Car park was full on arrival. In the advertising is claims off road car park. It did not say sorry car park is now full you may part out the front. If you say off road parking then deliver it please. Telling me I can park next door at a fee to me is a suitable option is not mentioned in on your advertising. Fix this and I will rate you all excellent in future.

Good location with buses and trams close by. The room was clean and equipped with 2 chairs (always a plus when you're a couple), kettle and fridge. Treated to a spectacular view of hot air balloons from our window on Tuesday morning. EV charging was convenient if not exactly cheap ($30-). Only one block from Lygon Street eateries and a Woolworths supermarket just up the road.

Advertises they have a restaurant so arrived at lunchtime hoping to get lunch before going out in the afternoon but restaurant was closed so had to menu log it. Room was right next to lift mechanism so was woken up all night as people were using the lift

Very basic hotel, definitely not disabled friendly, lift is barely wide enough to allow a small wheelchair to enter, hallways are extremely narrow. TV viewing is limited with no access to streaming Chanel’s and some free to air channels. Parking garage is very dark, tight and a lot of spaces are on an angle, it is also the only accessible entry for wheelchairs as there is no ramp to the building.

A smaller, more local old style hotel in Carlton next to everything on Lygon St but close to the CBD and the Carlton Gardens made this a more peaceful and friendly 6 night stay than if I had gone with my first choice, a flagship 5 star in the CBD. Very clean, good housekeeping, just 3 stories so quick to get out for a walk. Very friendly staff, and everything you need nearby. Using Uber from this location wasn't expensive, and the beds were super comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed and tree lined streets and the university nearby, it's de-stressing and calm. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

One particular receptionist was just terribly rude. A younger man with glasses has little to no social skills and shouldn’t work with people if he’s going to give them attitude for simply checking in or out. We couldn’t connect the tvs to internet to use any of its services and the radio stations didn’t work so if you want to listen to music, bring a speaker. The rooms were nice and tidy and the beds were good but the staff member needs to take the stick out of his ass.

It has everything you need in the room, it seems very dated though. Showers were small, somewhat limited night lighting, but at least was warm and moody. Biggest problem was the noise. No privacy, had an angry woman bang my door when I was on the phone at night. She went to front desk and got the manager. Sound bleeds into the hallway very clearly. Not a very private space. Best thing for me was that it had full gym access to the university gym nearby. (Saves you 25$ a day)

Excellent shopping and dining area. Very convenient with a swimming pool for hot days. Shame about carpark charges. We were charged $30aus/day because we booked through Expedia. The front desk guy was particularly friendly or helpful(check in 7Jan). He didn’t offered us an early checkin even though we were told the hotel wasn’t busy until AO starts. Very disappointed.

Genuinely horrified by my experience here. At 3:30 in the morning on our first night I was woken to a strange elderly man in only his underwear in our room, entering the side door to where my kids were sleeping. We forced him out and called the front desk who apparently came to deal with him and then… nothing. We called again to discuss the situation and spoke with an antagonistic man who provided no solutions, told us the doors don’t lock properly as if it was a feature, and then told us there were no security cameras in the hallways to check how the man got in. Our safety concerns were brushed off multiple times over our two-night stay by different staff, who also let us know there was no management on weekends so they couldn’t do anything regarding our booking. Unfortunately we couldn’t afford another hotel out of pocket for the amount of people in our family at such a late time so we ended up having to sleep with the door barricaded. I genuinely hope my corporate complaint is heeded and changes are made to ensure guest safety, but I’ll never be back.

Loved the location, walkable to museum, carlton gardens, CBD, shops, restaurants. It was quiet and clean and staff were excellent. The bed was ok (a bit lumpy), and bathroom a bit small but it was clean. Overall the hotel met our expectations and it was also great to receive a free bottle of wine due to Expedia silver status.

Nice large, clean room, well serviced daily. Friendly stafff. Excellent location for this hotel. My only question/comment is the so-called 'breakfast' room. A large, quite inviting looking dining room. But whenever I have looked in at that room during my stays here, there is nobody serving, and no menus! Very odd, and disappointing.

La camera era comoda e spaziosa, cosa che non si può dire del lavandino in bagno che era minuscolo al punto da faticare a lavarsi la faccia.
