Excellent. Very good food, amazing staff. Perfectly clean. Great facility’s, classes include yoga, Pilates and aqua dance etc. Warm indoor pool. A spa with lots of treatments.

Pas terrible L’hôtel est beau mais le all inclusive pas top du tout : alcool très très bas de gammes et très peu de choix Buffet pas ouf Pour le restaurant à la carte faut réserver bien à l’avance sinon pas de place, pareil pour la navette Les transats je n’en parle même pas … lol La piscine qui ferme à 19h alors qu’il fait grand soleil c’est n’importe quoi. Pour un RIU je m’attendais à mieux !

Hôtel très bien tenu. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et a l'écoute. Dommage que les grandes piscines extérieures ne soient pas chauffées. les restaurants sont légèrement bruyants. par contre, les plats sont très bons.

Hôtel agréable, calme et propre avec un grand jardin. Restaurants avec buffets bien garnis, en partie renouvelés chaque jour. Navette vers Marrakech gratuite plusieurs fois par jour. Personnel très agréable. Un seul regret : une seule piscine chauffée en hiver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even in the August heat, the pools, drinks bars and air conditioned building made this a really enjoyable stay. They were also great on our last day as they allowed us to carry on using the facilities for the day as we had a late flight. Staff were kind and courteous. Some of the buffet offerings became a little repetitive, but overall good options of food.

Amazing relaxed stay here after a week of travelling around Morocco. The staff were lovely! Really friendly and very quick service - which was refreshing in comparison to some of our previous stays in Morocco! The only let down was that the air con wasn't very cold and the bed was a little too hard. The towel issue around the pool was a bit of a joke, the towel hut opened at 9am but when we left for our flight at 7am half of the lodgers were already reserved with a mix of hotel and personal towels! Other than that can't fault it. It was my 40th while there and the a la carte restaurant gave us a bottle of fizz and bday cake which was a really nice surprise.

Great resort off the beaten path. 10 min can ride to the Medina or the resort offers a free shuttle, but nothing after 1830 pm, which is inconvenient. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Mostly quiet property. Could hear some noise in the hallways and one day they were drilling something right outside our room in the morning. The air conditioning is not very strong or cold, but that seems to be the norm in Morocco (nowhere we went our entire stay had decent air conditioning like the U.S.), but kept the room around 78F (25C). The highlights were the pools. So clean. So refreshing. Nice and comfortable. No screaming or splashing children. Music at the pool was at a comfortable level so you could still talk, read, nap, etc. staff were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The food choices were limited but we ate every day. Mostly caters to British/European travelers, but in their defense, that is 90% of their demographic at this resort. We were the only American we encountered. Would have appreciated some scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and avocado - but we made due. We had dinner 1 night at the resort, which was adequate, but again, nothing spectacular. We went off site for dinner the rest of our 8 days. Overall, would stay again. A few minor changes needed to the noise level, a/c, and food choices, but nothing major. We had a wonderful time and would return.

I visited Tikida Garden Jan 3rd-10th. I enjoyed my stay. The staff is the winner at this location. Everyone was super nice, helpful and overall pleasant. Where they sadly lost points, the food was mid, the drinks were ...... boring, the pool needs to be heated because boy was it frozen. Beautiful but you could not enjoy it. Would I go back yes, but I'd try another location first.

Magnifique établissement. Nous avons séjourné en famille . Quand on arrive c’est whaouuuu! Le lieu est sublime!! Le personnel est adorable et attentionné. C’est parfait partout , seule la cuisine peu être améliorée. Nous ne sommes pas difficile mais nous avons pas été séduit par les buffets . Cela ne nous a pas gâché le séjour , car vraiment , les piscines , hamamm , les soins et le reste nous a conquis . Merci à tout le personnel 🌷🌷

Beautiful pool area but water was freezing…definitely should invest in a pool warmer. Food options were meh. Drinks were ok. Staff is very friendly.

COCKROACHES our room was infested with cockroaches and the manager did absolutely nothing about it. He argued that they were “garden bugs” My husband does pest control and they were indeed cockroaches.

There were ants in my bed, I advised reception of this and they said they would send somebody to clean...they did not! Aside from this the room was spacious but lacking any luxury that you would expect. Food was good and the spa was amazing

The hotel itself was beautiful. Loved the look, design, decor, layout, etc. The best employees were the waiters throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunately, the cons out weigh those 2 pros. To start, during check in, they failed to do 2 out of the 3 important things. They forgot to give us our resort bracelets. When we returned from the city one night, the gate attendant wouldn’t let us in because we had no proof of being guests there. Secondly, they forgot to have us sign the check in paper until the 3rd day of us staying there. Then when I got the ospreys, she refused to give me a copy in English so I can understand what I I’m signing. I had to ask 5 times for her to give me an English copy. Another front desk attendant, would send us to different lines to make us wait longer just to pull us back into the original line we were standing at and then help us later. Breakfast was a complete waste. It wasn’t the greatest. I ultimately brought an extra plate from dinner to eat for breakfast the next day later during my stay. If you are looking to tan, good luck finding chairs. We witnessed people walking up at 5:45-6am to go out their towels on chairs to go back to later and use it. I’ve never seen that before. lastly, there were bed bugs. We found and killed 3 during our stay. Since the hotel was completely booked, it wasn’t like they could switch our rooms.

We had a really great time at Rui Tikida Gardens, which contributed to a fantastic holiday in Marrakesh. The hotel itself is very clean and very well looked after. The food is very nice with several options. The facilities are great, and the outside area is beautiful. It is not a large resort but that contributes to its charm. The staff are very attentive and very welcoming. The waiting staff were particularly good, and you could see the rapport they developed with the guests. The entertainment and activity staff were also brilliant. They definitely contributed to the enjoyment of our stay, especially facilitating us playing French Boules ever morning and during the evening entertainment too. There are also several health and fitness classes you can partake in, these were also great. In particular, the salsa class. The teaching was so good, it meant I wasn’t completely terrible. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are considering going back again next year.

The resort is nice and clean, the staff were friendly, quality of food is good. The pools are not heated, they are too cold to swim in January. They should only replace towels as they are worn out, in poor condition. The doors to the rooms are very noisy and loud, they should improve quality of doors and ventilation in bathrooms. Overall nice resort.

I loved the staff. The cleaning people did not do a good job in the rooms. The outside cleaning people did an amazing job.

It is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.The rooms are big and spacious. Be aware if you are in a room in the main building you can hear music playing downstairs till 11pm. Unfortunately the aircon didnt work in our room and the staff member who came to 'fix' it didnt know how to. I left feeling quite tired after 2 nights of having a very hot room and not sleeping too well (im used to cold rooms). The all inclusive meals are great. The alcoholic spirits are a bit questionable but theres a good selection available and you will find something you'l like. Overall a lovely relaxing hotel and would definitely return.

Hotel bello camere molto pulite e confortevoli , sul cibo avrei qualche riserva , noi non abbiamo mangiato molto bene , colazione ottima , l’unica nota non positiva è il cibo e il servizio , per il resto ottimo hotel

L'hôtel est beau avec 4 piscines et des chambres spacieuses cependant si vous êtes à côté de la salle des machines pour la clim vous aurez un bruit permanent , prévoyez les boules quies. Si vous êtes Anglais vous avez le droit à un service royal pour les autres c'est la débrouille, dommage que tous les clients n'aient pas la même considération surtout que l'on paye tous le même prix ! Les piscines: Réservation des transat dès 5h du matin donc si vous voulez une place faudra vous lever tôt ou donner un billet au Pool Boy qui vous réservera un transat dès la veille même si vous arrivez qu'en fin de journée le lendemain au risque de priver d'autres vacanciers !! La restauration : rien d'exceptionnel mais tout le monde peut y trouver à manger. C'est le 1 er hôtel au Maroc en 6 ans de visites où faut donner un billet pour être considéré,servit et non donnez un pourboire parce que le service est de qualité !

Upon arriving, the hotel looked very impressive. However, when we got to our room, we realised that despite booking a ‘standard room with balcony’ there was no balcony. Nor were there any drawers or spaces for hanging wet clothes. When we reported this to reception, we were told “Standard rooms don’t have balconies,” despite the booking information. We had to report the flush on our toilet broken on five occasions and were only offered a change of room on the penultimate day of our stay. The food was bland and repetitive. I enjoy eating a range of dishes abroad but ended up surviving on pizza and chips for both lunch and dinner. Moroccan night, was the only exception, when the food was actually palatable. In the ‘a la carte’ restaurant (it was a limited set menu) I expressed that I had a kiwi allergy. Instead of preparing me a separate dessert, I assume they attempted to pick the kiwi out of the existing fruit salad, but still served it to me with a chunk of kiwi in. It seemed lost on the staff that this was a massive issue. The hotel is situated in an actual ghetto and you will not feel safe leaving the resort on foot. Positives- The catering and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a number of pools, giving you the choice of a relaxing or lively space. People don’t start to put towels out until around 7.30am so there is no mad rush for sun loungers in the morning. You can download and app called Glovo and order edible food and snacks to the hotel.

The report itself was lovely, but the rooms are in serious need of an update. The room I stayed in had two leaks, one from behind the toilet and another from the sink, it also had a disruptive noise on the ceiling fan. We called reception a few times to make improvements and it took hours to have it sorted. Other than that the resort was lovely, rooms a bit small but it was manageable. I would recommend, only if you don’t plan on spending much time in the hotel room. Staff was lovely, food was ok, and location wasn’t too bad.

Grosse Poolanlage resp. verschiedene Pools - wobei auch Ende November schon früh Liegen besetzt werden. Es gibt auch ein Schild das besagt, dass man die Liegen nicht vor 8 Uhr reservieren soll. Etwas unschön, wenn dann etliche Liegen mit Badetüchern besetzt sind, aber die dazugehörenden Personen erst Stunden später auftauchen. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, wobei diese im 2. Stock gleich über dem Speisesaal (Abendessen) gelegen ist. Entsprechend hat es im Zimmer dann auch häufig (und nicht grad wenig) nach Essen gerochen. Hinzu kam der Lärm von der Bar schräg gegenüber. Da es von dieser Zimmerkategorie offenbar nur vier gibt, welche sich wiederum alle im Hauptgebäude befinden, war denn auch ein Zimmerwechsel nicht wirklich möglich (welcher von der Reception aber immerhin angeboten wurde). Das Essen war ganz ok, mit der Zeit aber auch etwas langweilig, weil nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Immerhin 1x im Culinarium (serviert). Das Personal im Restaurant, an der Bar und vom House Keeping war freundlich bis sehr freundlich, gewisse Personen an der Rezeption schienen hingegen eher etwas genervt wenn sie etwas zu tun kriegten. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus zum Place du 16 Novembre (mit Zwischenhalt nahe des Jardin Majorelle); leider keinen zum Flughafen. Alles in allem waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht von einem 4*-Hotel. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Insiderpreis gebucht und sind daher etwas günstiger davon gekommen: Der volle Preis wäre unseres Erachtens definitiv viel zu hoch gewesen.

Bel hôtel rénové .decoration à la fois moderne et contemporain . Nous y avons passé 4 nuits ,petit séjour agréable avec un point négatif le matin de notre départ . Problème du prestataire privé (KOIRIDE)pour la navette privée qui a tardé à venir ( le RDV avait été pris pour 7h00.sur les conseils du réceptionniste vers 7h30 ce dernier nous a appelé un taxi en nous demandant 250 dirham et il ne lui a donné que 150. Nous sommes en colère de nous êtes fait volés et surtout de passer pour des voleurs auprès du taxi . Nous avons dû rendre 50 dirham car la course pour l aéroport était en fait à 200 et non à 250 comme le réceptionniste nous avait dit …

Front desk staff was not very not very accommodating after cancelling one of our rings just 24hrs before we arrived! They tried to split our group up and have us stay at separate resorts as the fix! It’s all inclusive but no access to food or drinks after a certain time at all and the drink options are very limited. It’s just not the place to come unless you just want to get somewhere and relax the entire time. Our group wasn’t looking to party however, we would’ve like some more entertainment even the pool closed at 6pm why at this all adult resort it’s still daylight and the pool is closed come on???

Aesthetically this hotel is gorgeous and we had a lovely stay , but there are a few things that let it down. It was incredibly clean , gardens were beautiful, rooms a decent size with nice beds . Staff were very friendly but in most cases , not all they were a bit underwhelming in their service . Dinner was a frustration to get plates cleared away, any drinks etc etc . I very much got the opinion if you weren't tipping you wasnt get served . As it wasnt due to lack of staff . Unfortunately I am someone who will happily tip for good service but not to get it . Bfast getting a coffee etc very hard work , or they would bring coffee but no milk. Food we came to the conclusion if you are happy to eat all of your meals early you will get a far better experience . It isnt a hotel that provides endless options , although the offerings were ok . However when a lot of better things ran out like desserts etc they just wasnt replaced. We couldnt even get vanilla icecream at 2pm on one lunch and they only ever did the same three flavours. Room towels tiny , pool towels seen better days . Cups etc around pool not cleared away yet you would have a workman fixing things whilst you were sat on your su We were a group of 6 and for the pt

Hôtel très agréable penser aux boules d’oreilles car l’isolation entre la porte de la chambre et le couloir est nulle, sinon hôtel bien situé à 10 mm en taxi de la place principale de Marrakech prix de taxis 100 dirham équivalent 10 euros pour 4 personnes taxis devant l’hôtel, sinon navette gratuite qui vous emmène place du 16 novembre. L’hôtel est magnifique avec ses 4 piscines extérieures et 1 intérieure est bien entretenu, beau jardins, salle de sport avec coach, personnel sympa parlant français, et la réception est au petit soins pour les clients, les animateurs parlent seulement anglais et au bar le soir ils gueulent trop fort du coup ils empêchent les gens de se retrouver pour jouer, rigoler et discuter, il faudrait juste changer plus les plats proposés pour les repas et améliorer la liste des apéros et cocktails au bar car pour 4/5 jours cela passe mais pour plus de jours cela doit être sans surprise et trop rébarbatif merci

I had an excellent stay at the Riu Tikida resort. Excellent food - wide range of vegetarian options plus sushi, pasta, pizza, desserts. Great service, attentive and kind staff. I don't believe there was an airport shuttle but the taxis were nearby and there was a free shuttle that took you close to the centre area. The area around the resort wasn't anything interesting but you could spend days lounging by the pools, eating, doing salsa in the bar and visiting with people from all walks of life. I'd definitely go back to Tikida and would recommend to solo travelers, those traveling with friends or as a couple.

Really lovely hotel. Decorated very tastefully. Lots of sitting areas if weather poor. Pool areas stunning .... Water very cold but doable! Two different buffet venues for different times of the day - really lovely. Food good for all inclusive. Service usually good. I suggest you tip well at the beginning of your stay & try to sit in the same area of restaurants. Helpful reception. Loads of parking - but don't hire a car! We drive everywhere but just not worth the hassle here. Ask for a room with afternoon sunshine. Top floors have solid walls. 1st floor glass balconies. Definitely stay here again.

Hôtel vraiment moyen . Mal placer on ne peux aller nul part à pied , a coter de l’hôtel c’est moche on dirais des bidonville . On mange vraiment mal tout les jour c’est la même chose au restaurant de l’hôtel sa ne change jamais. Pour avoir un transat à la piscine il faut se lever a 8h sinon il n’y a plus de place . Je ne recommande pas . La réception sont en accord avec les taxi est augmente les prix x2

L’hôtel est agréable et le personnel aussi toutefois si vous vous attendez à découvrir des plats marocains vous vous êtes malheureusement trompé d’hôtel. En effet vous retrouverez 2 plats (midi et soir) qui sont le couscous et le tajine (toujours le même pas de variantes) le reste c’est des frites, des pâtes, des crudités, des pizzas donc grosse déception à ce niveau. Concernant le service rien à dire ils sont tous très gentils et accueillants dans l’ensemble. Concernant la piscine il est vrai qu’il faut vous lever tôt pour avoir un transat et encore plus tôt pour un bed. Je ne sais pas si je recommanderai cet hôtel mais c’est pas non plus le pire si vous n’attendez rien

Mostly quiet property. Could hear some noise in the hallways and one day they were drilling something right outside our room in the morning. The air conditioning is not very strong or cold, but that seems to be the norm in Morocco (nowhere we went our entire stay had decent air conditioning like the U.S.), but kept the room around 78F (25C). The highlights were the pools. So clean. So refreshing. Nice and comfortable. No screaming or splashing children. Music at the pool was at a comfortable level so you could still talk, read, nap, etc. staff were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The food choices were limited but we ate every day. Mostly caters to British/European travelers, but in their defense, that is 90% of their demographic at this resort. We were the only American we encountered. Would have appreciated some scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and avocado - but we made due. We had dinner 1 night at the resort, which was adequate, but again, nothing spectacular. We went off site for dinner the rest of our 8 days. Overall, would stay again. A few minor changes needed to the noise level, a/c, and food choices, but nothing major. We had a wonderful time and would return.

Pas terrible L’hôtel est beau mais le all inclusive pas top du tout : alcool très très bas de gammes et très peu de choix Buffet pas ouf Pour le restaurant à la carte faut réserver bien à l’avance sinon pas de place, pareil pour la navette Les transats je n’en parle même pas … lol La piscine qui ferme à 19h alors qu’il fait grand soleil c’est n’importe quoi. Pour un RIU je m’attendais à mieux !

It is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.The rooms are big and spacious. Be aware if you are in a room in the main building you can hear music playing downstairs till 11pm. Unfortunately the aircon didnt work in our room and the staff member who came to 'fix' it didnt know how to. I left feeling quite tired after 2 nights of having a very hot room and not sleeping too well (im used to cold rooms). The all inclusive meals are great. The alcoholic spirits are a bit questionable but theres a good selection available and you will find something you'l like. Overall a lovely relaxing hotel and would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even in the August heat, the pools, drinks bars and air conditioned building made this a really enjoyable stay. They were also great on our last day as they allowed us to carry on using the facilities for the day as we had a late flight. Staff were kind and courteous. Some of the buffet offerings became a little repetitive, but overall good options of food.

A really great trip! I am not a big fan of all inclusive hotels but we decided to try Riu Tikida and had a lovely time. The hotel environment is very calm and relaxing, the food is excellent for an all inclusive and the grounds and pools were immaculate.

L’hôtel est agréable et le personnel aussi toutefois si vous vous attendez à découvrir des plats marocains vous vous êtes malheureusement trompé d’hôtel. En effet vous retrouverez 2 plats (midi et soir) qui sont le couscous et le tajine (toujours le même pas de variantes) le reste c’est des frites, des pâtes, des crudités, des pizzas donc grosse déception à ce niveau. Concernant le service rien à dire ils sont tous très gentils et accueillants dans l’ensemble. Concernant la piscine il est vrai qu’il faut vous lever tôt pour avoir un transat et encore plus tôt pour un bed. Je ne sais pas si je recommanderai cet hôtel mais c’est pas non plus le pire si vous n’attendez rien

A great hotel with its contemporary bedrooms, pools, lounges, gym, spa and the wonderful staff. The facilities are excellent and clean,the gardens are simply amazing. However??? There are some practices and procedures at this hotel that have left us puzzled. I’ve never been asked to pay for my stay up front before? Calling it a deposit? I call it full prepayment? The food was a big let down, at first all seemed well but we did notice that the food seemed like the same food but a little different. After a few days this was confirmed and we were not the only people to notice this. The other strange practice was that the chefs seemed to be preparing their own meals before the end of service, ok? But not ok when there were food stations empty and people were looking around for fresh food. I’ve never seen this in any hotel in the world - ever? They had an amazing facility in the ala carte restaurant it is truly beautiful however, the food was not ala carte by any stretch of the imagination and the service was poor at best. My wife didn’t touch her meal as it was badly over cooked but lukewarm, the waiter just picked it up and scraped her meal into a slop bucket on a trolly, bizarre that he didn’t even ask why the food had been left? All in all a good hotel for a few nights but not any longer unless you are happy with the same food, morning noon and night. I have to say that all the bar staff, cleaning staff and waiters were excellent.

Food wasn’t the best

Beautiful pool area but water was freezing…definitely should invest in a pool warmer. Food options were meh. Drinks were ok. Staff is very friendly.
