleaner but it was filled with bedbugs... we had to throw away some of our clothing because it was filled with so many of them. My grandmother and I were having such a horrible time. And we requested to have us transfered to another hotel but they were no help. We had to contact support just so that we could go to another place. This was a horrible experience especially since we arrived from the airport and had to leave this hotel at 1am just to go to another one at the last moment. Had to leave our luggage outside and had to clean all of our clean clothes just to make sure we didnt bring any bedbugs.vThe hotel did not help and i had to do everything myself to find someplace else to sleep. This was a horrible experience and would never visit this hotel again.

Horrible, muy muy sucio, muy muy viejo, las camas sucias y llenas de polvo. Y de hotel no tiene nada hay pensiones y hotales en mejores condiciones

Das beste am Hotel Anaco ist die günstige Lage ganz in der Nähe der Puerta del Sol. Von hier aus kann man ales sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber sauber und reichen vollkommen aus, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado, bem próximo da Gran Via. Cama confortável, e tudo bem limpinho. Gostei muito.

Such a great place to stay ! But sadly very sadly i have a terrible experience , Bed Bugs everywhere! Horrible its not the word! My whole body had bites, I had to trash my luggage , and clothes ! I end up in doctors office horrible bites lots of itching , welts all over my body ! My body had a allergy reaction to it! Im waiting for my money back! Sadly again i would NOT recomend!

Creo que no es un hotel considerado de 3 estrellas. Camas muy duras y muy antiguo en sus instalaciones. No hay enchufes en las cabeceras para poder cargar un movil. Tuvimos que desenchufar la luz del escritorio para poder cargarlos. Las habitaciones no se corresponden para nada con las fotos. Lo hemos dicho en recepcion y la verdad es que han tenido el detalle de invitarnos a todos a desayunar. El personal del hotel muy agradable.

The rooms are really small, but price and convenience to walk everywhere is so worth it.

La ubicación es muy buena a 2 min caminando de gran via y 5 min de plaza del sol... muchas opciones de comida por la zona... también mucha suciedad, basura y homeless a unos pasos del hotel... al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, las camas son viejas e incómodas, el aire acondicionado es antiguo y no lo puedes regular, el elevador es antiguo y solo caben 2 personas.

Hôtel en centre ville, pratique, par contre le quartier est un peu bruyant. La chambre est assez grande pour deux, toutefois les lits sont sur des roulettes, donc ça bouge dans la nuit quand on se retourne, il n'y a pas beaucoup de lumière, certaines lampes ne fonctionnent pas, la salle de bain mériterait une bonne rénovation avec un robinet qui ne coule pas à moitié à côté du lavabo quand on lave les mains, une brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes pourrait être bien.

Es una excelente opción para estar en el corazón de Madrid. En la habitación tienes aire acondicionado y calefacción, una pequeña área bastante funcional para poder trabajar. Las camas no son tan cómodas.

Pros: super convenient location for shops, restaurants and sightseeing, decent size rooms, has a cool ‘70s retro vibe whilst still being generally well maintained and the room was sound proofed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and made it a pleasant stay. Cons: housekeeping was hit and miss, with our room having been forgotten on two days of a one week stay and the air conditioning was broken over two whole days. We would stay again and can recommend this hotel.

Honestly, not sure how this hotel is a 3 stars and cost over 400 Cad. Getting there yesterday, there were 3 customers having payment issues because the hotel system was down. We had to wait for 50min because there was only 1 person at reception and he did not know much because he kept calling someone if the phone for help. where finally it was our turn to checkin I understood that some how there are still using pen and and paper book to track reservation. The room was clean but my window did not lock well so I had to listen to all the people screaming at night and the early cleaning trucks. My window cover was broken (Please check the picture) so I was not able to close the curtain. and the bed was BAD. It cracked and made sounds everytime i turns, it was not comfortable. The morning staff was almost arrogant: no good morning, no thank you, no how was your stay. Just give me the room key. I will NEVER go back and will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an older hotel that has not been upgraded lately. It's location was wonderful - a four minute walk from the Gran Via metro station. And about a six minute walk to the Sol metro station and the main square. It was in the heart of vibrant nightlife, restaurants, shops, etc. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

I have never given such bad comments to any hotel in my live so far. But this hotel definitely disappointed me. May be it's my mistake. I did not have time to go through other guests reviews before booking it. Hotel is in excellent location, however, all others facilities are bad. Yes, room is very old style wall paper with stains, door handle broke. I was given first to a room 11 at first, but the corridor light did not on and toilet lights are too dark, like haunted house, I travelled alone, I feel unsafe. Request to change, then got room 31. Well, it's better, but still not pleasant. Door handle is half way broke, bedside lights are not function properly untill I adjusted it to certain position the light could turn on. My second last stay was disaster, no hot water supply at 7'c - 12'c temperature for 1.5 days! Front desk staff always updated it will be fixed few hours later, but it turned out 1.5 days of the whole building guests had no hot shower in such cold weather. I wanted to cancel my last day booking but they refused refund. Even called Expedia agent to assist. Met some guests at lobby they also expressed the same, no hot shower we all felt cold! I finally caught a cold before I leave this hotel. The whole property honestly need to renovate, it is just too old and should not be classified as 3 star. Other 3 stars hotel around it are much nicer in lobby and room. Anyway, bad experience of my stay. Do not recommend to others if you have choice.

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de la gran vía y cerca de la estación del metro, un poco descuidado pero el personal muy atento. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos cambiaron de habitación.

La estadia en este hotel fue horrible. Me habia hospedado otras veces y fue pasable, pero esta vez estuve 2 noche en la cual no funciono el aire acondicionado y al reclamar me dijeron que estaba en arreglo y no ofrecieron ninguna disculpas ni compensación. Empleados apaticos, poco empaticos y alguno hasta grosero. NO VOLVERE NUNCA MAS A ESE HOTEL!!

Staff are very professional, we arrived early morning but staff allowed us to hold our luggages. The hotel is in the center of Madrid, within walking distance of every place you want to go. I will stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Localização maravilhosa, perto da Gran Via, uma das mais belas ruas, perto de todos os pontos turísticos de Madrid. Podem ficar sem medo nenhum nenhum.

Hotel antigo. Excelente localização. Tudo estava muito limpo. Hospedagem sem café da manhã. Não espere muito luxo, mas a localização otimizou muito nossa viagem.

Hôtel pas aux normes,pas de détecteurs de fumées,pas d'extincteurs visibles , clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, porte-fenêtre pas étanche, l'eau dans la chambre quand il a plu, prise de courant sans plaque de protection. local pour le petit-déjeuner à 200m de l'hôtel dans un établissement très bruyant (écoliers, ouvriers). Personnels de l'hôtel sympa. mais qui ne peut rien faire pour nous, pas de petit-déjeuner le jour du départ, hors horaire d'ouverture alors qu'ils avaient été payé car le jour de la réservation nous ne connaissions les horaires et nous pensions qu'il se ferait dans l'hôtel. Positif: Chambre et linge propre, proximité centre ville

great location right next to gran via, also great kareoke bar right in front which closes at 3 am. Also 1 min walk to some great tacos, long line to get in but worth it.

Es más oscuro de lo que sale en las fotos. No tenían mantas extra en el armario. Una luz del baño estaba suelta y se escuchaba cuando los de arriba tiraban la cadena. Tenía mal aislamiento pues cuando me acosté el viento nocturno me daba a la cara, lo bueno es que tenían cortinas, así que no fue tanto. Tenían aire acondicionado y están en una buena ubicación. El desayuno no vale tanto la pena, vale más salir por la mañana y buscar por tu cuenta. Que hay negocios que abren temprano. TODO MUY LIMPIO!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans le centre du vieux Madrid mais le confort est bien en dessous d'un 3 étoiles. Insonorisation insuffisante, confort très simple, murs tachés. Le petit déjeuner continental, servi à côté de l'hôtel, s'est résumé à un café et une viennoiserie le 1er jour, le gérant a fait en sorte que le petit déjeuner suivant soit un peu plus fourni. Le personnel est disponible et arrangeant La literie est de bonne qualité.

Os colchões eram meio antigos. A localização é excelente, roupa de cama em ordem e bem limpas. O café da manhã é num restaurante próximo e muito bem servido.
