Chegamos no dia 24/12/25 às 22h no hotel. Informamos que nosso voo só chegaria esse horário. Não tinha ninguém na recepção. Aguardamos por alguns minutos até que fomos ao restaurante solicitar o checkin. Quando vieram nos atenderam muito mal, explicaram brevemente sobre o café e Wi-Fi somente. Sem nenhum tipo de empatia ou cortesia ainda mais por ser noite de Natal. Não teve ninguém para levar nossas malas ao quarto e explicar detalhes de funcionamento de ar condicionado etc. Para Hotel com o nome do Park Hyatt completamente decepcionante e amarga a chegada. Além disso nossa suite era para 3 pessoas e não tinham montado a cama extra. Tivemos que solicitar e esperar montarem tarde da noite e cansados da viagem . Café da manhã farto, mas repetitivo. 4 diárias e as mesmas coisas. Não tem variedade. Piscina do hotel minúscula e gelada. O banheiro não conta com porta que separa o vaso sanitário do restante do banheiro. Não tinha privacidade. Quartos precisando de renovação. O quarto que seria para 3 pessesgava

We had a lovely stay at the Park Hyatt in Mendoza. After having a problem in our airBNB, we were able to get a last minute reservation at the Park Hyatt. What an upgrade! Beautiful hotel with all of the amenities- restaurants, gym, spa, pool etc. The highlight for me was the excellent service of the concierge staff. They were so happy to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Mendoza!

SPA / massagem não cumpre o esperado . Sala de massagem fria, mesmo pedindo para ligar o aquecimento. A massagem mais pareceu um passsr de creme. A sala de relaxamento depois da massagem era desconfortável , fria, sem charme. Nem fiquei para tomar o meu chá. Sai triste por pagar tão caro .

It is always nice to stay at the Park Hyatt I have stayed there for at least 5 times now for the past 15 years for business puposes. But I must say it now feels a bit dated and not that well maintained. The room I recently stayed in (544) had many scratches in the wood panels, mold in the upper back part of the shower door, there was a torn rug union on the right side of the bed and the bathroom blinds were a bit torn on the upper right corner. Lastly, I dont know why all the faucets are so lack luster and sink buttoms so scratched? With that said, I must say all in all, the room was super comfortable and the shower is for me, best in class! Guest services are great, breakfast is nice and the gym is well equiped too. Will surely stay there again next time but overall the hotel is in some considerable need of an up-grade. Especially if they are going to be charging those very high prices for the night. In that sense, it really does make you think twice!!!

All the hotel staff were excellent - my Spanish is not great, but they were all patient with amy attempts and many spoke English better than me, so no problem. Hotel was lovely, exceptionally clean and calm. I didnt eat in the hotel (personal choice), but the menus looked great! Room was upgraded on arrival from a twin to a king - room facilities were great too. Hotel is right on the largest plaza, great for all the shops, bars and transport too.

Front of house staff great, but first room smelt of smoke, and second room had unbearable air con noise in the corridor. So we were moved to a third room which was great. Hotel bar had great cocktails but they didn’t know anything about wine. They kept trying to give us Sauvignon Blanc when we said anything but. Hotel is quite tired looking. Breakfast fine with healthy options. Expensive for what it was.

El hotel es Exelente! Todos los espacios comunes muy agradables y bien conservados! Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación urgente! Los colchones y almohadas están muy viejos, las almohadas están muy aplastadas! No ponen sábanas en las camas, solo acolchados muy gruesos que para el verano son muy pesados! Es aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso! Lo peor es el baño!!! Tienen puertas corredizas que no cierran bien y internamente no está sectorizado, no tiene puertas! Si necesita un baño con intimidad, hay que estar solo, Imposible utilizar el baño de noche sin despertar a tu pareja!

My flight from Buenos Aires to Mendoza was cancelled due to a strike by pilots which grounded all domestic flights on September 13/14. Consequently, I was unable to travel to Mendoza. I made a generous offer to the Park Hyatt, recognizing that the pilots strike was also inconvenient for the Park Hyatt Mendoza. Unfortunately, the Park Hyatt management rejected my offer, so I absorbed 100% of the hotel cost due to an event that was out of my control.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt. The service from the moment you step out of the cab is excellent. The doorman helped me with a tricky situation with the cab driver which I was very grateful for. Reception were kind and welcoming and the bar staff at the pool attentive. The location is fantastic for everything in the city including being two blocks from 3 Michelin Star restaurants! The hotel is grand and elegant, it may not be as glitzy new as some Park Hyatts but I think that is reflected in the prices which is lower than some other Park Hyatts. The rooms are large and well appointed. I had a Park room which states it has a courtyard view, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it actually looks out over Indepencence Plaza beyond the courtyard so had a lovely outlook. The pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Mendoza.

O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente e a localização do hotel é realmente muito boa. O banheiro é enorme e lindo, mas já está um pouco antigo. A banheira era muito pequena, poderia ser retirada. O chuveiro não é dos mais fortes pra lavar cabelos compridos (fiquei no 4 andar). A porta do banheiro não fechava bem, mas rapidamente foi consertada pelos funcionários. O ponto alto foi o atendimento, todos sempre dispostos, sorridentes e prontos a ajudar.

Thankfully, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering more affordable choices. Despite being an old construction, the hotel is very well preserved. The staff is very cordial and friendly. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel and its restaurants are not either. The breakfast buffet for $35 dollars is too expensive for what is offered.

We stayed a total of 4 nights and would definitely return. Service was great all around but especially at the hotel bar with Federico and Augustin making high class cocktails. They are very talented. The bathroom was spacious and included a nice tub and very big shower. It's perfectly located in the center of town which is very convenient
