Sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel mit bestem Service. Allerdings sehr lange gezogener Bau mit langen Wegen von der Rezeption zu den Zimmern. Es fehlen nur ein Vergrößerung Spiegel im Bad, sonst alles super insbesondere das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich.
Sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel mit bestem Service. Allerdings sehr lange gezogener Bau mit langen Wegen von der Rezeption zu den Zimmern. Es fehlen nur ein Vergrößerung Spiegel im Bad, sonst alles super insbesondere das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich.

Es war sehr schön. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Hotelanlage war auch sauber und alles sehr schön zu Weihnachten geschmückt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die plantschenden Kinder in dem nicht so großen Pool. Danach war alles nass und es war etwas lauter. Wobei nach 18 uhr man wieder ruhe hatte. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es nur eine Sauna für max. 4 Personen, das war etwas umständlich. Man musste sich immer abwechseln. Ansonsten war alles gut. Tolle Lage, den lärm von außen hat man in den Zimmern nicht gehört. Ein tolles Frühstück, nicht auf Massen ausgelegt, dafür mit super Qualität. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich hatte das Hotel spontan gebucht und bin mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar (-5 Min vom Bahnhof) und die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas verwinkelt und man braucht etwas, um sich dort zurechtzufinden. Aber Sauna und Pool sind sehr schön. Einziges Manko ist das Frühstücksbüffet. Hier wird auf einer viel zu kleinen Fläche alles angeboten und man muss bei viel Betrieb lange anstehen. Außerdem dauert es, bis z.B. das Rührei nachgelegt wird. Ich hätte auch gerne morgens einen gekühlten Saft, was jetzt schon sehr kleinlich idt. Aber für den Preis war es vollkommen ok. Ich würde aber wiederkommen.

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The room was good, air conditioning was not adequate. Clean comfortable bed. Pool is indoors but the air inside the pool room was so hot that we chose not to use it. The hotel sushi restaurant was overpriced and was just okay. Service at the restaurant was not the best and was very slow. Not sure if we would stay there again. Also going to the rooms required a map as it’s not the easiest hotel to navigate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for four nights and frankly it was a mixed bag since while the location (in a park) and customer facing entry/lobby/first floor dining were quite nice -- the rooms looked like they hadn't been renovated since the late 90s/early 2000s. Rooms had weird placements of things (for example, the bathroom sink with a huge mirror on the wall in front of it had the hand soap liquid bottle attached to the end of the mirror and frankly I had to take a step to the side to even reach it. Also, the furniture in our room (a suite btw) had old and stained chairs. The floors had upended floor plugs for the lights. Basically, not happy with the room. Also rough towels.

Inchecken was onprettig Bij navraag of er in de garage kon worden geparkeerd eventueel. Werd gelijk op de rekening gezet Kamer had een zeer onaangename geur die er niet uit te krijgen was. Verder wel schoon Bij navraag naar andere kamer geen excuus alleen de mededeling dat het hotel vol was Voor ons geen 2e keer hier Ook bij uitchecken geen begrip of excuses

Die Lage am Park ist sehr schön, die Innenstadt zu Fuss auch in ca 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen (schöner Weg am Rhein entlang). Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind leider nicht ganz so zweckmässig ausgestattet. So kann man das Licht im separaten WC nicht einzeln schalten, sondern belästigt die andere Person mit voller Lichteinstrahllung, was durch eine Glaswand bis zum Schlafbereich reicht. Kein Schminkspiegel vorhanden. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind recht laut, die zum Garten müssten in der Hinsicht sehr gut sein.
Die Lage am Park ist sehr schön, die Innenstadt zu Fuss auch in ca 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen (schöner Weg am Rhein entlang). Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind leider nicht ganz so zweckmässig ausgestattet. So kann man das Licht im separaten WC nicht einzeln schalten, sondern belästigt die andere Person mit voller Lichteinstrahllung, was durch eine Glaswand bis zum Schlafbereich reicht. Sehr schönes Hotel mit Whirlpool und Schwimmbad. Die Zimmer zur Flussseite liegen leider an einer Bahnlinie. Aber der Ausblick überragt den Geräuschpegel.

My wife and I stayed in a suite room when we visited Mainz to see our grandchild. Breakfast was excellent, as was the bar and restaurant which we used a lot. But the hotel was sadly let down by those in reception. We reported 2 x faulty lights shortly after check-in as we were unable to see to unpack our suitcases. Reception promised to send a maintenance guy to sort the issue, but he failed to show. After an hour we went to reception to report the issue a second time. This time a maintenance guy went up to our room to show me that there was no issue with the lights at all. But he found that there were 2 x broken light-bulbs which needed replacing. He produced new bulbs and the matter was solved. But we found our check-in very stressful as a result and the 90 minutes wait for the new bulbs a complete waste of time and effort. We had checked in at night and we could not see to unpack our suitcases, which was ridiculous. Reception should not just taken the word of the maintenance guy without checking themselves. A very poor performance by those on duty in reception. Please check rooms before giving out the keys to guests.

Inchecken was onprettig Bij navraag of er in de garage kon worden geparkeerd eventueel. Werd gelijk op de rekening gezet Kamer had een zeer onaangename geur die er niet uit te krijgen was. Verder wel schoon Bij navraag naar andere kamer geen excuus alleen de mededeling dat het hotel vol was Voor ons geen 2e keer hier Ook bij uitchecken geen begrip of excuses

Ausstattung des Hotels sowie der Zimmer ist super. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz schön, wenn einem nicht die Güterlok durchs Zimmer rauscht. Man sollte wissen dass Rheinblick bedeutet: toller Blick aber sehr laut... Was aber besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Service. Haben 1 Std an der Bar auf Getränke gewartet und waren da nicht die Einzigen. Aber es fing schon an der Rezeption an, wo man uns als Expediakunden quasi abgestempelt hat und vor allen Anderen noch einmal drauf hinweisen musste. Dafür das man dort extrem teuer Essen kann, verstehen wir nicht wie man solch einen Service anbietet. Der Knaller war aber als der Chef des Hauses ein anderes Paar quasi aus dem Restaurant geschrien hat, weil diese auch nicht mit dem Service zufrieden waren. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt in Mainz aber im Favorite Parkhotel stimmen einfach Anspruch und Umsetzung noch nicht ganz. Viele Grüße

The room was good, air conditioning was not adequate. Clean comfortable bed. Pool is indoors but the air inside the pool room was so hot that we chose not to use it. The hotel sushi restaurant was overpriced and was just okay. Service at the restaurant was not the best and was very slow. Not sure if we would stay there again. Also going to the rooms required a map as it’s not the easiest hotel to navigate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Die Lage am Park ist sehr schön, die Innenstadt zu Fuss auch in ca 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen (schöner Weg am Rhein entlang). Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind leider nicht ganz so zweckmässig ausgestattet. So kann man das Licht im separaten WC nicht einzeln schalten, sondern belästigt die andere Person mit voller Lichteinstrahllung, was durch eine Glaswand bis zum Schlafbereich reicht. Kein Schminkspiegel vorhanden. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind recht laut, die zum Garten müssten in der Hinsicht sehr gut sein.
Die Lage am Park ist sehr schön, die Innenstadt zu Fuss auch in ca 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen (schöner Weg am Rhein entlang). Sehr schönes Hotel mit Whirlpool und Schwimmbad. Die Zimmer zur Flussseite liegen leider an einer Bahnlinie. Aber der Ausblick überragt den Geräuschpegel.

Ich hatte das Hotel spontan gebucht und bin mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar (-5 Min vom Bahnhof) und die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas verwinkelt und man braucht etwas, um sich dort zurechtzufinden. Aber Sauna und Pool sind sehr schön. Einziges Manko ist das Frühstücksbüffet. Hier wird auf einer viel zu kleinen Fläche alles angeboten und man muss bei viel Betrieb lange anstehen. Außerdem dauert es, bis z.B. das Rührei nachgelegt wird. Ich hätte auch gerne morgens einen gekühlten Saft, was jetzt schon sehr kleinlich idt. Aber für den Preis war es vollkommen ok. Ich würde aber wiederkommen.

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Despues de visitar la ciudad fuimos al hotel a descansar y nada como tomar un baño con burbujas en el spa También tiene saunas pero no entramos El hotel esta muy bonito dentro de un parque Tiene restaurante muy bueno Los sábados y domingos cerraba por descanso Comimos en el bar que es muy bonito y acogedor, cenamos muy bien y muy buena comida Puedes cenar en el jardín tambien. El desayuno es en el restaurante muy acogedor y puedes ver todo el paisaje de alrededor el parque ..el rio..la ciudad .. y tiene un buen bufet desayuno La habitación muy acogedora Me gusto mucho !!! :)

Es war sehr schön. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Hotelanlage war auch sauber und alles sehr schön zu Weihnachten geschmückt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die plantschenden Kinder in dem nicht so großen Pool. Danach war alles nass und es war etwas lauter. Wobei nach 18 uhr man wieder ruhe hatte. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es nur eine Sauna für max. 4 Personen, das war etwas umständlich. Man musste sich immer abwechseln. Ansonsten war alles gut. Tolle Lage, den lärm von außen hat man in den Zimmern nicht gehört. Ein tolles Frühstück, nicht auf Massen ausgelegt, dafür mit super Qualität. Wir kommen wieder.

Der Knaller war aber als der Chef des Hauses ein anderes Paar quasi aus dem Restaurant geschrien hat, weil diese auch nicht mit dem Service zufrieden waren. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt in Mainz aber im Favorite Parkhotel stimmen einfach Anspruch und Umsetzung noch nicht ganz. Viele Grüße

The room was good, air conditioning was not adequate. Clean comfortable bed. Pool is indoors but the air inside the pool room was so hot that we chose not to use it. The hotel sushi restaurant was overpriced and was just okay. Service at the restaurant was not the best and was very slow. Not sure if we would stay there again. Also going to the rooms required a map as it’s not the easiest hotel to navigate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Schöner Blick vom renovierten Zimmer auf den Rhein, leider nicht gut isolierte Fenster. Über die vor dem Hotel liegende Eisenbahnbrücke rollt der Verkehr der Rheinschiene. Leider keine Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage oder vor dem Hotel frei. Frühstück gut, Servicepersonal dort freundlich, am Empfang aber wenig zuvorkommend.

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The room I was given faced the side of he property where i had trains running by every five to ten minutes. Too noisy. The direction from the reception area to my room was confusing and it was very far away.

We stayed for four nights and frankly it was a mixed bag since while the location (in a park) and customer facing entry/lobby/first floor dining were quite nice -- the rooms looked like they hadn't been renovated since the late 90s/early 2000s. Rooms had weird placements of things (for example, the bathroom sink with a huge mirror on the wall in front of it had the hand soap liquid bottle attached to the end of the mirror and frankly I had to take a step to the side to even reach it. Also, the furniture in our room (a suite btw) had old and stained chairs. The floors had upended floor plugs for the lights. Basically, not happy with the room. Also rough towels.
