Stayed here for my birthday. Had a complimentary room upgrade which was excellent! The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! The pool area was just what was needed to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is that it does not serve alcohol, which is not stated anywhere in the hotel details.

Una bella struttura con qualche aspetto un po’ datato ma nel complesso un servizio tutto di ottima qualità. Parcheggio sotto l’hotel con servizio h 24. Era già la seconda esperienza presso questo hotel e nel caso ripeteremo. Abbastanza vicino ai principali luoghi turistici.

1 ascenseur sur 3 qui fonctionne, des escaliers en chantiers, des moquettes sales, des chambres qui sentent mauvais et une réception incompétente. Un vrai chantier en face de l’hôtel qui vous réveille des 8h. Un manque de professionnalisme flagrant et énormément de regret concernant l’accueil dans mon pays. Je ne recommande absolument cet hôtel.

Hôtel pas très jeune mais ok. Manque bar En revanche très bruyant du aux travaux à cotyde l hôtel. Chantier en cours avec beaucoup de poussières et bruits. Pas facile d apprécier la piscine dans ces conditions

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Elle a tous les équipements souhaite avec TV avec chaînes française Petit déjeuner très complet on a le choix. Il y a même deux kiosques pour les oeufs a la demande et beignets. Espace spa a des prix très correct. Le dîner très varié et complet Personnel au petit soin pour les clients. The spa, weight room, and rooms were very nice. The service was just ok. took a long time to get requests completed and the food isn't very good. It isn't 5 star. stayed at a 5 star Hilton the day before and it blew this away.

L hébergement est très bien situé, il y a un parking souterrain, à 5 minutes à pied de M avenue. Situé pas loin en voiture des sites principaux de la ville. Le gros bémol c est qu il ne s agit pas du tout d un 5 étoiles, on a demandé à changer de chambre car la nôtre était vétuste vieux mobilier, sur les 3 ascenseurs 1 est en réparation depuis un moment à croire les précédents commentaires, la moquette dans les couloirs est sale et très vieille il y a également des vieux canapés dans le couloirs, les serviettes mis à disposition dans les chambres sont également vieille. Il ne s agit vraiment pas d un 5 étoiles il faut vraiment faire un très gros rafraîchissement des chambres et parties communes. Il y a aussi de gros travaux juste à côté de l hôtel donc tous les matins nous étions réveillés par le bruit et lorsque nous étions à la piscine pareil nous étions déranger par le bruit des travaux difficile de se relaxer dans ces conditions. Par contre le personnel est très gentil et cherche des solutions pour satisfaire le client, un grand merci à Monsieur Sofiane. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié et très complet stand de beignet, de crêpe de mesemen …

this hotel cannot be 5 star. I have had the worst experience of my life at that hotel. the hotel is old and needs a makeover. I woke up the first morning in a bed full of ants. I spoke to the front desk who said it was normal. I insisted on changing rooms. I have been given a change to a room on the 5th floor. the room did not have air conditioning which does not work. I will never book this hotel again

My stay at Hotel Mogador was unfortunately far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the experience was filled with issues that made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Parking: The parking situation was a complete headache. The facility is poorly managed, with limited spaces that make it difficult to park without added stress. It took much longer than it should have to find a spot, and no clear assistance was provided by the staff. Room: The room was in terrible condition. It was full of dust, making it uncomfortable to breathe and definitely not up to acceptable cleanliness standards. The fridge didn’t work, so we couldn’t store any food or drinks properly, which was a huge inconvenience. Worse still, there was a constant smell of gutter throughout the room, making it unbearable to stay inside for too long. Facilities: The air conditioning was completely non-functional, which made the room stifling and hot. This is especially unacceptable considering the warm climate. On top of that, the shower was broken, and despite reporting it, no immediate fix or solution was offered. Trying to clean up after a long day was more trouble than it was worth. Overall Service: While the staff was generally polite, their responsiveness left much to be desired. The issues we faced with the room were either ignored or addressed too slowly, and there was no sense of urgency in fixing the problems. It felt as if the staff was overwhelmed or simply uninterested in helping.

A fuir, hotel sale, personnel de reception donne l'impression qu'on les dérange, sans parler de la durée d'attente pour faire le checking, le plus long checking de ma vie. ancun restaurant dans l'hotel, le buffet petit déjeuné est immangeable et très peu de choix, des fruits de boites de conserves une honte pour un hotel 5*. Chambre reste sale meme après le passage des équipes de nettoyage, la preuve le sol au carrelage qui n'est jamais nettoyé, impossible de marcher pieds nues sinon en 5 secondes mes pieds étaient noir de saleté. Je ne sais pas qui leur donné les 5 étoiles mais ça mérite meme pas une. Très déçu, je l'ai choisi juste pour sa proximité au palais des congrès. Je ne reviendrai jamais, surtout pour le prix j'aurai pu avoir un meilleur hotel avec de meilleures prestations.

The hotel is in need of renovation and a refresh. However my room was clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked fine and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was fine but unfortunately there are a lot of buildings being under construction around the hotel, which creats a lot of noice, so around the pool you need headphones to block out the noice. The breakfast is good and the staff are nice.

O hotel diz ser 5 estrelas e não tem climatização , ar condicionado . Marrakeche com 38/40° graus e tivemos que dormir com janela aberta que entrou mosquitos e fomos picados. Desconforto total as 3 noites que passamos neste hotel que não condiz com a classificação que vocês informam. Todos os dias tínhamos que trocar o cartao para abrir o a porta do nosso qrt pois estava sem contato todos os dias a carta! Transtornos total em dias que pensei ter descanso tranquilo.
O hotel diz ser 5 estrelas e não tem climatização , ar condicionado . Marrakeche com 38/40° graus e tivemos que dormir com janela aberta que entrou mosquitos e fomos picados. Todos os dias tínhamos que trocar o cartao para abrir o a porta do nosso qrt pois estava sem contato todos os dias a carta! Transtornos total em dias que pensei ter descanso tranquilo.

The Mogador Ménara is a property to stay away from!! From the rude, incompetent and unhappy reception personnel to the noisy construction next door, you’re better off staying at the train station!! The property is sad and unkept, lighting in the rooms was nonexistent, and the AC was not working!! I should have read the previous reviews before booking our stay here, but we had no choice, as the city was all booked up! I also booked our room through Expedia a 2-Queen bed room and ended up with two twins!! But after reading the previous reviews about rude front desk staff and repair requests going unanswered, we grinned and bearer our stay but could not wait to check out!! The daily breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel (at least the servers there were helpful).

Hotel tres bien situé à 2 minutes a pied du Menara Mall et de M avenue . Vue ville =vue magnifique sur la Koutoubia. Merci pour votre acceuil mention speciale à la technicienne de surface on a eu droit a des petales de roses tous les matins!. Et merci Jabrane le serveur pour le sourire et l'accueil.

Poor service by the front desk people- disorganized, unattentive, and noncompliant with simple requests. The room door was broken - despite calling and speaking with the front manager, he didn't send anyone to fix it, so essentially, I slept with my room unlocked. Also, no one answered calls from house keeping- a simple request for toothpaste was never fulfilled. What a poor quality service. The only reason I would stay here is if you like your room unlocked, have to spend only one night and want to be near airport…

This is our go to hotel for Marrakech. Super nice and friendly staff and our room are always clean and fresh. The best of this hotel is their breakfast buffet. So many options and it’s all included with your stay! We love it here and have booked it 3 times already! It’s close to a shopping center and tons of restaurants in the area to try!

Overall a grand experience. 1st when we got our room there was something not right and when we explained our requirement the reception staff was very helpful and understanding and next day we were moved to a much better room . Our special thanks goes to Rizlan who went out of her way to accomodate us .And not the least were Ameen and Athman .Breakfast was great and beatiful lobby. Definitely will visit again. And the location of the hotel is very convenient.And our gratitude to breakfast staff Fatima & Emaan and tge rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

L hébergement est très bien situé, il y a un parking souterrain, à 5 minutes à pied de M avenue. Situé pas loin en voiture des sites principaux de la ville. Le gros bémol c est qu il ne s agit pas du tout d un 5 étoiles, on a demandé à changer de chambre car la nôtre était vétuste vieux mobilier, sur les 3 ascenseurs 1 est en réparation depuis un moment à croire les précédents commentaires, la moquette dans les couloirs est sale et très vieille il y a également des vieux canapés dans le couloirs, les serviettes mis à disposition dans les chambres sont également vieille. Il ne s agit vraiment pas d un 5 étoiles il faut vraiment faire un très gros rafraîchissement des chambres et parties communes. Il y a aussi de gros travaux juste à côté de l hôtel donc tous les matins nous étions réveillés par le bruit et lorsque nous étions à la piscine pareil nous étions déranger par le bruit des travaux difficile de se relaxer dans ces conditions. Par contre le personnel est très gentil et cherche des solutions pour satisfaire le client, un grand merci à Monsieur Sofiane. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié et très complet stand de beignet, de crêpe de mesemen …

Stayed here for my birthday. Had a complimentary room upgrade which was excellent! The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! The pool area was just what was needed to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is that it does not serve alcohol, which is not stated anywhere in the hotel details.

Un bellissimo albergo di stile continentale europeo presso il quale avevamo già soggiornato due volte In passato trovandoci molto bene. Ebbene il prezzo è aumentato ma i servizi sono veramente migliorati parimenti. Complimenti una colazione davvero super completa. Una camera impeccabile ed un servizio ottimo. Consigliamo a tutti il soggiorno qui.

A fuir, hotel sale, personnel de reception donne l'impression qu'on les dérange, sans parler de la durée d'attente pour faire le checking, le plus long checking de ma vie. ancun restaurant dans l'hotel, le buffet petit déjeuné est immangeable et très peu de choix, des fruits de boites de conserves une honte pour un hotel 5*. Chambre reste sale meme après le passage des équipes de nettoyage, la preuve le sol au carrelage qui n'est jamais nettoyé, impossible de marcher pieds nues sinon en 5 secondes mes pieds étaient noir de saleté. Je ne sais pas qui leur donné les 5 étoiles mais ça mérite meme pas une. Très déçu, je l'ai choisi juste pour sa proximité au palais des congrès. A fuir, hotel sale, personnel de reception donne l'impression qu'on les dérange, sans parler de la durée d'attente pour faire le checking, le plus long checking de ma vie. ancun restaurant dans l'hotel, le buffet petit déjeuné est immangeable et très peu de choix, des fruits de boites de conserves une honte pour un hotel 5*. Chambre reste sale meme après le passage des équipes de nettoyage, la preuve le sol au carrelage qui n'est jamais nettoyé, impossible de marcher pieds nues sinon en 5 secondes mes pieds étaient noir de saleté. Je ne sais pas qui leur donné les 5 étoiles mais ça mérite meme pas une. Très déçu, je l'ai choisi juste pour sa proximité au palais des congrès. Je ne reviendrai jamais, surtout pour le prix j'aurai pu avoir un meilleur hotel avec de meilleures prestations.

Overall is very good place to stay only breakfast is little bite not good a lot of eggs in the menu other an that is great I so recommend to stsy again

Lots of food at breakfast, good ingredients but poorly prepared. Coffee machines don't always work. Coffee is sweetened automatically, can't get unsweetened coffee. Taxis to Medina and back charge different amounts, drivers don't speak English or French
